Today, reply is on whether the failure to acknowledge and return divine love is accounted as “sin” and transgression of divine law.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality forum who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shared) posted the following:

Why are there consequences if we dont love God back? Does God love the sinner in hell?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts:  and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:  So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:  it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.  For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace:  the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.  (Isaiah 55:  6-12, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, Christian believers are careful to consider and understand the sacred operations of divinity for establishing existence and life generate continuity, divine order with natural and mechanical law as well as movement through time and space, and regularity.  Love is more than a matter of finite human affections, emotions, and feelings for one another; for love involves joining that infuses spirit content from the makeup of divinity.  Included are faith, holiness, forbearance, forgiveness, oneness without sameness, personhood, eternal purpose, and aspects of sovereign will.

The distance and separation used to provide the living with completeness, independence, and integrity as created beings and living creatures permit only expression as interdependent entities, and do not support duration as isolated individuals who may prosper in conflict against their Creator.  While “knowing God” requires his nearness, and even Incarnation, the authority, excellence and majesty of GOD requires multiple streams of separating truth.

In the same way, men are coerced and forced to continue breathing air for their survival, life among men and angels also requires that the living use their ability to acknowledge, communicate, apply sacred (not secular) knowledge, and interact with the Creator to attain their own fullness as embodiments of divine endowments, possibilities, and substance.  Thus, it is written:

(1.)  Isaiah 12:  1-4, King James Version (KJV):  1 And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee:  though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.  2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid:  for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.  3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.  4 And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

(2.)  Isaiah 57:  11-16, KJV:  11 And of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not?  12 I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee.  13 When thou criest, let thy companies deliver thee; but the wind shall carry them all away; vanity shall take them:  but he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain;  14 And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people.  15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.  16 For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth:  for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made.

(3.)  Psalms 51:  10-17, KJV:  10 Create in me a clean heart O God; and renew a right spirit within me.  11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.  12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.  13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.  14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation.  15 O Lord, open thou my lips, and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.  16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it:  thou delightest not in burnt offering.  17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:  a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Isaiah 66:  1-5, KJV:  1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool:  where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?  2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD:  but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.  3 He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog’s neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine’s blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.  4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear:  but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.  5 Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the LORD be glorified:  but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is made showing that the divine process responding to the sin of Adam is one of correction, rather than punishment.  It is not so much that sinful attitudes and behavior, or lewd and outrageous conduct can appear again and again.  The disobedience of the first pair (the male and female) upset divine order throughout both earth and heaven.  Sin exists as an aspect of life process for mankind, and thereby, sin breaks off and ends eternal life.  That is why, rejecting and resisting sin is more than simply “breaking a bad habit.”  Sinners must come to understand that (1) sin is an unseen, yet, continuous process (a streaming of events in sequence and over time that defile holiness and oppose divine will), (2) sin is no “one-time” event, and (3) sin results in multiple changes and shifts not acceptable to GOD that will appear as unintended consequences within the makeup of the living, and within their spheres of life.  While sin is no spirit substance, and has not been created or put forth by divinity, sin may dominate awareness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures.  Therefore, the elimination of sin requires the use of revelation, warnings, death, applying sacred law, final judgment, mercy, the Incarnation of Deity, Jesus dying on the cross, the imparting of divine spirit content from the makeup of the Creator, resurrection from the dead as well as the second death (annihilation).  The process of sin must be answered by divine Spirit process, the streaming of sacred truth and substance from GOD.  One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:

Punishing other people for Adam and Eve’s “sin” is an a*sh*le move? How isn’t it?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  I am the living bread which came down from heaven:  if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever:  and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.  The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?  Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.  Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.  For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.  He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.  As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father:  so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.  This is that bread which came down from heaven:  not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead:  he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.  (John 6:  51-58, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, even where a person can not elevate the level of their focus and comprehension above the “a*sh*le”, other body parts, and operations of flesh to correctly consider the character, makeup and substance of divinity, seeking to have answer as a serious thinker, they will have to consider and contemplate the ongoing and repeated disruption of divine order caused by sin, and its impact on the universe.  With this in view, we say, sin is not a “one-time event;” sin is a continuous process, with unintended consequences and effects that include death; the reduction of divine spirit content within the living; the second death; and the end of accord, focus, peace, and stability among those in relationships of oneness without sameness.

The response to operations of sin by created beings and living creatures should acknowledge that sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and the platforms for continuity, duration, and life.  Sin is contrary to the character and makeup within the living, yet, may dominate their awareness and self-will appearing to be harmless, natural, and normal.  Sin promotes chaos, disorder, flux, and return to the conditions that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth.  Many have experienced that GOD will forgive sin, yet, the Creator does not eliminate or suspend all the consequences of sin.  This said, sinners are to make responses to sin that have been commended and counseled through sacred covenant, godly doctrine, divine law, prophecy, and the outcomes of ones own choices and decisions.

