The Son of Man

Today, focus is on the demonstration of perfected humanity that was shared by the GODhead using the device of Incarnation.  As the heir to Adam, created from dust and sacred breath, Jesus appeared on the earth as someone inheriting the human condition that includes appetite, sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), mortality, and being limited by emotion (e.g., anger, fear, sorrow) and finite human tools of the mind (e.g., “secular knowledge,” carnal reason, logic, philosophy, science).  Jesus was not born having recall of his exalted station within the GODhead, or full knowledge of the promises to Abraham, the covenants of Moses and David, or the role he was to  ultimately fulfill as Messiah, and the one prophesied to die on the cross.  Jesus also encountered evil, and was tested by the Devil in the wilderness.  The things Jesus spoke and performed had to be expressions of his own conviction, discoveries, and faith.  Correctly understood, then, the holy writings only provide descriptions of Jesus Christ on the earth as another man who, through the active presence who is GOD the Father, also fulfills multiple sacred offices (e.g., exorcist, healer, judge, king, prophet, priest, teacher).  What continues to puzzle many believers is that the Lord’s origin has been by operations of the Holy Spirit that are not aspects of Creation, that have not been detailed and revealed to created beings and living creatures, and that speak to the use of form by spirit without corruption, defilement, or profanity.  More than this, many are overwhelmed by the teaching that Jesus became the embodiment of our sin on the cross, faced sacred judgment, and endured divine wrath.  The fighter at “Yahoo! If Jesus was God, why are there multiple instances in which he worships God as a separate entity?

John 17 leaps to mind.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;  Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:  Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.  (Hebrews 1:  1-4, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  What Would Moses Say? (10/27/2017); The Device of Incarnation (10/18/2017); Making Sense of Preexistence? (10/06/2017); The Word of GOD (09/05/2017); Conforming to Divine Standards (06/18/2017); A Species of Animal? (01/31/2017); Word, Son, and Christ? (08/24/2016)

“Corvus Blackthorne,” looking upon Christ we are to see a man within a process of GOD, not a god in a process of men.  Jesus Christ appeared on the earth to carry out and fulfill, multiple divine, eternal purposes.  In addition to exposing the operations of sin as a personification of sacred law, Christ would embody the fullness of divinity (we say, the GODhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit).  The Word (breath, life essence, spirit, utterance) appearing embodied in flesh and blood as a son of Adam would continue and complete divine revelation of the character, makeup, and substance of divinity using praise, prayer, proclamation, promise, prophecy, and rebirth to establish among mankind the same oneness without sameness that exists within the GODhead.

Even though the witness of Adam and many of the Patriarchs was available on the earth for nearly one thousand years, and the duties of sacred priesthood were being performed for atonement, expiation, and remission of sin, it was still required that Jesus be sent to demonstrate perfected humanity.  While his conception was through the authority and power of GOD, his development, birth, growth to manhood, his entry into ministry, and his dying on the cross all were required to acknowledge and respond to cycles and patterns of natural law, earthly Creation, and human affairs.

Christian believers are cautioned to discern and understand that, where  Jesus appears to have been gifted with special abilities and powers, that has more to do with the operations of imparted Spirit from GOD than his identity in the Heaven as Son of the Highest.  Thus, in the same way we as sinners must undergo permanent change by the Holy Spirit through baptism and receive a fresh endowment of the inseparable aspects of the divine makeup (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin), the Savior also had to age, acquire sacred knowledge (not merely secular knowledge), communicate through prayer, and be both an instrument to bring about, and an anointed/sworn witness to sacred events (we say, miracles).  In the same way the Lord’s body became tired and weary, and he needed separation from the crowds for rest and refreshing, he also needed renewal to continue against the many questions, thrusts, and streams of spiritual confusion.

As the Second Adam, Jesus received a greater endowment of the imparted Spirit.  There are times in the Scriptures we see only his humanity that includes times when we do not have full knowledge, are uncertain, or seek a different path than the one commanded.  Even so, Jesus is father to a new creation, and through the holy writings and his imparted Spirit, the divine offspring are receiving instruction and nourishment to become ripe (mature) for harvest at his appearing (we say, the Advent, the Rapture, the Second Coming).  The ongoing transformation to exist as companions to immortal, incorruptible divinity that was begun following the fall of Adam and Eve will be completed “in the twinkling of an eye;” and the believers will become perfected before their Maker.  Consider again the following from the Bible:

(1.)  John 1:  11-17, King James Version (KJV):  11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.  14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.  15 John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me:  for he was before me.  16 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.  17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

(2.)  Galatians 4:  4-7, KJV:  4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,  5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.  6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.  7  Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

(3.)  John 11:  41-45, KJV:  41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.  42 And I knew that thou hearest me always:  but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.  43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.  44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes:  and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.  45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him.

