Today, repentance and the condition of sinless righteousness are topics.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Deino” (Level 7 with 75,403 points, a member since April 02, 2007) posted the following:

Obviously, even a repentant Christian cannot repent his way to sinlessness, so how do we judge legitimate repentance vs. outright blasphemy?

Or do Christians believe they really have achieved feats of sinless righteousness on Earth?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:  And he is the propitiation for our sins:  and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.  And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.  He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.  But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected:  hereby know we that we are in him.  (1st John 2:  1-3, King James Version, KJV)

“Deino”, given the Bible teaches, All have sinned and come short of the glory of God, there are only 2 kinds of people in the world, penitent sinners (those sorrowing and seeking change) and impenitent sinners (those refusing change who would rather sin than live without sin).  Salvation is a divine work that entails multiple sacred operations to benefit created beings and living creatures.  Included are adoption by the Spirit, anointing, atonement, forbearance, forgiveness, Incarnation, justification, rebirth, resurrection, revelation, and sanctification.  The works performed by believers that display faith and the many inseparable aspects of spirit content from the makeup of GOD (e.g., holiness, hope, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin) permit the living to express themselves as a new creation having awe, gratitude, humility, meekness, respect, reverence, and imparted righteousness.  Self-expression notwithstanding, while still upon the earth, all Christian believers first are accounted as offspring and heirs with Jesus Christ on the basis of the Savior’s life, ministry, and other works.  Included are his circumcision, his fasting 40 days and 40 nights, his rebuke of Satan, his death, his resurrection, his ascension.

Many speak of a spiritual condition of being “sinless”, yet, fail to realize that “sin” does not exist as a material object or thing that has form and substance provided by the Creator.  Because their thoughts are still framed according to things carnal, material, and social, they fail to apply the spiritual meanings and values established through the Holy Spirit.  Sin may be spoken of as an immaterial, non-spirit influence that opposes the continued existence of sacred law, the Law Giver, and divine order throughout the universe.  Sin is self-destructive and promotes both annihilation and non-existence; therefore, sin and Creation may not co-exist in perpetuity.

Sinners returning to GOD through Jesus Christ are to understand they presently will receive only a divine guarantee or “down-payment” of the full endowment intended for those acknowledging the Kingdom of GOD.  The living, though yet sinners, can be accounted as “blameless” and without sin while undergoing a divine process of growth, new life, and permanent change.  The ongoing transformation of mankind to exist as a companion to immortal, incorruptible divinity will be completed when Christ appears to harvest from the earth those belonging to him who are “ripe” (we say, the Advent, the Rapture, the Second Coming).  Consider again the following from Scripture:

(1.)  John 3:  12, King James Version (KJV):  12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

(2.)  2nd Peter 1:  2-4, KJV:  2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,  3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:  that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

(3.)  Romans 4:  15-17, KJV:  15 Because the law worketh wrath:  for where no law is, there is no transgression.  16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,  17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

(4.)  Ephesians 2:  8-9, KJV:  8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, focus is on the operations and possibilities of faith imparted from divinity.  Mature Christian faith acknowledges ongoing divine processes for the universe through the lifestyle and daily routines of believers, and prompts their expression of certainty for sacred expectations (hope), promises from divinity, prophecy, and revealed eternal purposes.  The fighter at “Yahoo! 7 Answers (Australia)” using the ID “Yummy Elephant Candy” (Level 6 with 17,219 points, a member since November 10, 2010) posted the following:

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,  According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:  that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.  And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;  And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;  And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.  For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.  But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.  Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure:  for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:  For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  (2nd Peter 1:  2-11, King James Version, KJV)

“Yummy Elephant Candy,” the operations of faith within the life of Christian believers are for “heavy lifting” on a cosmic scale that will separate created beings and living creatures from sin by placing them in intimate relationship with divinity as children and heirs of GOD.  Sinners are to be “born again” by receiving deposits of inseparable spirit substance from the makeup of Deity.  Included with faith are forbearance, forgiveness, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, meekness (being teachable by the Holy Spirit), wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Those submitting to GOD through Jesus Christ trust that, following the death and burial of their own inborn spirit, they will be resurrected having divine DNA (so to speak), and given opportunity for a life in judgment through repentance.

