Today, reply is on the listing of sins in the Bible that carry a death penalty, the final annihilation of sinners, and the elimination of sin accomplished as the second death. Death is now an aspect of the life process for men on the earth, and occurs as a condition of mortality. The second death is a divine response to permanently remove sin and sinners from the Creation of GOD. In accordance with sacred law observed among the Jews, Jesus Christ was accused and condemned of blasphemy by the High Priest of the Temple and the Sanhedrin court; Jesus was to be punished by those from the community who would gather to execute a penalty of stoning. Jesus violated no Roman law, yet, to preserve the integrity of Roman rule, the Governor, Pontius Pilate, insisted that the duty and privilege of imposing a death penalty belonged only to the secular Roman government, and the death of Jesus would have to be in the form of crucifixion. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shared) posted the following:

In the Bible, which offenses does it say shall be punished with death?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. (Revelation 20: 4-6, King James Version, KJV)

Anonymous”, the holy writings do not present a list of all the sins (transgressions of divine law) whereby offenders incur a death penalty so much as it establishes consciousness of the many principles believers are to acknowledge for continuing in relationship with divinity. Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus Christ often are surprised to find that completing their mortality by aging, becoming mature, and dying will continue as a life condition for mankind governed by patterns and sequences ruled by natural law, and includes having to acknowledge carnal, material, and social consequences to their own life choices and decisions. As part of their transformation from developing to mature Christians they will take on the sacred knowledge that enables believers to avoid the final penalty for sin proclaimed through final judgment and carried out by other sacred events that is called the second death. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Ezekiel 18: 4, King James Version (KJV): 4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

2. Galatians 5: 19-25, KJV: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

3. Revelation 21: 7-8, KJV: 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 4. Revelation 20: 11-15, KJV:  11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared on why the apostle Paul served as a persecutor of the early church.  As we see in modern times, many responded to Jesus and his teachings with rejection and skepticism in place of careful study and thoughtfully listening to receive sacred knowledge.  While multitudes witnessed healings, miracles, and prophetic demonstrations, the Temple establishment and government officers were stirred more by political ambitions, fear, exaggerated pride, and beliefs that were stagnant and spiritually unfruitful.  The writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Sally” (Level 6 with 22,200 points, a member since March 26, 2016) posted the following:

Why did the apostle Paul just go around killing and persecuting Christians before he was born again? What was the reason for this?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,  And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.  And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus:  and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:  And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?  And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest:  it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.  And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.  And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.  And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man:  but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.  And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.  (Acts 9:  1-9, King James Version, KJV)

“Sally”, in Paul’s time, the ministry of Jesus Christ was condemned as corrupting and divisive of the covenant relationship with GOD that had been established through Moses and those who left Egypt.  Paul would be recruited to identify and completely destroy the Christian believers as a special agent of the Temple community at Jerusalem.  While Jesus, in fact, introduced few teachings that were not on record as “the law and the prophets,” thousands of years had been spent promoting customs, traditions and interpretations that advanced institutional practice, rather than the full expression of faith from GOD.  (For example, Jesus was charged with blasphemy for presenting himself as a son of GOD; yet, Moses and King David both are recorded in the holy writings acknowledging GOD as “our father.”)  The High Priests and leadership in the Sanhedrin Court of 70 Elders that insisted upon crucifying Jesus, condemned doctrine on angels and spirits; and they rejected most of the Savior’s important teachings that proclaimed the promises of GOD as the foundation of faith, and the coming gifts from the Holy Spirit (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth).  As a member of the Pharisees, who sought to be the “caretakers” of the law, Paul was keenly aware of various principles that gave overwhelming force and weight to the process and presence of divine law.  Examples are (a) the principle that sacred promise by GOD is continued and fulfilled after ones death through their heirs (we say, inheritance or dynasty); (b) the rule of joint accountability (the entire body will come under punishment for the error of one member); and (c) for the sake of survival (as occurred with Babylon), those in captivity or exile must cooperate with foreign oppressors as the agents of GOD for good.  Consider again the following:

