A depiction of David receiving the shewbread from the High Priest.

Today, reply is on the spiritual meaning and value of keeping the ancient Sabbath laws recorded throughout the Bible.  The fighter using the ID “Violation Nation” (Level 5 with 8,833 points; a member since November 08, 2014) in the “Yahoo! Why can’t atheists admit when God was telling us to stone people who work on the sabbath to death, he only meant in the past?

It was moral then and served His divine plan that doesn’t mean we have to do it today but I gotta admit it really makes me angry to see people working all the same?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:  And by him all that believer are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.  (Acts 13:  38-39, King James Version, KJV)

“Violation Nation”, among the many Christian believers who realize the ancient promises and prophecies provided th
rough Israel are continued through the r
evelation of Jesus Christ, the divine law speaking to the Sabbath is increasingly acknowledged as forward-looking, and a vital tool to correctly prepare men for the Second Coming of Jesus as the King of Glory.  The character and nature of divine fullness (we also say, the GODhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) is not fully revealed focusing only on punishment and wrath against sin.  Included also must be completeness, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, mercy, personhood, righteousness, and wisdom.  Communication between the Creator and the created requires a peculiar vocabulary that embraces spiritual events and sacred substance.  Aspects of the sacred operations and eternal purposes of GOD may not be communicated without using the clear features of birth, death, existence, resurrection, and the second death.

The sacred requirements for judgment make it that, among believers, accountability and duty extend beyond simple obedience.  The Ten Commandments (we also say, the Covenant) were provided to accomplish more than simply the transformation of twelve tribes and a mixed multitude (Gentiles) from Egypt into a divinely ruled sovereign nation by focusing on specific behaviors and conduct.  The Decalogue continues to clarify and crystallize the perpetual relationship between mankind and divinity that became corrupted through the disobedience of Adam.  Given the law is an expression of sacred intent and divine will, the law is to be embodied within conscience and self-will of the living as divine content and “life essence” (i.e., breath; spirit; word).  Consider the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Exodus 23:  10-12, King James Version (KJV):  10 And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof:  11 But the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still; that the poor of thy people may eat:  and what they leave the beasts of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy olive yard.  12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest:  that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.

(2.)  Isaiah 58:  13-14, KJV:  If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:  14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father:  for the mouth of the Lord Hath spoken it.

(3.)  Matthew 12:  1-8, KJV:  1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn and to eat.  2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day. 3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him;  4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?  5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?  6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.  7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.  8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

There is far more to be acknowledged and received as part of ones own spiritual fullness.  (For example (4.)  Luke 14:  1-6,KJV:  1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him.  2 And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy.  3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?  4 And they held their peace.  And he took him, and healed him, and let him go;  5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?  6 And they could not answer him again to these things.)  Even so, to the rebuke of the Adversary and the furtherance of the faithful in Jesus Christ, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Focus, today, is on Jacob and Esau, divine inheritance, and coming into covenant relationship with GOD.  The priesthood granted to Adam became an inheritance to all the Patriarchs.  Included were Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  Even so, inheritance must become more than simply duty and privilege; inheritance must become ones own choice to be in continuous acknowledgment, exclusive devotion, personal commitment, and solemn promise.  The writer at “Yahoo! If my mother is Jewish and my father is catholic and I was raised as a catholic what am I?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.  And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.  And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven:  and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.  And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac:  the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;  And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south:  and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.  And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.  And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.  And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.  And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.  And he called the name of that place Bethel:  but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.  And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on,  So that I come again to my father’s house in peace; then shall the LORD be my God:  And this stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be God’s house:  and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.  (Genesis 28:  10-22, King James Version, KJV)

“John”, consider again the words, You must be born again.  The process of divinity for establishing continuing relationship once began through inheritance, the peculiar spiritual gifts and status one receives as a child or an offspring of a parent who is in covenant with Deity.  The principles of inheritance that are described throughout the holy writings explain somewhat the devices and mechanisms used by GOD to restore personal relationship with mankind that was effectively lost through our first parents, Adam and Eve.  Because the Creator did not present the law written in stone (as for Moses and those who left Egypt), many now complain that GOD did not fully explain the law and its sanctions (declarations of consequences for obedience and violation—we say, provisions for correction and punishment.  Thinking the pair were ignorant, and “taken by surprise,” there are those who argue that GOD has been unjust and unrighteous.  Yet, divine law (i.e., commandments and statements to share the otherwise hidden intent and will of GOD) was provided to the pair that included, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth as well as, From all the trees of the garden you may eat, except….  The full expression of their “offence” was not merely “transgression” and violating the “letter of the law;” the pair did not acknowledge and respond to divine love with acceptance, respect, and trust.