(4.)  John 14:  10-11, KJV:  10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself:  but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.  11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me:  or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Tissot_Moses_and_Joshua_in_the_Tabernacle-11

James Jacque Joseph Tissot –  Moses and Joshua in the Tabernacle
(a scene that probably never occurred, neither being High Priests, and both within the veil at the same time)

Today, focus is on the manifestations of prophetic ministry presented by Moses, Joshua, and Jesus Christ.  In the same way the holy writings report changes in sacred institutions and divine law, offices and serving as agents and spokespersons for divinity (e.g., seer, prophet, apostle, evangelist) are seen continued, yet, becoming a new form.  The anointing granted to Joshua and Moses fitted them to fulfill promises and prophecies to mankind that addressed the establishment of a sacred nation upon the earth.  Their endowments included angelic visitations; authority as judges, rulers, and worship leaders; covenant relationship; knowledge to command military operations as well as access to receive divine proclamations of sacred law, and guidance to partition and distribute allotments of territory.  Even so, neither may have correctly understood that their works were for transforming mankind to exist as companions to immortal, incorruptible divinity.  As an incarnate person of the GODhead, the anointing upon Jesus Christ was greater, for the Son of the Highest would be endowed to serve as Judge, King, High Priest in the heavens, and Prophet as well as the architect and builder of the heavenly City (the New Jerusalem).  A writer at “Yahoo! 7 Answers (Australia)” using the ID “Roche” (Level 1 with 77 points, a member since August 16, 2017) posted the following:

What do you think that Moses would say to Joshua if he could see us now?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?  For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.  For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.  For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.  And it is yet far more evident:  for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,  Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.  For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.  For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.  For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.  And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest:  (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)  By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.  (Hebrews 7:  11-22, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Christ Our High Priest (10/25/2017); The Generation That Wandered (06/14/2017); Rulers Who Are Prophets? (01/25/2017); Material Things in Heaven? (11/10/2016); Face to Face Like Moses? (01/28/2014); Covenants and Relationships (01/29/2014); Jericho Justified? (07/02/2013); Theoretical Forgiveness? (07/03/2013)

“Roche”, despite the existence of national Israel, the present condition for the ancient covenant people is very much one of Diaspora, disbelief, scattering, and spiritual confusion.  Both Moses and Joshua were used by GOD as expressions of divine wrath against sin, and as instruments in punitive judgment (e.g., the plagues of Egypt; destruction of those in the camp who had worshiped the golden calf fashioned by Aaron; the five kings who had hidden in the cave at Makkedah; the utter destruction of Jericho).  Even so, they were being embraced by a God of deliverance, and, like developing believers today, were caught up in the many emotional and psychological conflicts between seeking to garner and apply sound (secular) information (for example, by sending out the spies) and operating strictly on the basis of revelation, divine promise, prophecy, and sacred knowledge.  Keep in mind, both these men had suffered extended periods in a place where most of the inborn citizens excluding the Hebrews were the private property of one man (i.e., slaves to Pharaoh of Egypt).

Both Joshua and Moses were anointed to serve as prophets; however, only Joshua is spoken of as a general over the armies of Israel.  The two men both acknowledged the active presence who is GOD as having appeared through emblems that included the burning bush, the tables of stone, the Shekhinah within the Tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, and visitation by the Captain of the Host of Heaven.  While Moses was so filled with the Spirit of GOD (we say, breath, life essence, Word) that a portion of his anointing could be granted to seventy of the elders of Israel, and he remained more empowered than all of them put together, neither he nor Joshua were consecrated to the level of Jesus Christ.  Because they did not receive the fresh endowment of imparted Spirit established by Christ dying upon the cross, neither of them could completely and correctly grasp the subtle (i.e., barely visible; having hidden shifts in meaning, quality, and value), yet powerful upsurge in the operations of GOD that have been revealed to us.  Foremost are the movements from deliverance to salvation, from condemnation to forgiveness, and from fulfilling the sanctions of the law to outpouring mercy and reconciliation.

Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Deuteronomy 14:  1-2, King James Version (KJV):  1 Ye are the children of the LORD your God:  ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.  2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

(2.)  Hosea 6:  5-7, KJV:  5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth:  and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.  6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.  7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant:  there have they dealt treacherously against me.

(3.)  John 1:  11-17, KJV:  11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

(4.)  Romans 5:  8-10, KJV:  8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Hebrews 3: 1-6, KJV:  1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;  2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.  3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.  4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.  5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;  6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

seek-pray-turn_t

Today, thoughts are shared on benefits from attending prayer meetings at the church where one is a member.  Prayer in public and by elected officials are increasingly becoming thought of as a duty among believers in America and many of the other nations now suffering unprecedented  bereavement and loss through floods, storms, terrorism, and other tragic events.  However, it remains that a church congregation should be a source for, and a vessel filled with, spirit substance from GOD, rather than an organization serving as a community center, a site for distributing alms and donations, or simply another location for secular social gatherings.  The church properly seeks and helps others to find the highest levels for their existence, and the specific endowments from GOD appropriate for salvation.  With this in view, through activity in the church, developing believers are released from worldly entanglements that interrupt the sacred business of interacting with divinity through commitment, humility, obedience, and prayer.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Grey Tower” (Level 7 with 171,743 points, a member since July 13, 2007) posted the following:

Should Christians participate in church Prayer Meetings? Is this biblical and beneficial?

Update: A prayer meeting is a regular church event, usually held one evening during the week. Everybody can join in with praying for current events / situations / church matters / others in need or who are sick, etc. Nobody is required to pray out loud and many never do, but pray silently. It’s a “corporate prayer” session, if you like.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities:  for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:  but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called:  and whom he called, them he also justified:  and whom he justified, them he also glorified.  (Romans 8:  26-30, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Storms to Punish America? (09/08/2017); …Gathered In My Name (05/29/2017); Receiving The Holy Spirit (12/08/2016); On Expecting Quick Results (11/07/2016); Good Christians and Church? (10/19/2016); Why Pray For Victims? (06/14/2016); Skipping Church A Sin? (11/17/2015)

“Grey Tower”, here are some thoughts you may find useful:  Because prayer meetings are assemblies of anointed believers, they should be regarded as sacred events that further reveal and make visible the active presence who is GOD.  In the meetings referred to here, focus is on completing the edification and existence of the church, rather than on the personal concerns and needs of individuals as within the home or family prayer circle.  Carnal, material, political, and social issues are less relevant.  Prayer meetings to benefit and complete the sacred business of the church call for outpourings of grace and the Holy Spirit.  The objective and purpose for everyone who is present is to acknowledge, affirm and evidence the oneness without sameness provided through Jesus as head of the Church as well as to marshal and focus the spirit content and power of the full body of Christ for the completion of various sacred operations (e.g., confession and petition; forbearance and forgiveness; baptism and rebirth; ordination and sanctification).  Sacred transactions are to be completed that were began on the basis of covenant, divine law, sovereign proclamations, eternal purpose, trustworthy promises, and expectations grounded in prophecy.

In praise and prayer services, a congregation is to commune and interact with GOD as though the group is a single person.  As they display their own spirit content imparted from GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin) through prophecy, testimony and witness, they present the image of GOD, and become “recognizable” to divinity as those having place with Jesus Christ in sacred fullness.  The clergy and assembled believers all may serve as spokespersons for GOD and for mankind.  In addition to being a process of exchange between Creator and the created, prayer meetings are a sacred tool for imparting divine order, restoring balance, crystallizing vision, and refreshing body, mind and spirit.  Prayer allows the collective to prepare for action as well as to be invigorated and revived when going up against opposition, unmet needs, obstacles, and spiritual confusion.  Consider again the following counsel that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Matthew 18:  19-20, King James Version (KJV):  19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.  20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

(2.)  Ephesians 4:  11-16, KJV:  11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;  12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:  13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:  14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;  15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:  16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

(3.)  Acts 4:  31-33, KJV:  31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.  32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul:  neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.  33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus:  and great grace was upon them all.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Hebrews 10:  24-29, KJV:  24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:  25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.  26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,  27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.  28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:  29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