(1.)  Joshua 22:  15-20, King James Version (KJV):  15 And they came unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasseh, unto the land of Gilead, and they spake with them, saying,  16 Thus saith the whole congregation of the LORD, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the LORD, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might rebel this day against the LORD?  17 Is the iniquity of Peor too little for us, from which we are not cleansed until this day, although there was a plague in the congregation of the LORD,  18 But that ye must turn away this day from following the LORD? and it will be, seeing ye rebel to day against the LORD, that to morrow he will be wroth with the whole congregation of Israel.  19 Notwithstanding, if the land of your possession be unclean, then pass ye over unto the land of the possession of the LORD, wherein the LORD’s tabernacle dwelleth, and take possession among us:  but rebel not against the LORD, nor rebel against us, in building you an altar beside the altar of the LORD our God.  20 Did not Achan the son of Zerah commit a trespass in the accursed thing, and wrath fell on all the congregation of Israel? and that man perished not alone in his iniquity.

(2.)  Deuteronomy 14:  1-2, KJV:  1 Ye are the children of the LORD your God:  ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.  2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

(3.)  1st Chronicles 29:  10-13, KJV:  10 Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation:  and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.  11 Thine, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty:  for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.  12 Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.  13 Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.

(4.)  John 11:  47-53, KJV:  47 Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles.  48 If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him:  and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation.  49 And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,  50 Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.  51 And this spake he not of himself:  but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;  52 And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.  53 Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, the words from Paul (5.)  1st Timothy 1:  12-17, KJV:  12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;  13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.  14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.  15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.  16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.  17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Councils as a device for decision-making, incarnation of divinity, managing human resources, and sharing revelation from GOD are topics, today.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Dajjal” (Level 4 with 3,545 points, a member since May 16, 2013) posted the following:

Should God be replaced with a learned council of elders from Harvard?

It’ll be better

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.  Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?  And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD’s hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.  And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.  And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders:  and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.  But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad:  and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle:  and they prophesied in the camp.  And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.  And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.  And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’s people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!  And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.  (Numbers 11:  21-30, KJV)

“Dajjal”, guidance by “learned elders” as a tool for government, prosperity, and security can be easily corrupted, misdirected, politicized, and made the tool of tyrants.  This is also true regarding those entrusted with divine mysteries and the sharing of sacred revelation to identify the character, nature, and substance of divinity.  We see a “failure of the council” appearing as sin that brings about the crucifixion of Jesus Christ as well as in the inability of the present United States Supreme Court to maintain its status, and resolve pressing issues within a democratic government having three branches.  In addition to accounts of covenants, divine law, patriarchs, priests, prophets, and angelic visitations to provide guidance and instruction upon the earth, the Bible also reports the formation of councils to embody divine “life essence” (we say, breath, spirit, word) from GOD, and continually make present inseparable aspects of the divine makeup.  Included are faith, forgiveness, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, mercy, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Sin is a non-material, non-spirit influence that opposes the continued existence of divine law, the breath of life, and the entire universe.  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will in created beings and living creatures.  Finite human tools such as debate, discourse, intellect, logic, philosophy, science and technology can not correctly and consistently detect, eliminate, and perfectly resist sin.  There must be sacred knowledge, godly practice, and consecrated oneness (we say, unity).  Even with a council, there must be a single figure (high priest, monarch, prophet?) having authority to manage development of consensus and unanimous decision.  Consider again the following from Scripture:

(1.)  Proverbs 11:  14, King James Version (KJV):  14 Where no counsel is, the people fall:  but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

(2.)  Daniel 6:  4-9, KJV:  4 Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.  5 Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.  6 Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever.  7 All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes, the counsellors, and the captains, have consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to make a firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or man for thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den of lions.  8 Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not.  9 Wherefore king Darius signed the writing and the decree.

(3.)  Matthew 26:  59-63, KJV:  59 Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death;  60 But found none:  yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none. At the last came two false witnesses,  61 And said, This fellow said, I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to build it in three days.  62 And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?  63 But Jesus held his peace, And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.