For this reason, there is a new conversation shared by believers in Jesus Christ that centers upon sinners receiving a fresh endowment of the inseparable sacred substances from the makeup of GOD that were imparted to Adam (the divine name given both the male and female).  Included are faith, holiness, hope, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Multiple sacred operations now must be completed that will allow mankind to exist as a companion to GOD, who must remain immortal, incorruptible, and invisible except as revealed in the person of Jesus Christ.

The account of Jacob that appears in the Bible goes a long way in illustrating the sacred truths that are here:  At a time when Esau was hungry, and felt he was starving to death, Jacob had already gotten his twin brother to “sell” for a bowl of beans his birthright and legal status as the firstborn and heir to Isaac.  Urged by his mother, Jacob then used deceit and guile (trickery) to steal the only sacred blessing Isaac could give as the heir of Abraham and true caretaker of mankind’s inheritance from GOD.  When Esau discovered how he had been deprived of his future under GOD, he swore to kill Jacob as soon as his father was dead.  His mother counseled Jacob to flee for his life, and to hide in the home of her brother.  On his way there, Jacob made camp for the night, and had a dream that was sent to him by GOD where he saw angels going up and down a ladder.  When he awakened he was filled with awe (the fear of the Lord), and he offered—where GOD would protect him, and prosper him in the way he would go—he would acknowledge the GOD of his father as his own GOD.  Like many of us today, Jacob did not recognize any connection between the birthright, his father’s blessing, his salvation from death at the hand of his brother (Cain and Abel), and the dream of revelation.  Even so, the principle, here, is that only on the basis of specific conditions, promises and their own works can the sons of Adam and Abraham enter into personal relationship with GOD.

Of course, there is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, through Jesus Christ sinners now may become the offspring (sons and daughters) of GOD, and joint-heirs with Jesus, the Son of the Highest.  As the children of GOD believers must display commitment, discernment, and responsiveness to the active presence who is GOD (we say, the imparted, indwelling Spirit) through their lifestyle and daily routine.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is given to a teenager struggling with issues of Christian belief, parental approval, racism, and sexual relationships.  Being related by blood is called “kinship”, being related through love, respect and trust are called “family”.  Young people often are impractical, express exaggerated pride, and insist they can rely upon the certainty, protection and security provided by genuine feelings of love.  Even so, the combination of desire and imagination can produce an uncontrollable fantasy of love.  Weeds of deceit, fornication, and “playing the whore” can infest the places intended for the plantings of marriage.  Considered in the light from Scripture, both the law of ones father (and its alternative, the law of the husband) come into view along with the provisions for young women becoming released from their promises to GOD.  Our youth often fail to correctly acknowledge the fact that, while they are under the authority and protection of their parents, the law requires that what they account as their own private affairs must be approved, monitored, and supervised by their adult caretakers.  In innocence and ignorance, the offspring willingly make promises to surrender the life and property of their parents for payment of the debts and obligations of their children.  Thus, it is legitimate that parents oversee marriage, courtship, and dating because unseen legal obligations may be cemented that include liability through misunderstood and unintended verbal contracts and promises, incurring unexpected and unwanted debts as well as having to seek relief for a fair division or return of shared personal property.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Kicked out and disowned for having a black/mixed boyfriend? Help..?

I’m 18, and as I grow older I have only been attracted to colored men. I have tried dating my own race (white) but its just hard and annoying. In the past, my ex was black and my mom kicked me out until I broke up with him and came back. She also took the car she gave me (i paid 300 dollars on it!) And gave it to my brother. I stayed at my current boyfriends house and got depressed and lost my job. I look back and shouls have kept the job but i was younger and upset by my mom. But today, I am talking to a boy i really really like, he’s mixed. My mom claims to be “strict Christian” and said mixing races is bad. Yet she sleels with men she isn’t married to and judges people, she thinks kicking me out is a lesson and only because i dont follow her rules i cant live in her house. Though i am good at school, working, and i clean. I don’t do anything bad but date other races. She verbally abuses me daily and reminds me everything i never do. I just want to have a normal relationship.. go to prom and my mom take pictures, i wish she would be happy for me. And also, my redneck dad said if i had a mixed baby he would disown me.. yet he loves my sister and her mixed baby.. its stressful and i dont know if i can move out yet.. i have to wait for my new job so i have no money. Help please..

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;  And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.  But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand:  and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.  And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;  And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it:  then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.  But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect:  and the LORD shall forgive her.  But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.  And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;  And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not:  then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.  But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand:  her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.  Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.  (Numbers 30:  3-13, King James Version, KJV)

“Joe”, for there to be a “happy ending” at your father’s house there are many important points for you to consider.  You seem to be confusing issues of being respected as an adult, Christian belief, race, and sexual freedom.  Mature Christian believers regard themselves as “married” and bound to GOD through Jesus Christ.  Nowadays, as they are developing to be full persons, young females encounter many intense emotional and psychological challenges; and they are likely to be exploited, overwhelmed, and “kicked to the curb.”  Like anyone else, you want to be free and pursue your own feelings and thoughts, however, you are not yet an independent or mature adult.  (Maturity is marked by balance, completeness, consistency, and stability.)