God-is-Love.png

Today, reply is made to share points useful for defining “love”.  Where “godly love” is “love made in the image of divine love” or “love formed and shaped after the pattern of divine love,” what we must say to capture and correctly characterize “love” has to go beyond carnal exchange, romantic fantasy, economic transactions, and mere sexual and social intercourse.  With divinity, love begun is love everlasting and unending.  Divine love endures despite breakdowns in communication, errors, interruptions, mistakes, and separation.  To be in continuous relationship with divinity one must respond to standards for meaning, quality, and value that will be balanced, immutable, and incorruptible.  Thus, divine love is seen more an aspect of duration, existence, and the fullness of divinity, than an expression of covetousness, desire, and passion.  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information provided) posted the following:

How would you define godly love?

What would you expect from a God of love? What would you expect him to show you and others in regards to mercy and love?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  They are of the world:  therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.  We are of God:  he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.  Beloved, let us love one another:  for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.  In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.  No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.  Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.  And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.  Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.  And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.  (1st John 5-16, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Hardened Minds and Hearts? (07/28/2017); The Practice of Love (07/27/2017); No Fear In Love? (05/17/2017); The Extravagance of Love? (04/02/2017); The Quality of Life? (03/29/2017); Saying “GOD is Love” (12/18/2016); Herein Is True Love (10/21/2016)

“Anonymous”, here are some points you may find useful:

(1)  Among mature Christian believers it is understood that “love” (we also say, lovingkindness) is another of the many inseparable aspects of sacred substance imparted to mankind from the makeup of divinity.  In order to exist, created beings and living creatures all must receive deposits and endowments of spirit matter from GOD (we say, breath, life essence, word).  More than this, to be in continuing relationship with the Creator as sons and daughters, joint-heirs with Christ, and the offspring of GOD through Jesus Christ, the living must receive adoption, anointing, or rebirth whereby the believer becomes a new creation.  Thus, the imparted Spirit includes faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, meekness, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

(2)  Where “love” is correctly understood to mean more than “affection”, “attraction”, “feelings” and “infatuation”, the question, “What?” is to be answered beginning with “accountability”, goes on “commitment”, to “dutifulness”, to “fidelity”, to “trust” and “truth”.  The goal and objective of adult  “love” is rarely self-fulfillment and self-satisfaction; and there can be no “selfish love.”  The operation of love appears as bonding and joining (we say, displaying oneness without sameness).

(3)  Being a GOD of judgment also, the Creator demonstrates love by using divine law and the operations of judgment.  Far from being lust and romantic love, attention to detail, impartiality, mercy, patience, righteousness and thoroughness all appear as aspects of the fullness of love.  For believers, the expression of godly love is most correctly recognized and responded to by applying “discernment” (i.e., using ones own spirit content from the makeup of GOD as a standard to examine and acknowledge divine spirit appearing within events, oneself, other persons, the holy writings, etc.).  Other practices and standards from GOD also make visible and reveal godly love, for example, parental discipline, fellowship within the community of faith, holy matrimony, the bestowal of divine gifts, the keeping of promises, and prayer.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared on men and women wearing head coverings in the church.  Prophecy and revelation are not the hiding of truth, rather, they are the open declaration and publishing of sacred truth.  Until the temporary condition would fade away, Moses had to cover the glory that shined from his face after being in the direct presence of GOD, for the sight of him generated alarm, dread, superstition and uncertainty, rather than reassurance, confidence, and joy.  Because the holy writings declare there is free access to divinity for all who acknowledge Jesus Christ as redeemer and Savior (see Colossians 3:  9-11 and Galatians 27-29, King James Version, KJV), many seek to operate as though gender no longer has distinction and meaning before GOD.  They argue that Christ has made it so the blood of menstruation no longer makes women unclean (i.e., unfit fit to serve in priesthood, or participate in worship with others of the congregation).  Even so, it remains males ought not be ordained to fulfill the role of females, who are to carry and give birth to babies, and are saved through childbearing, just as women may not operate as “fathers” without also promoting multiple levels of emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual confusion.  The oneness without sameness spoken of pertains to how relationship and standing are granted to the living as the new creation in Jesus Christ.  One of the many fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:

Why can’t men wear a veil to Catholic mass like the women?