There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually taken in.  (For example, (4.)  Acts 23:  6-9, KJV:  6 But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee:  of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question.  7 And when he had so said, there arose a dissension between the Pharisees and the Sadducees:  and the multitude was divided.  8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit:  but the Pharisees confess both.  9 And there arose a great cry:  and the scribes that were of the Pharisees’ part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man:  but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared on the various charges of blasphemy brought against Jesus Christ and his ministry of divine Spirit.  Correctly understood, blasphemy is more than simply coarse and rude verbal behavior showing disrespect and irreverence.  Blasphemy denies the “god-ness” and integrity of Deity.  By charging Jesus with blasphemy against the Temple at Jerusalem, doctrine and worship there were exposed as corrupt and idolatrous.  Because blasphemy may express the absolute rejection of divine spirit substance, the crucial links to GOD that establish communion with the holy, existence, forgiveness, and even ability to contain life essence are all broken beyond repair, restoration, or any substitution.  Salvation by GOD is by a process that involves breath (we say, utterance, word, spirit), and actions that make the visible the sovereign will of GOD.  As the Son of Man (Adam), the Savior demonstrated aspects of the necessary priesthood and service to be carried out by those who would willingly come into relationship to divinity by receiving sacred substance from the makeup of GOD.  Jesus was opposed in this work by those seeking to maintain earthly notions of service to GOD that were grounded in carnal, material, and social beliefs.  Through the imparted Spirit, created beings and living creatures are being prepared to exist having eternal life (we say, immortality, incorruption, perfection, purity, sacred knowledge and sanctification).  Inseparable aspects of spirit content are deposited within believers such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Consider again how this is taught by the Scriptures, and see the presentation below:

Romans 8:  14-17, King James Version (KJV):  14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.  15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:  17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Romans 6:  20-23, KJV:  20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.  21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.  22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.  23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Matthew 12:  35-37, KJV:  35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things:  and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.  36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.  37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Matthew 25:  44-46, KJV:  44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?  45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.  46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment:  but the righteous into life eternal.

1st John 5: 20, KJV:  20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

Can I be explain that Jesus referred to in Matthew 12:32?

Update:  When Jesus speaks of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, it refers to any blasphemy against God go, or to a specific blasphemy against the Holy Spirit?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:  As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.  And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.  I have glorified thee on the earth:  I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.  And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.  I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world:  thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.  Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee.  For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.  I pray for them:  I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.  And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.  And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.  (John 17:  1-11, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Called, The 2nd Adam? (01/10/2016); When GOD Never Forgives? (12/28/2015); Crimes Christ Crucified For? (11/07/2014); Both Lost and Found? “Daniel”, the “crime” Jesus was officially charged with, and sentenced to die upon the cross for by the High Priest and Sanhedrin court that represented all Israel, was blasphemy against the Temple.  Others also had urged he be charged with blasphemy against the covenant of Moses (also called, the law), and against the doctrines and teachings of the Pharisees (who sought to uphold the law without acknowledging prophecy, or the prophets) and Sadducees (who denied the existence of angels and spirits, and resurrection of the dead).  While daily ministering to the people, the Savior had delivered stern warnings against blasphemy to those who accused him of performing miracles through the power of demons and devils.  Even for many mature Christian believers, “blasphemy” means violating the first commandments of the Decalogue (Ten Commandments):  Thou shalt have no other God before me; thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.  To misuse, or speak any divine name without genuine authority from God was deceit, false prophecy, and presumption (i.e., taking authority to oneself without permission—that is, overturning divine order, stealing power, and usurping).  The ministry and priesthood that Jesus demonstrated went beyond the customs and traditions of the religious establishment, that centered upon making offerings, payments, and sacrifices to atone for sin.  Christ taught that the character and nature of mankind must be permanently changed; there must be rebirth that only appears through various operations of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of Deity.  Jesus is to be acknowledged as a response by divinity using flesh and blood (we say, Incarnation), to explain and further introduce sacred process for mankind upon the earth using divine substance (we say, the Comforter, Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth).  Divine love that is expressed as forbearance, forgiveness, and mercy in judgment, also provides for created beings and living creatures to continue as eternal companions to GOD.  Consider again how this is stated using language from the Bible:

(1.)  John 3:  1-7, King James Version (KJV):  1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:  2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God:  for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.  3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?  5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

(2.)  John 4:  23-24, KJV:  23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:  for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  24 God is a Spirit:  and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  1st Peter 1:  22-24, KJV:  22 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:  23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.  24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