All lasting relationships and adult notions of love—be they with family, friends, or romantic interests—require that one be accountable, committed, and also willing to show love through restraint, sacrifice (i.e., doing whatever is demanded; paying every cost, even, laying down ones life), and self-denial.  Where you are prepared to talk about what you want from others, you also must be prepared to say what you are willing to give in return.  Parents are not unreasonable to deny “sexual relationships” to their daughters while they are living at home.  It is not that they are ignorant of how powerful and demanding sexual appetite in young people can be.  Nor is it that they can read people’s minds, or foretell the future so much as it is a matter of recognizing familiar patterns.  Once you see ABCDEFG, it is reasonable to think XYZ is on the way, and not 8-9-10-11.

In the same way it sends a message about how you value your parents for you to say, I can not stop smoking for two or three years while I am in my father’s house, I can not stop drinking alcohol, or attending foot ball games until after I am married, to say, I can not stop dating tells them there is a serious problem that goes beyond their having authority, duty, and willingness to trust you as their offspring.  It sends a message regarding what you think of yourself.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, the benefits of going to school and taking on small jobs include gaining self-confidence and acquiring self-discipline.  Having “a future” with the big life-accomplishments of career, marriage, and family are not possible for those who do not first learn to patiently wait, and while waiting direct their energy into things that will make them stronger and more well prepared for the things they truly want that remain ahead.  Where you and your male companions insist you are adult enough to maintain sexual relationships, you should only do so on your own terms, and in your own shared place.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Celebrity, fame, popularity, showing-off, and vainglory come into view, today, as I respond to a writer using the ID “Anonymous” (no other information shared) who posted the following at “Yahoo! Answers UK & Ireland”:

Jesus got a lot of attention from the crowds, but did he enjoy it?

did he crave it in a way like a celebrity would?

I will update this soon, to say more.

Update: Would it be fair to say he was modest about it.

He wanted to be away from the crowds at times, but they found him and he relented, to help them. It wasn’t some ego trip for him.

Update 2: Anyway, that is kind of why I think that he wouldn’t want the attention and hype at Christmas time. And not all of it is honorable, but excessive.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.  He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth:  he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.  He was taken from prison and from judgment:  and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.  And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.  Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief:  when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.  He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied:  by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.  Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death:  and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.  (Isaiah 53:  6-12, KJV)

“Anonymous”, the holy writings are intended to reveal divine consciousness of life throughout the universe; the correct attitudes, behaviors and operations for exchange and interaction with Deity (e.g., confession, obedience, praise, prayer, sacrifice, and sanctification); and the peculiar elements that establish fruitful personal relationship to the Creator (such as acknowledgment, discernment, obedience, mercy, reverence, and worship).   The priority is to demonstrate and expose the character, makeup, nature, and eternal purposes of Divinity to created beings and living creatures using events that appear within thousands of lives, over the course of thousands of years.  With this in view, there is no detailed discussion of divine temporal feelings, sentiments, material and social expectations, or desires and lusts.  Believers are to become vessels who contain the same spirit that resided within Jesus Christ, and that he displayed when discharging the grave duty and privilege of a consecrated minister, and heir to Deity.  Consider again the following:

(1.)  Jesus appeared in order to affirm, complete and fulfill divine judgments, proclamations, promises, and prophecies.  With John the Baptist, Jesus restored the office of prophet that had been denied to Israel for more than 400 years.  Thus, the Anointed One also appears as a circuit-rider, a nomad, and a wanderer (like Abraham, Moses, Isaiah and David), while also the elder and head over a school-of-the-prophets and the sons-of-the-prophets through his apostles and disciples (like Samuel, Elijah and Elisha).

(2.)  Isaiah 42:  1-3, King James Version (KJV):  1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him:  he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.  2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.  3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench:  he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.

(3.)  Isaiah 53:  1-5, KJV:  1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?  2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground:  he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.  3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.  4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows:  yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities:  the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

(4.)  John 7:  16-18, KJV:  16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.  17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.  18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory:  but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

(5.)  Matthew 6:  1-2, KJV:  6 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them:  otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.  2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and internalized as aspects of the Spirit from GOD.  (For example, (6.)  Hebrews 12:  1-4, KJV:  1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,  2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.  3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.  4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and spiritual maturity.