The revelation of GOD (making divinity knowable, known, and “visible”) to mankind on the earth is advanced and maintained by grace through faith as an expression of divine prerogative and sovereign will.  The person and active presence who is GOD will appear and accomplish sacred acts and eternal purposes, even using divine law, proclamations through messengers and spokespersons (e.g., kings, prophets, apostles), and covenant relationships based on promise.

Just as faith from GOD should make us think about divinity in new ways, such faith should make us regard one another in new ways.  Where the streets in our cities are quiet, it is very much because those having Christ-like faith are exercising compassion, respect, restraint, tolerance, and removing otherwise impossible to ignore obstacles to growth and prosperity.  Genuine Christian faith opposes ethnic arrogance, disbelief, impatience, presumption, exaggerated pride, racism, ungodliness, and violence.  Barriers and walls that would remain insurmountable are effectively eliminated by faith (i.e., made to be as if they do not exist).  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Revelation 21:  7-8, King James Version (KJV):  7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.  8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:  which is the second death.

(2.)  Ephesians 2:  8-9, KJV:  8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

(3.)  Romans 10:  13-17, KJV:  13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!  16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?  17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  2nd Corinthians 5:  17-21, KJV:  17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature:  old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.  18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;  19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.  20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us:  we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.  21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is made to a question on seeking the kingdom of GOD.  Many are unaware of the ongoing judgment of GOD against sin, and have not been quick to respond to the provisions for escaping the expressions of divine wrath that eventually must appear.  In accordance with the proclamations, promises, prophesies, and revealed eternal purposes of divinity, created beings and living creatures are being granted access, atonement, forgiveness, rebirth, and eternal life through the Son of the Highest.  At the Advent of Jesus Christ (i.e., the Rapture, the Second Coming), those who are mature and “ripe for harvest” will be removed from the earth, and will be transformed to exist as immortal, incorruptible companions of divinity.  It should be a priority among all who are living on the earth to acknowledge accountability, duty, and opportunity from GOD; repent of sin; acquire necessary sacred knowledge; respond to divine law and sacraments; and pursue a lifestyle that will demonstrate constant readiness, respect and reverence toward GOD as the Creator, owner, and sovereign over all that exists.  The writer at “Yahoo! 7 Answers (Australia)” using the ID “Roberta B” (Level 6 with 17,927 points, a member since October 28, 2006) posted the following:

What is the kingdom of God?

Jesus said to seek it first. What does that mean?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:  knowing that tribulation worketh patience;  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:  yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.  (Romans 5:  1-10, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Sacred Judges and Laws? (01/23/2017); Where Will Believers Go? (10/26/2016); Thoughts On The Kingdom? (11/18/2015); Inheriting the Kingdom (06/27/2014); Points on Bible Study (06/28/2014); The Ruler Of the Earth? (05/01/2014); Parables About the Kingdom? (05/02/2014); Loving Someone Unseen? (05/03/2014); An Unshakeable Kingdom? (11/26/2013)

“Roberta B”, seeking the kingdom of GOD pertains to (1) acknowledging that the living are all subject to divine government, (2) responding properly to sacred law and the ongoing operations of judgment as well as (3) responding more correctly to the provisions for escaping divine wrath against sin (we say, salvation).  In the same way, sin, that opposes the continued existence of divine law may dominate awareness and self-will in created beings and living creatures, a fresh endowment of spirit content from the makeup of Deity may rule within the living.  The Savior announced the coming of the kingdom as “good news” and prophecy (i.e., sacred utterance; a word from GOD to comfort, edify, and urge immediate action).  The Lord’s command that men seek the kingdom (also called, the City of GOD) was proclaimed along with the requirement that men be baptized and repent of their sins.  Sinners are “born again” in water baptism; their inborn spirit dies, is buried, and is resurrected through the operations of GOD.  The Savior used miracles and prophetic demonstrations to show that “the kingdom of GOD was at hand” (i.e., accessible) and carried out a ministry that included exorcisms, healing, and the settlement of disputes using divine precepts, principles, and wisdom.  Correctly understood, then, the sinner must discover the kingdom of GOD within himself.  Consider the following:

(1.)  Ephesians 6:  11-13, King James Version (KJV):  11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

(2.)  Hebrews 11:  8-10, KJV:  8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.  9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:  10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

(3.)  Luke 17:  20-23, KJV:  20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:  21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.  22 And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.  23 And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there:  go not after them, nor follow them.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  3-9, KJV:  3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Today, rebirth, repentance, and life from the cross are topics.  Necessary gifts for revealing divinity (i.e., making the immortal, unseen Creator knowable, known and visible to created beings and living creatures) were provided through the virgin birth, the death of Jesus on the cross, and the Savior‘s resurrection.  Sinners who acknowledge divine forgiveness may become “reborn”.  While all Christian believers do not serve as pastors, pulpit preachers, and teachers within the church, all must “fight the good fight of faith” by gradually acquiring and applying sacred knowledge, longsuffering, patience, and perseverance.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Does God give second chances when youve messed up?

I read stories of God restoring those who sinned such as Peter. I have repented but i feel God will not restore me and im tempted to just wallow and die

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.  And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them:  and they were sore afraid.  And the angel said unto them, Fear not:  for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.  For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.  And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.  (Luke 2:  8-12, King James Version, KJV)

“Zari”, the birth of Jesus Christ, the Christmas story, introduced special mechanisms from GOD to release mankind and all creation from the bondage of death and sin.  By receiving the imparted Spirit from GOD that will indwell a believer, the living come to know GOD as an aspect of their own content.  Included are inseparable features from the makeup of Deity such as faith, forbearance, forgiveness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  However, these things require multiple levels of sacred knowledge and practice to understand them completely, and have them operate in our day-to-day living in the most correct way.  The virgin birth of our Savior is a single link within a chain of sacred elements that may not be broken and separated.  The innocence and purity we see in the infant and in the virgin must be continued through the many episodes of life challenge, growth, learning, and death.  Like you and I, Jesus gradually had to become balanced, complete, consistent, stable, and useful (we say, mature).  Through operations of the same Holy Spirit that established heaven and earth, sinners become “born again.”  Their inborn spirit must die and be buried, so to speak, and they must be reborn from divine DNA.  The ongoing permanent changes in the living and their full transformation to exist as immortal, incorruptible, perfected life companions of divinity will be finished at the Advent (we also say, the harvest, the Rapture, the Second Coming) of Jesus.  Christian believers therefore all are called “the children of GOD” and “the new creation.”  Even so, those who are reborn also must “grow up again” while facing the same life challenges as everyone else upon the earth.  Yes, there will be disappointments, human error, mistakes, problems, and even, sins; however, believers will “bounce back”, and persevere.  They will “fight the good fight of faith” by continuing to acknowledge GOD through praise, prayer, repentance, and unselfish service.  Consider the following:

(1.)  1st John 1:  5-10, King James Version (KJV):  5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.  6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:  7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

(2.)  Hebrews 12:  3-8, KJV:  3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.  4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.  5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:  6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.  7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?  8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

(3.)  Revelation 3:  18-21, KJV:  18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten:  be zealous therefore, and repent.  20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:  if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.  21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Today, focus is on the fact there first must be rebirth before a sinner may accomplish repentance.  The lasting change a living person must experience to become a new creation before GOD can not be accomplished through applications of their own finite intellect, skills, talents, and self-will.  Multiple divine operations are required that must be understood as all-inclusive, fundamental, and profound.  Those who become “born again” also must “grow up again” and complete the transformation to exist as life companions with immortal, incorruptible divinity.  The writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Paul Martin” (Level 1 with 209 points, a member since June 14, 2015) posted the following:

Is repentance important to change oneself to become a better person?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.  But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,  Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;  Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;  That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.  (Titus 3:  3-7, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Accepting the Divine Will? (12/06/2016); A Different Spirit Content? (11/29/2016); Become Like Jesus Christ? (10/27/2016); Spirit Content From GOD? “Paul Martin”, genuine repentance is more than simply behavior modification, breaking bad habits, and self-improvement.  To repent is to turn from sin—that opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and divine order anchored by sacred law—by turning to divinity.  The transformation of a sinner to become a child of GOD requires operations of the divine will, rather than the finite intellect, self-discipline, or will power (we say, self-will) of mankind.  Permanent changes must be put into place that are totally ordered and structured in accordance with the character and nature of divine spirit substance, not the frameworks of time, space, carnal reason, or material, secular, and social practice.  Saying it a familiar way, “You must be born again.”  There must be a reconfiguration and re-patterning for all the aspects of origin and a person’s inner sources for such elements as assigning value, awareness, desire, exchange, focus, intent, purpose, and criteria for satisfaction.  Born again believers submit themselves to baptism as an operation of GOD wherein they are carried through the death of their inborn spirit, and rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak.  Having spirit content from the makeup of GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin), they are to “grow up again”, acquire sacred knowledge, fellowship with likeminded believers, serve GOD through their lifestyle and daily living, and gradually become mature as the children of GOD upon the earth.  Consider the following:

(1.)   John 3:  1-10, King James Version (KJV):  1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:  2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God:  for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.  3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?  5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.  8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth:  so is every one that is born of the Spirit.  9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?  10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

(2.)  John 4:  23-24, KJV:  23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:  for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  24 God is a Spirit:  and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  1st Peter 1:  18-25, KJV:  18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;  19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:  20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,  21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.  22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:  23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.  24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:  25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

The practice of forgiveness among believers and clergy within the body of Christ are the topic, today.  Sinners must be assisted in connecting to Jesus Christ so they may obtain the forgiveness granted by the Father through the Son.  As agents, priests, kings, and spokespersons for the kingdom of GOD upon the earth, believers all are to comfort and encourage sinners and their fellow believers by making visible the operations of divine forgiveness that those who transgress the law may receive from GOD.  Thus, their forgiving others is neither an act of self-promotion, nor an act to be seen as presumption, rebellion, and usurpation.  Forgiving those who murder does not make murder less repugnant to the law; even so, the law as a sacred instrument to give life is acknowledged, confirmed, and made complete.  In addition to the authority, ownership and sovereign will of Deity, godly forbearance, lovingkindness, longsuffering, mercy, and reconciliation appear.  Similarly, to commit or submit to abortion is no less an offense against sacred law; and by forgiveness divinity is to become increasingly approachable, and divine grace is to become more visible.  A fighter at “Yahoo! 7 Answers (Australia)” using the ID “David” (June 25, 2016) posted the following:

Why did Pope extend to priests, the power to forgive abortions?  Does that mean abortion is a less serious sin now?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:   That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  (Romans 8:  1-4, King James Version, KJV)

“David”, for mature Christian believers forgiveness appears as a work of faith that removes various obstacles to spiritual growth and renewal that include fear of abandonment, fear of condemnation, fear of repeated failure, and the fear that divine love will be withdrawn and withheld.  The spiritual work of forgiving sin is immutable and unchanging, for it proceeds from eternal purposes and timeless operations to actualize and fulfill the unalterable will of GOD.  Forgiveness has not been abolished or reduced by the growth in understanding and broadening of practice now being expressed among Catholic believers.  The ministry Jesus Christ began upon the earth centered on revealing divinity through atonement, forgiveness, prophecy, reconciliation, and salvation.  The church he created then to prepare those in covenant to receive him as the promised Messiah now continues and makes visible his active presence as Risen Lord, High Priest, and soon-coming Lord of Glory.  Consider again how some of this is stated using language from the Bible:

(1.)  Luke 17:  3-6, King James Version (KJV):  3 Take heed to yourselves:  If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.  4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.  5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.  6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.