I have a admiration for the veils some girls will wear for mass.. what would happen if a man showed up wearing one ?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.  For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.  Seeing then that we have such hope, we use great plainness of speech:  And not as Moses, which put a veil over his face, that the children of Israel could not stedfastly look to the end of that which is abolished:  But their minds were blinded:  for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.  But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.  Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.  Now the Lord is that Spirit:  and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.  But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.  (2nd Corinthians 3:  10-18, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, increasingly, mature Christian believers rely upon the holy writings for guidance on sacred practice, rather than ceremonies, customs, policies of some finite, human institution, and traditions of men.  The wearing of headgear (e.g., hats, helmets, hoods), generally pertains to blocking and receiving anointing that comes as a copious flow and outpouring from above.  Revelation and prophecy require that men not cover their heads during prayer and while serving as divine spokespersons.  By contrast, in order to be recognizable to the holy angels as having “power” on their heads, women are to cover themselves, and acknowledge the coverings provided by men and by GOD.

Many encounter spiritual confusion, here, because the meaning, quality, and value of these things are not merely carnal, material, secular, and social.  For both males and females, the head covering may be seen as a badge or emblem indicting authority, ownership, and sovereignty.  Thus, we say, a woman’s covering may not be simply her hair; and she should be adorned with a crown (diadem, miter, tiara, turban) that represents the beauty, glory, and love of her Creator, not her own.

The nature of revelation and prophecy are to be understood as the proclamation and presentation of things formerly hidden and secret that now are to come into view through divine endowments, covenant relationship, discovery, and sacred knowledge provided by operations of the imparted, indwelling Spirit of GOD.  GOD is a spirit, and to apprehend this, the living must begin with a focus on the Incarnation (we also say, embodiment) of the GODhead and their aspects of divine makeup, person, and active presence.  Consider again the following from the Bible:

(1.)  Hebrews 2:  6-11, King James Version (KJV):  6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man that thou visitest him?  7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands:  8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.  9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.  10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.  11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one:  for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

(2.)  1st Timothy 6:  12-16, KJV:  12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.  13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;  14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:  15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;  16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see:  to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

(3.)  Psalms 103:  1-9, KJV:  1 Bless the LORD, O my soul:  and all that is within me, bless his holy name.  2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:  3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;  4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;  5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.  6 The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.  7 He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.  8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.  9 He will not always chide:  neither will he keep his anger for ever.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Revelation 2:  9-11, KJV:  9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.  10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer:  behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days:  be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.  11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is made on Christians celebrating the 4th of July as being “of the world” and, therefore, a sin.  Divinity may use families, nations, and even individuals as instruments and tools to demonstrate and fulfill sacred operations, eternal purposes, judgment, and revelation.  Throughout the holy writings there are accounts that speak of cities, towns and regions as if they were female (e.g., daughters, mothers, etc.).  The principle of “incarnation” is in effect whereby communities and households of faith embody or fail to display spirit content from the makeup of GOD.  Through its people chosen by GOD in the person of  Jesus Christ, nations receive anointing, deposits, endowments, seed, and unction that are inseparable aspects of the divine makeup.  Also included are sacred substance and spirit content such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, meekness, wisdom, wrath against sin, and zeal.  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

Christians, isn’t it a sin to celebrate 4th of July?

be in the world but not of the world

if you love the world and the things in it the love of The Father is not in you

Also God is disapointed with usa for lgbt and destruction is coming and a tsunami

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believeth on him is not condemned:  but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.  (John 3:  16-21, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, correctly understood, all government is an expression of sacred law and divine order; and GOD is no less divine where men are allowed to exercise authority, discharge duty, and take up responsibility under his sovereign rule.  Below are some points of belief that will be found among many of the mature Christians who will be celebrating as American patriots on July 04, 2017.  GOD has not forbidden that mankind exist in the form of “nations” that shelter and utilize collectives, groups, institutions, and personal relationships to accomplish increase, prosperity, and survival.  The active presence and government of GOD is made visible through organizations, their godly leaders, those who advise and give counsel as well as through sanctified parents, teachers, and caretakers.  There are many elements, principles, and points of sacred knowledge that come together in holidays of national celebration.  Consider again the following:

1.  Proverbs 14:  34, King James Version (KJV):  34 Righteousness exalteth a nation:  but sin is a reproach to any people.