American freedoms, establishing nations through secular agreements and contracts, religious liberty, and violence by terrorists are in view, today.  The excellence of America among the many nations of the modern world continues to derive from its facility for focusing multiple streams of community and shared value even incorporating dissent as a tool to increase benefit and maintain stability.  In the same way practices and principles from the empires of Babylon, Greece and Rome have been  woven into the fabric of American life, through Native American, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Hindu and even Islamic believers, many aspects of divine law, sacred knowledge, and eternal purpose recorded in various holy writings are continuously acted upon and blended in on a day-to-day basis as the practical performance of “democracy in action.”  Thus, our determination as Americans to maintain a secular nation that also acknowledges the spiritual desires and needs of its diverse population also can be traced to teachings from the Bible that declare the duty and purpose of mankind as caretakers for the earth who are to be fruitful, multiply, protect and replenish.   Consider again:  Psalms 115:  16 (KJV) The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORD’s:  but the earth hath he given to the children of men.  Psalm 62:  10 (KJV) Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery:  if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.  Ecclesiastes 5:  8 (KJV) If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter:  for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.  Also, Matthew 20:  25-28 (KJV) 25 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.  26 But it shall not be so among you:  but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;  27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:  28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.  A writer at “Yahoo! THE GOLDEN ARROW:   Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God:  the powers that be are ordained of God.  Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God:  and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.  For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:  For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain:  for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.  Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.  For for this cause pay ye tribute also:  for they are God’s ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.  Render therefore to all their dues:  tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.  Owe no man any thing, but to love one another:  for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.  For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.  Love worketh no ill to his neighbour:  therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.  (Romans 13:  1-10, KJV)

“Dances With Labradors”, the United States of America exists as a covenant agreement shared by men, women, and children bound together as separate sovereign states and territories.  Because the U. S. was founded on the basis of political science as well as personal codes of honor and spiritual belief, America is not easily recognized as a collection of agreements for mutual support that continue only through the maintenance of a citizen’s word as “sacred” (we say, promise is final, sacrosanct, and is not to be challenged or broken).  There also is an unspoken  acknowledgement of Deity as the ultimate arbiter and judge both to enforce the binding contracts and to resolve all conflicts threatening final disunion.  (This is so, because the highest authority to enforce affairs of honor and promise at the Nation’s founding was generally understood to be Almighty GOD.)

Our residents and visitors are to be under the protection of law.  The blessing of religious freedom in America also has been shown the same high regard as other privileges and rights (e.g., voting to choose elected officials) in that latitude is granted every citizen to pursue their own beliefs as they agree with the fundamental and necessary law of the land in spite of (not on the basis of) cultural differences, denominations, dress codes, ethnicity, gender, family, tradition, tribal customs, specific practices, structure for governance, theological content, or wealth.

The framework for freedom employed by this Nation is not threatened by the lawful activity of those who express and make commitment to divinity.  Those individuals and groups now creating havoc within the Middle East and around the globe do so refusing to acknowledge any covenant for government upon the earth, except their own directed to create an institution (caliphate) that does not presently exist.  They acknowledge no clerical hierarchy (we say, church), men of faith, or nation as having authority, legitimacy and sovereignty over their cause.  While they proclaim themselves endorsed by holy writings, they mercilessly attack others who are neighbors and fellow worshipers of the same god they name as their own.  To the extent their focus is merely upon carnal pleasure after death (72 virgins in paradise?), those fighters have no vision of their god as a living spirit that requires rising to a level above that of the flesh.  To the extent they count themselves bound by no law except their own faith, “freedom” appears defined by appetite, emotion, and self-promotion.  They show themselves to be anti-American, self-destructive, and hopelessly ensnared by human error, politics, and sin.

Again, there is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and spiritual maturity.

Today, points are shared on church attendance as a benefit and duty for developing Christian believers, and conversion to Islam to avoid “god”.  Those having nothing to offer, and who do not participate in order to add value are useless, and their absence will be ignored.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using an ID “Luca” (Level 1 with 4 points, a member since February 27, 2014) attacked with the following:

Why do I have to go to church?

I lost my faith in this thing people call a god and I want to convert to Islam but my parents won’t let me I want to follow a religion of peace

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;  I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot:  I would thou wert cold or hot.  So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:  I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten:  be zealous therefore, and repent.  (Revelation 3:  14-19, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Dating and Worship? (09/11/2014); Quality Time Together? (09/12/2014); Choosing a Church? (05/31/2014); Philosophical Questions? (04/17/2014); To Accomplish A Sacred Goal (04/18/2014); Church is Good? (06/15/2013); Feeling Loved By GOD? (06/16/2013); Church Mandatory? (05/06/2013); A GOD of Love? (05/07/2013)

“Luca”, here are some points to consider on young people attending church, a place to gain sacred knowledge:

(1.)  Going to church without faith is like going to a movie without eyes to see.  You must depend upon what you hear to grant you “inner sight;” and you go to get what you lack and are missing—even the miracle of baptism whereby your inborn spirit that is dead to GOD finally will be buried, and you can be granted new life (we say, rebirth) from divine DNA, so to speak.