The process of GOD to relieve mankind from the consequences of sin is one of correction by rebirth and the imparting of divine spirit substance from the makeup of GOD more than one of punishment.  Every man is to develop and display their own integrity of being through relationship with divinity.  The children are not punished for the sins of the parents, yet, are to live, and will be challenged throughout their own lifetime, by the conditions created by their parents.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Exodus 34:  5-8, King James Version (KJV):  5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.  6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,  7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.  8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

(2.)  Romans 5:  17-21, KJV:  17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)  18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.  19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.  20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:  21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

(3.)  Ezekiel 18:  20-24, KJV:  20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son:  the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.  21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.  22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him:  in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.  23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GODand not that he should return from his ways, and live?  24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned:  in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

Of course, there is far more that could be said.  (For example, (4.)  Ezekiel 18:  32, KJV:  32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD:  wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, incarnation, sin, and the fall of Adam are topics.  Those who become born-again as the new creation through Jesus Christ receive aspects of his divine spirit such as faith, holiness, lovingkindness, and wrath against sin.  GOD did not “lose control” over the first Creation, however, through the operations of sin with the venom of covetousness and presumption from a serpent, divine gifts and spirit content within Adam were diminished and “lost”.  The breath of life from the Creator that was the original endowment to Adam also imparted indispensable spirit content from the makeup of Deity.  Included were appetite (e.g., hunger, thirst, sexual cravings), emotions, finite motor skills (e.g., moving the eyes, speaking, walking), mental operations (e.g., imagination, projection, recall), and skill for processing impressions from various senses (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching).  Adam was equipped to acknowledge, generate, manipulate, and respond to events, opportunities and other created beings and living creatures as well as to recognize recurring patterns.  In addition, Adam was given ability to anticipate and apprehend possibilities.  By eating the forbidden fruit, Adam became caught up in exaggerated pride, spiritual confusion, and departures from the operations for genuine sacred knowledge.  Where relationship with divinity was to be the primary mechanism for truth to humanity, the pair exalted finite tools such as intellect, intuition, logic, carnal reason, philosophy, science, and self-will.  Adam already was in the position of having dominion over the earth; thus, their willfully eating the forbidden fruit demonstrated more than simply that they had been deceived, or were tricked.  The pair ignored and suppressed the promptings of their own character and nature as the offspring of GOD; and rather than being entered into a higher condition, or being granted supernatural power, the two became carriers of the same iniquity and willfulness shown by the serpent, and those who would continually rebel against GOD.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” who uses the ID “Forever” (Level 1 with 1 point, a member since October 02, 2016) posted the following:

If God controls everything, why couldn’t he control Eve from not eating the apple?

That makes no sense, a god that creates us, suppose to control everything, but doesn’t stop Eve from eating the apple, allows so called the concept of sin, but claims to not allow it, what the heck?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.  (Romans 8:  5-10, King James Version, KJV)

“Forever”, every mature Christian believer alive today started out with concerns and questions like yours.  A person must acquire sacred knowledge that centers upon spirit substance and the ongoing operations of spirit matter, instead of secular knowledge, the data and information provided by the world, and used for exchange and survival regarding things carnal, material and social.  GOD is a spirit who has put forth created beings and living creatures, their spheres of life, and the conditions for their duration.  The form for mankind was fashioned from the earth, and his inner substance (e.g., awareness, conscience, intelligence, self-will) were imparted from the makeup of GOD as life essence (i.e., breath, spirit, utterance, word).

Divinity has not created sin.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and all the universe that exists in response to the commands of Deity.  Thus, sin may be thought of as a by-product of the separation granted to the living so that they exist having independence and integrity of being.  Sin promotes nonexistence, and a return to the chaos and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth.  Sin is not a common object having measurable physical form; and, therefore, can not be simply destroyed, eliminated, or erased.  Sin contains no spirit substance from the makeup of GOD, yet, has direction, effect, and presence.  The operations of sin may dominate consciousness and self-will in angels, animals, and men.

By their actions that included disobeying divine law, showing no respect to the Creator, and not trusting GOD to bestow grace, love and mercy, Adam lost their divine outer covering, and many aspects of their inner spirit content.  What Christians should understand as “divine control” is accomplished only through the oneness without sameness that results when the Holy Spirit is imparted to indwell a created being (we say, Incarnation, as seen through Jesus Christ).  Having a fresh endowment of the same spirit content that resides within GOD, men correctly and consistently acknowledge the authority, preeminence, and sovereign will within the GODhead.  The Spirit is living matter, and will operate from within sinners who accept rebirth (i.e., death and burial of ones inborn spirit, resurrection having divine DNA, so to speak).