(2.)  Hebrews 2:  14-18, KJV:  14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;  15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.  16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.  17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.  18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

(3.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Today, focus is on change, patience, divine response to needs of the living, and sacred process as deliberate and extended.  Many only turn to divinity because they experience intense needs for comfort, healing, prosperity, and permanent relief from suffering.  However, it is the character and nature of divinity that, in fact, dictates the course of divine response.  With this in view, there can be no “quick fix” or “slap dash” from GOD.  Because it is always in accordance with prophecy and revealed truth, the divine process may be regarded as disciplined, inevitable, methodical, and predictable.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Political Commentator” (Level 1 with 7 points, a member since December 09, 2015) posted the following:

Christians – Do you agree that repentance can be a protracted process, but some people expect quick results to get it off their chest…?

…Without realising just how seriously they have sinned against God.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,  Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come:  and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.  And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.  And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,  The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:  And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:  and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.  Here is the patience of the saints:  here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.  (Revelation 14:  6-12, King James Version, KJV)

“Political Commentator”, repentance is a process carried out by will of the Creator, not that of the created.  Only as sinners are “born again” do they acquire proper expectations for eternal life.  GOD responds to the living on the basis of aspects of full divinity and sacred purpose, rather than the mundane events, personalities, and problems that are boundaries and conditions within their sphere of life.  Finite created beings and living creatures, who rely upon the frameworks of time and space to order, and give structure to the data and information coming to them as life experience, must be permanently changed through fresh deposits of spirit content from GOD that allow correct and more complete grasp of the operations by spirit, divine utterance, and sacred word that eventually will appear in ones lifestyle and practice as rebirth, redemption, repentance, salvation, and sanctification.  Human intellect, logic, philosophy, or reason will focus upon the awesomeness, omnipotence, omniscience, and oneness of GOD, failing to take into account also the immortality, immutability, and incorruption of Deity.  The character, makeup, and nature of divine spirit must be described as active, diffuse, organic, unbounded, yet, also constant, continuous, directed, enduring, and purposeful.  The sacred events (we say, miracles) that appear to be instantaneous and sudden usually follow long periods of gradual development, growth, patient expectation, or even, affliction, chastisement, and suffering.  Reacting to carnal, material and social pressures, the flesh is not in accord with divinity.  Unseen elements have influence such as appetite, covetousness, emotion, mind, and sensation.  The demand and prayers for quick responses from GOD are not ignored and unheard; however, divine answers must acknowledge divine order, sacred law, and unambiguous Spirit process.  Consider again the following points from the Bible:

(1.)  Jeremiah 42:  4-8, King James Version (KJV):  4 Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them, I have heard you; behold, I will pray unto the LORD your God according to your words; and it shall come to pass, that whatsoever thing the LORD shall answer you, I will declare it unto you; I will keep nothing back from you.  5 Then they said to Jeremiah, The LORD be a true and faithful witness between us, if we do not even according to all things for the which the LORD thy God shall send thee to us.  6 Whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God, to whom we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God.  7 And it came to pass after ten days, that the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah.  8 Then called he Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces which were with him, and all the people from the least even to the greatest,

(2.)  Daniel 10:  12-14, KJV:  12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel:  for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.  13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days:  but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.  14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days:  for yet the vision is for many days.

(3.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

(4.)  2nd Peter 3:  8-10, KJV:  8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended, here.  (For example, (5.)  Hebrews 10:  35-37, KJV:  35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.  36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