(2.)  Going to church is not simply about you as an individual, it is also about you as a family member displaying love; having respect to friends, neighbors and parents; and sharing what you receive that has spiritual value to others.

(3.)  Spirit content in life events can only be recognized, received, applied, responded to, and properly understood (we say, discerned) through association with those having greater levels of spiritual awareness than your own, and through careful practice that extends over time.  Spiritual maturity does not occur by abracadabra or presto change-o.

(4.)  Your idea that Islam does not acknowledge any god is very dangerous as well as insulting to those who worship Allah.  If one of your friends said to you, “Give me your word, and promise me something.”  Wouldn’t you ask, “What,” before making a commitment that might mean life and death?  Make sure you know the meaning of peace (among men?  with divinity?  through divine judgment or human wars?); and accept you will be required to change so that you continually demonstrate discipline, right knowledge, and unselfish service (as all Christians must do).

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Lasting relationships within families are only on the basis of accountability, shared experience, a one-of-a-kind common heritage (we also say, inheritance), obedience, respect, trust, and truth.  More benefits are involved than a defiant or rebellious child can possibly grasp through a verbal explanation.  For those who are still developing, being required to attend church is no more brain-washing or bullying than being required to be in bed by a certain hour.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and spiritual maturity.

Harmony among the many covenants established by GOD with mankind are the topic, today.  Also, there is more on circumcision as a covenant duty.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Carina” (Level 1 with 97 points, a member since June 8, 2014) posted the following:

Similarity between Abraham and Jesus through the covenants they made?

I understood that Abraham and Moses similarity, but i still wanna to know more about these three covenants similarity. Please answer me as fast as possible~

THE BATTLE AXE:  Suffering Circumcision? (06/08/2014)—(5.)  Covenant pertains to the transformation of Creation, of mankind, and of the living universe.  Circumcision in ones flesh is no true threat to either infants or teens becoming fully mature, experiencing emotional, mental and physical health, or being established having inner peace.  More than this, circumcision is neither an outcome nor a cause for anti-social behavior, a warped personality, weak character, or self-destructiveness.  While there are those who use circumcision to amplify fear and uncertainty among youth, and who seek to control the sexual aggressiveness of teens by intimidation, circumcision as a demonstration of commitment to covenant with GOD has never been intended as a device for birth control, continuing virginity, prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, or a deterrent to sexual behaviors that may indicate imbalance within ones spirit content such as exhibitionism, excessive masturbation, premarital sex, and the reckless fathering of unwanted children.  Divine purposes must come into view that center in identifying a peculiar people marked as sanctified before GOD in flesh as well as in spirit.  See Exodus 19:  4-6, Deuteronomy 14:  1-2, Deuteronomy 26:  17-19, 1st Corinthians 7:  18-19, Titus 2:  11-14 and 1st Peter 2:  6-10, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast.  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.  Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;  That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:  But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.  For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;  And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:  And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.  For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;  And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;  In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:  In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.  (Ephesians 2:  8-22, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Jesus and the Pharisees (07/14/2013); How Could Angels Fall? (07/15/2013); A Second Adam? (03/25/2013); GOD Hiding in Plain Sight (03/26/2013); Before Abraham Was… (03/14/2013); Vows and Covenants? (12/17/2012); The Firstborn, Higher than Kings? (12/18/2012); According to the Eternal Purpose (11/20/2012); Henceforth, Of This Fruit (11/21/2012)

“Carina”, for Christian believers the key to viewing the many covenants of GOD with mankind is to focus upon their continuity, not their similarity.  One “takes up” where another “leaves off”, so to speak; and full knowledge of the various covenants is intended only for those of the priesthood.  Christian believers are all called to be priests and kings.  Thus, here are a few points believers all should be aware of:

(1.)  The first “covenant” was received by Adam in the form of a proclamation made to the serpent within the Garden of Eden.  The male and female (recognized as a single person by GOD) responded to what they overheard (we say, appropriated the words of GOD) as certain of fulfillment.  Thereby, the dimensions of inheritance, divine promise and prophecy were added to that of sacred law (i.e., the expressed will of GOD).

(2.)  The patriarch Abraham represents continuation of divine intent that finite mankind exist as a companion to eternal GOD.  Abraham experienced intimate relationship with GOD based upon obedience, promise, respect, and trust, and is called the Friend of GOD.  The earlier dimensions of covenant relationship appear as broadened by the revelation to Abraham (GOD making divinity known and recognizable to created beings and living creatures), and certification of covenant by solemn oath.

(3.)  The patriarch Moses continues in a the role of Adam as father to all mankind by giving birth to a nation that will serve in place of and sanctify (i.e., cleanse, set apart for exclusive use by GOD) humanity by living in accordance with divine law.  Those who left Egypt were to make the active presence of GOD in heaven known, understood and visible upon the earth.  Both the nation of Israel and its written law were to be incarnations (appearances of GOD through material form).