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, there are many points from the Bible such as Romans 5:  17-21, King James Version (KJV):  17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)  18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.  19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.  20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:  21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, King David, the death of Uriah the Hittite, and the operations of sin are considered.  Sin promotes nonexistence and return to the conditions that were in place before the Creation of heaven and earth.  The mechanics and process of sin always result in the increase and intensification of what is at first a reversible error.  The movement is from deceit, defiance and ignorance of the law to repeated transgressions to deliberate iniquity and persistence of attitudes and actions that violate both the letter and the spirit of the law.  Efforts to cover, rather than confess and abandon sin, usually go from one extreme to another, beginning with lies and even finishing with murder.  Thus, Jesus declared:  I am the door:  by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:  I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  I am the good shepherd:  the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep (John 10:  9-11, King James Version, KJV).  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “STORMY K” (Level 3 with 1,207 points, a member since September 24, 2006) posted the following:

Why did King David order the death of Bathsheba husband Uriahs while he was away at war?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  But the end of all things is at hand:  be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.  8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves:  for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.  (1st Peter 4:  7-8, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Sure Mercies of David (09/19/2016); Iniquity Forgiven? (02/16/2016); All Sin Is Willful? (10/20/2015); Repentance, Sin and Willpower (09/08/2015); Was David a “Good” Man? “STORMY K”, many mature Christian believers hold that, when King David could not cover the pregnancy of Bathsheba (Uriah’s wife), and his own sin of adultery against their marriage, the King ordered the death of Uriah by requiring the commander Joab to have the troops abandon Uriah on the battlefield.  In the same way the holy writings use thousands of events, from thousands of lives over the course of thousands of years to make the character, makeup and substance of the Creator knowable, known, and “visible”, the scriptures also reveal the consequences and operations of sin.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and the divine order that has put forth the universe.  Sin is no material object or divinely created “thing” that may be destroyed, eliminated, or erased without an extended series of interventions from GOD.  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will in created beings and living creatures; and believers can not consistently and correctly recognize, respond to, and resist sin without fresh endowments of spirit content from the makeup of GOD.  Such finite human tools as emotions, intellect, logic, philosophy, science, and technology are not enough to eliminate and remove sin.  Thus, doctors, educators, lawyers, politicians, scientists, and rulers also are among the many people corrupted by sin.  Consider the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Isaiah 30:  1-3, King James Version (KJV):  1 Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:  2 That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!  3 Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

(2.)  Ezekiel 18:  4-9, KJV:  4 Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine:  the soul that sinneth, it shall die.  5 But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right,  6 And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour’s wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,  7 And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;  8 He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment between man and man,  9 Hath walked in my statutes, and hath kept my judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.

(3.)  Romans 5:  17-21, KJV:  17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)  18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  3-9, KJV:  3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Divine correction, love, and punishment are topics, today.  For many Christian believers, correct sacred knowledge regarding divine judgment has been provided in the home through their experience as children.  There must be discipline (i.e., training) of both awareness and self-will that will establish conscience, because the operations of sin repeatedly are directed against and through the gateways of awareness and self-will.  When parenting, benefits to ones child include admonition, chastisement, scolding, and spanking as aspects of vital instruction.  To quickly and permanently clarify the danger, destruction, and pain that result to themselves and others from disobedience, disrespect, and defiance of authority by the child, affection, logic and reason are applied in balance with corporal, physical and visceral experiences.  The child is to be held accountable for consequences and effects from their own attitudes, behavior and conduct; and should be helped to understand that their parents and others are not to feel the hurt that properly is their own and no one else’s.  Consider again the following from the Bible, and the comments appearing below:  Job 5:  17-18, King James Version (KJV):  17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth:  therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:  18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up:  he woundeth, and his hands make whole.  Also,  1st Corinthians 11:  31-32, KJV:  31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.  32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.  Proverbs 9:  7-9, KJV:  7 He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame:  and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.  8 Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee:  rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.  9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser:  teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.  Revelation 3:  18-20, KJV:  18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten:  be zealous therefore, and repent.  20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:  if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.  The writer at “Yahoo! What if God didn’t punish us for our sins?