2.  Isaiah 9:  6-7, KJV:  6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.  7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

3.  Romans 4:  13-18, KJV:  13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.  14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:  15 Because the law worketh wrath:  for where no law is, there is no transgression.  16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,  17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.  18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

4.  Romans 13:  1-4, KJV:  1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God:  the powers that be are ordained of God.  2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God:  and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.  3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:  4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain:  for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5.  Jeremiah 29:  4-7, KJV:  4 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, unto all that are carried away captives, whom I have caused to be carried away from Jerusalem unto Babylon;  5 Build ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them;  6 Take ye wives, and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons, and give your daughters to husbands, that they may bear sons and daughters; that ye may be increased there, and not diminished.  7 And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it:  for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, 6.  1st Timothy 2:  1-6, KJV:  1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;  2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.  3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;  4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.  5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;  6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

JESUS ANOINTED WITH THE TEARS OF A HARLOT

Today, points are shared on pornography, prostitutes, and the kingdom of GOD.  Every prostitute is not guilty of having sexual activity with a married person (we say, adultery).  Even so, the spirit content of every prostitute does become  defiled through fornication.  Sexual joining is always physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  Through fornication and imbalance, even the relationships provided by GOD to display beauty, express commitment, and continue the sharing of devotion, respect, self-esteem, and tenderness may become permanently damaged, and then promote only corruption, disgrace, fear, selfishness, and shame.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Michael Vicks Dog” (Level 6 with 11,731 points, a member since June 06, 2015) posted the following:

Did Jesus protect the hooker from getting stoned because she was a line of income for him?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard.  He answered and said, I will not:  but afterward he repented, and went.  And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir:  and went not.  Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.  For John came unto you in the way of righteousness, and ye believed him not:  but the publicans and the harlots believed him:  and ye, when ye had seen it, repented not afterward, that ye might believe him.  (Matthew 21:  28-32, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Cast the First Stone? (01/12/2017); Law Requires Genuine Righteousness (07/28/2016); About The Great Whore? (06/24/2016); Anointed? (04/28/2014); No More “Mr. Nice Guy”? “Michael Vicks Dog”, most likely, Jesus protected the prostitute (you say, hooker), because he recognized the woman did not have a strong, mature, committed man who accepted accountability within an adult relationship.  The Lord also probably saw there was an emergency, that her eternal life was being threatened, and that she needed the love and protection of GOD the Father.  Through operations of the anointing from GOD that rested upon him, Jesus was able to discern the spirit content within events, himself, other persons, the holy writings, etc.  Where we are supplied with that same endowment, we also are able to see what is otherwise invisible:  a confused child; a repentant sinner; a brother or sister desperately in need of our help; a fragile person who, reinforced by divinity, is capable of displaying an amazing love.  Every prostitute was once a virgin, and can still be made clean and revived by GOD.  Often, the men, women, and children featured in pornography, prostitution and sex-trafficking are victims of continuing verbal abuse, brutality, alcohol and drug poisoning, multiple rapes, and the defilement of fornication.  As servants to the Risen Lord, we are to intercede for them through prayer; and we are to acknowledge that he has made a place at his table for those who will come to him, even the male prostitutes, transgender she-males, twinks, and others being used as sex-objects, and despised in the world.  Because they become a new creation in Christ that contains inseparable spirit matter from the makeup of divinity, sex workers are no longer to be spoken of as hookers, sinners, and whores.  They are to be known as believers, Christians, the children of GOD, saints, and joint-heirs with Christ.  Consider again the following:

(1.)   Luke 7:  36-39, King James Version (KJV):  36 And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would eat with him. And he went into the Pharisee’s house, and sat down to meat.  37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,  38 And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.  39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him:  for she is a sinner.

(2.)  Galatians 5:  19-23, KJV:  19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,  20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,  21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like:  of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.  22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,  23 Meekness, temperance:  against such there is no law.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  Luke 7:  40-48, KJV:  40 And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on.  41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors:  the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.  42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?  43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.  44 And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet:  but she hath washed my feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.  45 Thou gavest me no kiss:  but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to kiss my feet.  46 My head with oil thou didst not anoint:  but this woman hath anointed my feet with ointment.  47 Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much:  but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.  48 And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