For those who truly need a complete answer, there is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Jesus of Nazareth appearing as prophet, as Messiah, and as the Son of GOD was both the fulfillment or summation of all earlier covenants as well as the mediator of a new covenant relationship.  In addition to atonement and relief from sin through applications of sacred blood, eternal life is established for mankind by fresh deposits of divine content (we say, the Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth) that is to bear fruit (result in) human immortality and incorruption.).  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and readiness to share from GOD.

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;  To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.  The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.  (Psalm 103:  17-19, KJV)

Accuracy of the Scriptures, conviction, faith, and spiritual knowledge are topics, today.  Also, there is more on adornment, church attendance, and men removing their hats in respect to GOD.  The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “sky” (Level 1 with 137 points, a member since April 21, 2010) posted the following:

Why would anyone choose to use a bible that isn’t accurate?

How can anybody use a bible that adds writings to it that are not from the holy scriptures? How can anybody use a bible that adds some books to it from the apocrypha but does not even include all the books from the apocrypha? How can people use a bible that includes gods name Jehovah in some verses but does not include the name Jehovah to all the verses where the name belongs?

Here are some writings I know of added to most bibles that are not part of the scriptures.

—–Verses added—–

The only bible I know of that does not add any of these writings and includes gods name where it belongs and brings the original meaning of the Hebrew/Aramaic and Greek scriptures is the new world translation of the holy scriptures.

THE BATTLE AXE:  Should Men Take Their Hats Off (05/15/2014)—(5.)  For many, wearing a hat in church is an issue centered in ideas about gender equality and social justice, rather than upon reverence and right respect to GOD, or agreement and unity with the congregation of worshipers.  Therefore, attitudes, behavior, defiance, misconduct, pride, respect, and selfishness are foremost in their considerations.  Yet, just as there are warnings against the crown of pride, there are various expressions throughout the holy writings that speak to the idea of “power on ones head.”  Included are the crown of anointing oil, a crown of glory, the crown of life, the crown of rejoicing, the  crown of righteousness, the crown of thorns, and the crown of twelve stars.  Commanded to don the whole armor of GOD, believers are to continually wear, and never remove, aspects of divinity visible only to GOD such as the helmet of salvation.  Power on ones head is especially seen through the mark of GOD, a seal upon ones forehead indicating divine authority, ownership, and a sacred, personal bond as joint-heir with Christ.  Persons who appear to be worthless to the church because of their outward appearance nevertheless should be respected and treated as having unseen accomplishments and victories in Christ.  Men are further cautioned against judging, and jumping to conclusions on the basis of appearances, for women who appear to be uncovered often are wearing hair pieces and wigs.  The use of the prayer shawl among modern Christians and Messianic Jews allows one to create a closet and secret chamber for prayer (we say, tabernacle).

(6.)  Church attendance has become a matter of self-expression for many believers.  The broad range of motives for church-going now includes such interests as amusement and entertainment, family bonding and home management, meet-and-greet for singles, self-discovery and self-improvement as well as re-socialization of those from prison, substance abuse therapy and treatment.  Many miss the fact that church attendance is vital to properly realizing the corporate nature of mankind in relationship to GOD.   The church is to be understood as a unique body containing life called into existence by GOD, and having many different members that function in various ways to accomplish many diverse purposes.  The needs of the whole body as a single unit must be ones focus, rather than the needs of the self.  Just as in marriage, neither the husband nor the wife may claim greater importance than their partner, and their considerations must always put their union first (not the children, not the self), believers are to make commitment wherein the spiritual needs of the congregation and others are put ahead of ones personal needs.  Several of the most difficult aspects of Christ as a model for created beings and living creatures must come into practice:  doing ones duty (correctly completing things that absolutely must be done—like it, don’t like it), humility (acknowledgment of authority, duty performed and required from others, hierarchy, and showing respect to others), and sacrifice (damage or loss willingly endured to display commitment, respect, and submission; something of value destroyed in order to turn away divine wrath, to express reverence, or petition for lenience).  Those controlled and dominated by appetite, feelings and intellect rarely experience the church as a sanctuary, a place of divine presence.  In ignorance, they behave as if at home, or out on the streets.  However, once born again, all are entered into a process of growth and transformation.  Every mature believer will operate with the motive of pleasing GOD and honoring Christ.  Their willingness to serve within the household of GOD will be displayed both in what they do, and in what they abstain from doing.  See John 7:  24, James 2:  1-13, 1st Samuel 16:  1-14, Mark 11:  15-17, Romans 12:  1-21, 1st Corinthians 12:  1-31, 2nd Timothy 4:  8, Hebrews 10:  19-29 and Ephesians 6:  10-18, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.  He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame:  and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.  Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee:  rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.  Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser:  teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom:  and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.  For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.  (Proverbs 9:  6-11, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  A “Good” Verse? (05/09/2014); What GOD Demands (05/10/2014); Bible and Spirit (04/26/2014); Personality? (04/27/2014); The Nature of Scripture (03/27/2014); Divine Sleep (03/28/2014); Reading Only The Red Part (11/19/2012); According to the Eternal Purpose (11/20/2012)

“sky”, many mature Christian believers now choose to use several different copies and versions of the Bible all at the same time during their studies along with commentaries, and other source materials.  For such believers, there are no issues regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fluency of their translations and supplements.  Conviction is not by “the letter,” and on the basis of what appears on a page.  Rather, ones endowment of the Holy Spirit determines what a reader will take away as continuing the ministry of Jesus Christ.