I am Christian. I always read in the bible that God punishes those He loves whenever they sin. I realize that it right that God does it because it disciplines them but what happen if you sin and God didn’t punish us does that mean He doesn’t Love us anymore?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:  But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.  If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you:  on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.  But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.  Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God:  and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?  And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?  Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.  (1st Peter 4:  12-19, KJV)

“Silver”, GOD is a spirit who has put forth all that exists; assigns value to all (we say, judges; resolves conflict through application of sacred law); and who maintains the universe through routine operations that are diverse, interactive, and mechanical as well as through sacred processes that are intimate, organic and personal.  Understanding all the facets and manifestations of divine love therefore requires that a believer apply all the inseparable aspects of the imparted, indwelling Spirit they contain following water  baptism (i.e., death of ones inborn spirit; burial; rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak).  Those who are “born again” are called the children of GOD, for they receive features from the character and nature of divinity such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  For such believers, GOD is held to be the Father in a peculiar relationship where the active presence of Deity is continuous.  The born-again believer must “grow up again” (we say, mature, “become perfected”) by meeting specific life challenges for those living upon the earth.  Through Jesus Christ, Son of the Highest, the Son of Man, mankind undergoes permanent change to establish eternal life that includes accountability, acknowledgment (we say, worship), commitment, correction, duty, and exclusive devotion to GOD.  Here are a few points from the holy writings that speak to the place of punishment in the new life:

(1.)   Proverbs 23:  12-14, King James Version (KJV):  12 Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge.  13 Withhold not correction from the child:  for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.  14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

(2.)  Isaiah 13:  10-12, KJV:  10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light:  the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.  11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.  12 I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.

(3.)  Isaiah 48:  8-12, KJV:  8 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened:  for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.  9 For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.  10 Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.  11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it:  for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.  12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

There are many other verses that should be carefully considered, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Hebrews 12:  4-8, KJV:  4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.  5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:  6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.  7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?  8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Death, divine love, and the consequences of life choices are topics, today.  A writer at “Yahoo! 7 Answers” (Australia) using the ID “Just wondering” (Level 6 with 14,287 points, 11 June 2009) posted the following:

1 year ago 20 innocent children died in Newtown Ct. Where was a loving god to protect them?

Newtown is but 1 example that demonstrates that such a god does not exist.

THE BATTLE AXE:  Life Choices (12/14/2013)—Rightly understood, a believer’s decision to follow Christ as a disciple, and to serve as one who proclaims his teaching through their daily living is a choice to willingly continue within a relationship based upon trust and truth, not upon temporal circumstances, conditions, and events that change over time.  Many would not dare to show certain attitudes and behavior in front of their children, their parents, or their spouse.  However, they fail to realize they often display cheap, crude, offensive, tasteless, and wasteful behavior before GOD.  For this reason, in addition to transgression and violation of divine law, sin must come to be understood as the violation of ones commitment and covenant, of ones conscience, of ones integrity, and of ones own word of promise.  Where you truly believe your conduct and habits are acceptable, and make possible the highest expressions of love and respect to GOD, there is no need for you to seek change.  Where you truly believe you can learn more, do more, share more, seek change and blessing from GOD by increased fellowship with other believers, by prayer for endowments of the Holy Spirit, and by continued study of the holy writings.  (See Job 5:  17-24, 1st Corinthians 11:  32-33, 1st John 3:  19-21 and Romans 14:  22, KJV.)

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.  And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?  I tell you, Nay:  but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?  I tell you, Nay:  but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  (Luke 13:  1-5, KJV)

“Just wondering”, here are a few points of understanding you appear to lack that are widely held among committed Christian believers:

(1.)  The existence of corruption and death among mortal beings do not derive from divine substance, sacred operations, and eternal purpose apart from other truths that proclaim and reveal divine love.  Death can not stop GOD from receiving those children and adults who love him.

(2.)  GOD is a spirit who, in the earth realm, appears in carnal and material person (we say, flesh—through people like me and you) within the created beings and living creatures generated from himself.

(3.)  The operations of nonmaterial, non-spirit sin make it that all life in the earth is “at risk.”  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, of Divine Person, and of all that has been created of GOD.  Yet, sin may dominate awareness and self-will in the living.  Where sin does not appear as contrary and strange to a person’s nature, sin appears as acceptable and normal, and so there is no resistance to sin.

(4.)  The spirit from GOD provided in the ministry of Jesus Christ, establishes a new nature within believers that recognizes and responds to divine love.  GOD must be within you, love must be within us, and others like us, before we can accept the duty and privilege of protecting the innocent, being strong for the poor, being righteous and truthful to all.

There is far more to be said, correctly shared, and spiritually understood.  For example, (5.)  In a sense, until a sinner confesses a need for the permanent changes that GOD provides for their life, the sinner does not exist.  GOD will exist without him, his belief, his respect.  The sinner will not exist as part of the church, the family of GOD, the kingdom of GOD.  Believers in Christ are also the proof for that, and an evidence of sacred things unseen to those who disbelieve.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.  Jesus is coming.