The attitude, authority, and behavior of Christ during his arrest, trial and crucifixion are topics, today.  The holy writings come to us as a partial record that does not detail and document all the aspects of culture and process used for communication and exchange in ancient times.  We know that values of their day also included ideas we now count as self-contradicting (e.g., preferring the end of a matter to its beginning; asking the best question gains more praise than making the best answer).  The Lord’s manner and way of working was as much a product of the flesh and of the times, as of fixed divine process for life and salvation.  Divine wrath against the sins of Israel had closed both the door of consecrated priesthood, and that of anointed prophets.  The nation became spiritually stagnant, grounded in ceremonial law, customs, and tradition.  The Lord was challenged to demonstrate humility, simplicity, thoroughness, and transparency (we say, openness) as well as divine restraint.  The language, method, and process of divine spokesperson (we say, prophet) had not appeared for more than 400 years (i.e., since Malachi).  Also, as the Son of David, Christ was to reconstitute the priesthood that had been defiled and tainted since the reign of Saul through the divine curse upon Eli and his sons.  While the ministry of Jesus was to benefit all upon the entire earth, only those chosen and elect, who would apprehend prophecy through Spirit, would be able to receive him as more than a simple rabbi from Galilee.  Consider again the Scriptures, and the points shared below:  Mark 15:  37-41, New International Version (NIV):  37 Even after Jesus had performed so many signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him.  38 This was to fulfill the word of Isaiah the prophet:  “Lord, who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”  39 For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere:  40 “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, so they can neither see with their eyes, nor understand with their hearts, nor turn—and I would heal them.”  41 Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus’ glory and spoke about him.  Also, John 1:  9-13, NIV:  9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world.  10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him.  11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.  12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.  Luke 8:  10, NIV:  10 He said, “The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of God has been given to you, but to others I speak in parables, so that, “‘though seeing, they may not see; though hearing, they may not understand.’  Mark 6:  4-5, NIV:  4 Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home.”  5 He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “abdul” (Level 1 with no points shown, a member since May 12, 2015) posted the following:

Why did Jesus seem to evasively answered the high priest?

Meanwhile, the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching. “I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied. “I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret. Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.” When Jesus said this, one of the officials nearby slapped him in the face. “Is this the way you answer the high priest?” he demanded. “If I said something wrong,” Jesus replied, “testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike me?” – John 18:19-23, New International Version

Update:  Some say it was Judas who was on trial. Muslims believe that Judas’ appearance and voice were altered by God to resemble Jesus’. Judas cannot preach what Jesus used to preach. If it was Jesus on trial, Jesus would seize this opportunity to preach them the words of the Lord.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  By oppression and judgment he was taken away.  Yet who of his generation protested?  For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished.  He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.  Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand.  After he has suffered, he will see the light of life and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities.  Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death,  and was numbered with the transgressors.  For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.  (Isaiah 53:  8-12, NIV)

“abdul”, Christian believers are encouraged to recognize that the attitude and behavior the Savior displayed during his arrest, trial, and throughout his crucifixion was in accordance with prophecies written in the Scriptures as well as the sacred operations for continuing the revelation of GOD to created beings and living creatures in the earth.  The appearance of divinity using the form of flesh (we say, the Incarnation) was to accomplish eternal purposes on multiple levels of existence, through multiple levels of effect and impact.  Here are a number of points to consider that should be useful to avoid error and spiritual confusion:

(1.)  The ministry through parables was to allow hearers to realize the character and nature of their own inner spirit, and to arouse appetite as an aspect of spirit, rather than flesh.  As with the baptism by John, those among the hearers who were the elect of GOD were to be drawn to come forward, and then identify themselves by their actions and choices.

(2.)  The conduct of Jesus had to be recognizable as following a pattern and tradition determined by GOD, and displayed in the life and work of earlier prophets.  Thus, the way David deferred to Saul as the Lord’s anointed may be seen in the Savior’s response to Caiaphas.  Striking Jesus (punishment) before the trial formally begins is a corruption of lawful process as much as Saul unprovoked hurling a spear against David.