Through their baptism (death of ones inborn spirit, rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak), a person receives aspects of the same spirit matter that operated in the creation of the universe, and that resided in Jesus Christ as an incarnation of GOD.   Those who are born again must learn and “grow up” again by continuing to meet life challenges in the earth.  In addition to spiritual knowledge, and new skills that come by observance of sacred practices (we say, sacraments), believers must develop discernment, a form of divine judgment wherein ones own spirit matter is applied as the standard to recognize the spirit content within events, experiences, objects, operations, other persons, purposes, things spoken, and utterance.

There is a lot more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, in presumption and pride, many respond to the holy writings using only emotion, imagination, intellect, logic, reason, and “science,” finite gifts among created beings, and living creatures.  The inseparable aspects of divinity now available through Jesus (such as faith, forbearance, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, wisdom, and wrath against sin) are ignored, improperly exercised, neglected, and overlooked.).  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your meekness and faith.

For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.  But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.  For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,  (1st Thessalonians 5:  7-9, KJV)

Divine judgment against Satan is the topic, today.  Also, there is more on love.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “C’est la vie” (Level 2 with points, a member since August 18, 2013) posted the following:

Why don’t SATAN stand trial?

I listen to people say, it’s satan who made him do this and that, the devil the ruler of this world, well if he in in fact responsible then why are people tried in courtrooms why not let criminals go and summons the devil for trial.

THE BATTLE AXE:  A Valentine, 2014 (02/15/2014)—Love appears as unfathomable, and a mystery to so many of us, because love operates apart from self-will, self-discipline, and self-control. Rather than fulfillment and satisfaction that ends excitement and perplexity, love generates continuous longing that is not quenched even where there is initiating and maintaining a relationship by dating and courtship, even where there is promise and union through marriage. The longing among those who are married is as great as longing among those who are not. Thus, it is not unreasonable to understand love as a force that ends the separation we all endure as the stuff of life (the tasks of growing up; and the work of being adult, competent, and mature), yet, at the same time, an explosive emotional power that threatens to become excruciating. Where the need is for something that is broader, greater and simpler than love, the name for this might be “grace”. Consider again:  He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love (1st John 4: 8, KJV); Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm:  for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave:  the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a most vehement flame.  Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it:  if a man would give all the substance of his house for love, it would utterly be contemned (Song of Solomon 8: 6-7, KJV); And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these (Mark 12: 30-31, KJV); And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us (1st John 3: 23-24, KJV); Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:  knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly (Romans 5: 1-6, KJV); Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen (Ephesians 6: 23-24, KJV).

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice:  for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.  Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.  Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people:  neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.  For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;  Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters:  I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.  Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;  Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer:  their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.  (Isaiah 56:  1-7, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  GOD is Showing You (01/14/2014); Reveal Himself To All? (12/03/2013); Is Science the Right Tool? (12/04/2013); Does Satan Know? (11/06/2013); Unguarded Chocolates? (11/07/2013); The Power of Death? (10/01/2013); Divine Love Revealed? (10/02/2013); A Partnership? (11/05/2012); To See With New Eyes (11/06/2012)

“C’est la vie”,  here are a few points to consider that are being shared with Christian believers who are preparing to acknowledge Jesus when he comes to remove his followers from the earth:

(1.)  The processes of trial in divine judgment are directed to revelation, and are not focused upon discovery, information gathering and truth-finding (as opposed to fact-finding) as we see presently in the courts of mankind.

(2.)  Revelation exposes and makes visible otherwise hidden aspects of divinity.  Divine judgment continues revelation as the most complete and thorough display of righteousness, wisdom and wrath against sin.

(3.)  The actual, indispensable focus of divine judgment is the sacred content of created beings and living creatures as shown through their deeds.  GOD permits an outworking of ones inner spirit that reveals their full makeup.  Ones actions, attitudes, behavior and conduct are all surface, and may be disguised, or covered by multiple layers that misdirect observers and witnesses.  (Similarly, in human judgment, there may be deliberate creation of delays and distractions, deceit, exaggerations, lying, perjury, and false witness.)  Through the processes of revelation there need be no accusations, challenges, and conflict.  Ones true nature appears before all the living host.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. ( For example, (4.)  Accountability in divine judgment pertains to duty and faithfulness, rather than cause and effect; love and trust, not merely law and obedience.  More than ingenuity and self-expression, there should be commitment and zeal, humility and integrity.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.  (1st John 4:  9-11, KJV)

Faith, judgment and miracles are topics, today.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers Canada” using the ID “isah” (Level 1 with zero points, a member since August 09, 2013) posted the following first asked at Yahoo Answers United States:

Has god ever helped you in your life ? have you had any miracles happen ?

im a christian and i want to know if god has ever helped you in a time of need ? 😀 🙂

THE BATTLE AXE:  GOD Enjoys Judgment? (12/19/2013)— (6.)  Divine judgment is always blessing, for judgment is the resolution of conflict and the settlement of every dispute through the righteous application of the same sacred law that generates and maintains the eternal universe.  However, as with duty, judgment is often required where not invited and welcomed; and divine blessing is not always amusement, gratification, or pleasure.  Authority and power for judgment are delegated to the Son of the Highest as a further aspect of divine revelation:  For created beings and living creatures, judgment is the single divine operation that most clearly and directly displays the righteousness of divinity.  Christ Incarnate (we also say, Messiah) is not a counterfeit of, or substitute for GOD; and the Resurrected One presides over all the tribunals of final judgment.  He is the agency whereby the full GODhead appears proclaiming sovereign will.  See 2nd Kings 1-15, Psalms 9:  1-20 and Acts 17:  24-31, King James Version.  (7.)  Accusations and charges against GOD of divine cruelty and the denial of justice to children in judgment are naturally generated by conflicts and imbalance among feelings, carnal knowledge, endowments of hope, maturity (we also say, perfection), wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Accusers of GOD persist, in part, because they fail to realize the depths of anguish, disgust, heartbreak, pain and revulsion that GOD endured upon seeing Jesus, nailed to the cross and appearing as the personification of all sin from the lives of those receiving his ministry as Savior.  In that dark hour, Jesus called for forgiveness—not the elimination of sin—and is yet continuing sacred provisions established through love, the pouring forth of his own innocent blood for atonement and expiation.  Thus, the truth that judgment is also the single device that most completely emanates and exposes divine love is seen by the cross with the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus.  See John 9:  3, Romans 5:  7-9, Hebrews 2:  16-18 and Hebrews 7:  25-27, King James Version.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites.  And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.  And Gideon said unto him, Oh my Lord, if the LORD be with us, why then is all this befallen us? and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not the LORD bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.  And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites:  have not I sent thee?  And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.  And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.  And he said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy sight, then shew me a sign that thou talkest with me.  (Judges 6:  11-17, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Sacrificed and Risen? (10/06/2013); Assurances of Salvation (10/07/2013); All Things Possible? (09/17/2013); Can One Escape? (09/18/2013); Commanding the Storm? (05/08/2013); Death Has Been Transformed (05/09/2013); The True Miracle (12/23/2012); About the Star? (12/24/2012); Magick and Prayers? (10/29/2012); The Fear of GOD (10/30/2012)

“isah”, what you have done is call for a personal testimony from a prophet or spokesperson of GOD through Jesus Christ.  I am unashamed to say, I have experienced what others call “miracles” including healing and sacred visions.  May you rightly receive and apply the points that Christ will share with you, here:

(1.)  Miracles from GOD are provided as aspects of prophecy and divine revelation, not so much as displays of heavenly approval and favor with GOD.  To those lacking discernment (i.e., skill at using spiritual things to recognize, evaluate, and amplify spirit content within objects, events, persons, and other spiritual things) miracles appear as reversals and suspensions of laws for nature and the physical world.  However, all miracles occur in accordance with the same divine law that has generated and now maintains the full universe of GOD.

(2.)  Miracles are sacred events that emerge through divine purpose; and may include “evil” (we say, arbitrary and unwanted change; alterations of existing divine order; calamity; disaster; upheaval; widespread damage and loss).  Sin, defiance, usurpation and wickedness do not appear through miracles.  Such attacks upon divine order become visible through attitudes, behavior and conduct of created beings and living creatures, and do not derive from the many lawful acts of GOD.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, eternal person, and all Creation.  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will in such a way that miracles provided on a person’s behalf will not be recognized, or correctly embraced.

There is far more to be said, properly shared, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (3.)  Miracles are known and “seen” through operations of faith; however, faith does not always result by the operations of miracles.  In fact, many experience confusion, doubt, fear, and uncertainty.  There must be a peculiar preparation to receive miracles; and this may come by hearing special testimonies with discernment, by regular fellowship among believers, by study of the holy writings, and by prayer and unselfish intercession that is importunate.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.

Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us:  we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.  (2 Corinthians 5:  20-21, KJV)