(3.)  The ministry of Jesus was also that of an high priest charged with responsibility for cleansing and healing the process of judgment in the earth.  Because a judge presiding over trial as an agent of Deity must be impartial and thorough, he is to apply both the law and the prophets.  Rather than condemnation, the divine goal of judgment is to be the expression of divine love and mercy; and only he who is without sin (like the law) may cast the first stone to carry out the death penalty.

(4.)  The High Priests and chiefs of the Sanhedrin council who insisted upon the death of Jesus, believed their role was to keep and restore the things originally given by GOD through Moses.  They depended upon conflicting reports, and most had never seen Jesus minister to the people, even  though he also assembled crowds there in Jerusalem, and within the Temple.  As Sadducees, they were committed to “demystifying” belief, and opposed teaching that spoke to angels, miracles, resurrection of the dead, or the existence of spirits.

(5.)  Jesus proclaimed a coming kingdom of GOD, and used  works to promote hope (we say, specific expectations), encourage repentance, and to nourish and stir existing faith.  The disciplines and sacred practices he used (e.g., baptism, covenant meal, exorcism, foot washing, preaching) were not new, and already were in place.  The Savior did not annul existing commandments, or complain against existing sacred law so much as he shifted emphasis, and insisted upon righteousness.

There are many other ideas that should be carefully considered, correctly comprehended, and made a part of ones full spiritual understanding.  (For example, (6.) King David was challenged to reunite the Ark of the Covenant with the Tabernacle, and relocate them both in Jerusalem where the monarch would have ready access to divine counsel through  Urim and Thummim.  Just as King David established courses for service by the priests as well as liturgy and sacred music with other reforms for operations of the Tabernacle—that were to be applied in the Temple—Christ is to be seen renewing inheritance and priesthood granted to Adam, amplified through Moses, and perfected through gifts by the Holy Spirit.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

The process of GOD for sacred knowledge and truth is the topic, today.  Someone at “Yahoo! Answers” who has claimed to be a Christian and uses the ID “Anonymous” (another of the fighters polluting the Internet who seems to want a reputation as “notorious” and ungodly; no other information available) posted the following:

Why do Christians lie and say “Jesus died on the cross”, instead of saying the truth “the only thing that died were the fleshy bits”?

Christians persist with their repeated LIE.

Update : Creation Detective …. you LIE. Christians DON’T say “The fleshy bits of Jesus died for our sins”. They say “JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS”. Stop lying Creation Detective

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  All unrighteousness is sin:  and there is a sin not unto death.   We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.  And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.   And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.  (1st John 5:  17-20, KJV)

“Anonymous”, the question posed here is a familiar one often used to challenge faith and Christian belief by those with an antichrist spirit who seek to foster their own spiritual confusion, rather than the Gospel.  Please consider the following points:

(1.)  Human awareness is dominated by aspects of our carnal, material, physical and social existence.  However, the revelation of GOD must be apprehended through ones endowment of spirit content from GOD.

(2.)  The operations of GOD are called “miracles” and “mysteries” only because they can not be correctly conceived and talked about using only finite human language and symbols.

(3.)  Even those “born again” who receive a fresh deposit of spirit content from the makeup of divinity can not explain and function as mature (we say, perfected) believers without experiences whereby they acquire comprehension, sacred knowledge.  All must develop their own vocabulary of sanctified truth by going through such life experiences as giving, fellowship, loss, study, sufferings, trials, and worship.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  No one receives truth apart from GOD (most people who hear this miss its meaning).  The prophet Daniel prayed for guidance from GOD that was provided to him through a holy messenger.  Yet, Daniel could not understand what he had been given without further growth, help and instruction.  Similarly, Jesus came speaking and doing truth, yet, was rejected by the high priests, the Sanhedrin, and many of the sages of Israel.  Without the imparted, indwelling Spirit men attempt to grasp eternal truth using such finite tools as imagination, intellect, logic, mathematics, philosophy and science.  However, the process of GOD is one where only permanent changes within the spirit substance of a person may exist as divine truth.  Until there is change within, we have no truth.)  I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Law, sin, and self-will are topics, today.  Also, there is more on Palm Sunday, and the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem as Messiah.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Jill” (Level 1 with 45 points, a member since April 15, 2014) posted the following:

Do Christians actually have any self control ?

So all the time you have Christians saying the lord gives them strength, and their faith allows them to ward off sin. Yet at the same time they constantly pass laws, and do other things that put into question how much self control they have, and how strong their faith actually is.
Here are some examples

Until 2003 many states had laws against gay sex. The laws were based on it being a sin. If your faith was as good as a protection as you say it is why did you need the laws?

In the 1980’s there was a huge campaign against what was called porn rock to try, and get it banned in stores. Again if your faith, and will power is strong you should just be able to resist temptation. Why the want to ban it?

Prostitution is illegal in all but 1 state

I can keep citing examples but my point is if Christians have the willpower, and strength that they should have because of their faith why do they still feel the need to make sins illegal ? Shouldn’t they have the willpower to let sinners sin without making the sin illegal ?

THE BATTLE AXE:  Palm Sunday (04/14/2014)—(6.)  Just as those within the crowd that welcomed Jesus had many different understandings of what was going on, and not all understood that Jesus was coming as a fulfillment of divine promise, many would not become aware of his arrest, trial, crucifixion, burial, and resurrection without these things first being preached, and carefully explained to them.  Many were simply caught up in the excitement, and joy of the moment.  Nonetheless, enough were believers and disciples of Jesus to establish this coming to Jerusalem as a sacred event.  These represented all within Jerusalem who were welcoming the salvation of GOD, all mankind accepting salvation through Christ, and all heaven rejoicing in the revelation of GOD.  Similarly, Caiaphas, the High Priest, the judicial council of elders (the Sanhedrin), King Herod, and the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate, operated as representatives of all Israel, all Jewish tradition, all civil and religious law as well as all upon the earth (angels and mankind) refusing to acknowledge the government of GOD through Messiah.  See Acts 2:  14-39, 1st Corinthians 2:  6-14 and 1st Timothy 1:  8-10, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:  But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government.  Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.  Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.  But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;  And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time.  Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you;  Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls:  an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:  Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;  But was rebuked for his iniquity:  the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.  (2nd Peter 2:  9-16, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Obedience of Jesus? (04/15/2013); Why Would GOD Worry About Us? (04/16/2013); How To Accept Bible Truth? (04/17/2013); Science and the Laws of Nature? (03/23/2013); How To Love GOD? (03/24/2013)

“Jill”, here are some important points to consider when seeking to understand the need for expressions of divine law, and why there must be a transformation of ones awareness as aspects of sound Christian belief:

(1.)  Sin is not a material object, or physical substance that can be detected, eliminated, and completely removed using human intellect, logic, reason, and science.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divinity, of sacred law, of the Law Giver, and of everything throughout the universe that operates in agreement with divinity.

(2.)  Despite sin having no physical form, or spirit content, sin displays direction, effect, and “presence”.  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will (we say, will power) in created beings and living creatures (this includes men and angels).  Sin can not influence the divine will; thus, by a fresh endowment of divinity (we say, spirit matter that is GOD) the living are able to resist and overcome the many operations of sin.

(3.)  Given sin is corruption (we say, decay, rot) and “no thing” having independent existence as a life form or material object, sin can not be suddenly destroyed without upheaval, and widespread damage of divine order throughout the universe.  Sin is subtle, and appears as barely visible differences and shifts away from divine standards.

(4.)  Many indicators, procedures, and tools having the force of law for believers have been supplied by GOD to make sin known and “visible”.  Included are commandments (we say, divine law), covenant agreements, family, holy writings, inheritance, nation, priesthood, prophecy, a system of offerings and sacrifices, the blood of Jesus, and the imparted, indwelling Spirit from GOD.

There is a lot more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  While Christian believers all receive Spirit matter that is the makeup of divinity, only gradually do they learn and come to operate in full power of their endowment.  Born again having divine DNA, so to speak, they must grow up and mature again, while continuing to face the ongoing challenges of existence upon the earth.  Included are inseparable aspects of the Almighty such as faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, righteousness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to the measure of divine faith that resides in you.

Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.  For we know that the law is spiritual:  but I am carnal, sold under sin.  For that which I do I allow not:  for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.  (Romans 7:  13-15, KJV)
