Today, the reply acknowledges that the embodiment within mankind of inseparable spirit substance from the makeup of GOD is greater evidence for the existence of GOD than the displays of authority and wealth, of natural wonders (e.g., lakes, mountains, rivers), of weather events (e.g., blizzards, hurricanes, tornadoes), or of phenomena in the physical world (e.g., lightning, thunder, wildfire). It is written: 1st Corinthians 2: 7-11, King James Version (KJV): 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. omar”, what many regard as the excellence of Christianity as a belief system describing the origins of existence and life is its focus upon spirit process and substance that includes divine prerogative, eternal purpose, sacred law, and the sovereign will of divinity. Human efforts to avoid mysticism, superstition, and the occult have resulted in the use of various finite tools to address the character and nature of life such as intellect, logic, philosophy, politics, and science. With those tools, focus is primarily on things carnal, material, measurable, mechanical, natural, and social.

Men may serve as living vessels of divine substance. Christians identify the Creator as the first source of life essence (we also say, breath; spirit; word) and personhood. The divine endowment is different from the conditions, inheritance, and traits provided through sexual reproduction by the first male and female (Adam). Awareness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures may be dominated by the operations of sin. Mortality, spiritual confusion, and continuing as susceptible to the operations of sin became a life challenge, and condition for all the children of man. Through the appearance of divine fullness using human flesh as Jesus Christ, mankind now may receive a fresh deposit of inseparable spirit matter from the makeup of GOD. Included are balance, faith, forbearance, gratitude, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

During the time of famine, the Egyptian people became the private property of the Pharaohs, for they sold their own land, their livestock, and themselves to their ruler in order to survive. Idolatry, secular knowledge in place of sacred knowledge, and abuses of authority and dominion from GOD (i.e., government) within the one-world empire became widespread. The people became blind to the self-destruction and complete ruin of mankind that then overshadowed them. For Christians, commitment and faith that operate as the condemnation of sin, impartial judgment, salvation, and rebirth have become the evidence of the true and living GOD continuing to be active within his Creation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Romans 1: 16-23, King James Version (KJV): 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

2. 2nd Peter 1: 2-11, KJV: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: 11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 3. Romans 8: 4-9, KJV: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Matthew 27: 35, King James Version (KJV): 35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots. (See image reference below.)

Today, reply is on how relics are determined to be authentic. The imparted gifts (we say, divine seed; the Holy Ghost; spirit substance from the makeup of divine fullness) have been given as the incontestable evidence and witness that endorse the things received by men on the earth that have GOD as their origin and source. Those who sacrifice all to strive for the high prize of GOD are not likely to value relics overmuch. Within the church, relics are not to be used as a conclusive evidence and witness in judgment, or proof that sacred events have occurred, and are actual. Even so, the most important sacred relics have been useful by activating and confirming faith throughout the body of Christ. Included have been clergy, developing Christian believers, evangelical believers, monastics, pilgrims, prophets, stewards, and those who suffer. In many ways, relics are like visions, and are not to be analyzed or questioned. Relics continue to be spoken of as objects that are more relevant to carnal, material, and social living than to acquiring godliness and spirit content. References to relics often appear in fictional accounts, folklore, or legends (e.g., the Holy Grail, the cup filled with wine used as the emblem of his blood when Jesus introduced the Lord’ Supper), and are seldom documented and traced in the writings of academic historians. Given the most well-known relics are identified within the Scriptures, those who acknowledge the diverse holy relics generally agree that their preservation has been accomplished through the grace of divinity in the same way that manuscripts of the holy writings have been discovered, preserved, and passed on. THE GOLDEN ARROW: But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3: 7-14, King James Version, KJV)

Gone Galt”, among Christian believers, the operations of faith imparted from the makeup of divinity and the demonstrated presence of revealed eternal purposes of GOD are to determine the authenticity, holiness, integrity, and enduring value for events, man-made objects, oneself, other persons, prophecy, holy writings, etc. Christians are not counseled by GOD to be skeptical or unbelieving, nonetheless, believers are encouraged to stay alert, prepared, and vigilant. Christians are to use their own spirit content from GOD to recognize and respond to spirit content wherever else it appears. Many Christian believers were not aware that there are sacred relics being displayed and maintained as a duty, an inheritance, and a privilege of the church founded by Jesus Christ. Others have long known there are ancient objects and anointed relics being held as treasures by the church, however, they account the significance and value of these items to be no greater than that of ordinary communion ware (e.g., the platen, the monstrance, the chalice). In the effort to avoid false prophecy, academic history, “secular knowledge,” superstition, vanity (emptiness; lack of sacred substance), and worldliness, there are even those who dismiss the idea that relics have any value at all in the modern era. With this in view, numberless believers have been surprised and startled at the recent news that there were relics endangered by the fire that blazed for hours at Notre Dame Cathedral (April 15, 2019, Paris, France). The accord among believers who will meet the Lord at his coming must respond to such principles and understanding as those proclaimed within the Bible. Consider again the following:

1. Psalms 115: 1-8, King James Version (KJV): 1 Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth’s sake. 2 Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God? 3 But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. 4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. 5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not: 6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not: 7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat. 8 They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.

2. 1st John 2: 15-17, KJV: 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 3. John 20: 19-29, KJV:  19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20 And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. 21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22 And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23 Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. 24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. 26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is on the existence of the ocean as a “proof” of the existence of divinity.  Correctly understood, the living are to be the witness that GOD lives; and divine spirit is the highest, most legitimate “evidence” for divinity.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality forum using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

Are the oceans proof of God? Without the oceans, no rain. No rain, no life on earth?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen:  that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:  before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.  I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you:  therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.  Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand:  I will work, and who shall let it?  (Isaiah 43:  10-13, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, the acknowledgment of divine fullness (we say, the Creator; the GODhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) as the origin and source for all that exists and lives is not to be on the basis of appetite (hunger, thirst, sexual cravings), sensation (hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), emotion/mental process (fantasy, intelligence, logic, carnal reason), or the material objects of the natural world (forests, lakes, mountains, rivers, the sun, moon and stars) so much as on the basis of divine consciousness and spirit content imparted from divinity to indwell created beings and living creatures.  While many things reveal and serve as tools to make the inseparable aspects of unseen divinity visible as an active presence, it is the makeup and spirit substance of GOD that most directly communicates to created beings and living creatures.  Included are faith, forbearance, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Here are some points you might find useful as you continue your study that use language from the Bible:

(1.)  Psalms 19:  1-6, King James Version (KJV):  1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.  2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.  3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.  4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,  5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.  6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it:  and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

(2.)  Jeremiah 5:  21-23, KJV:  21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:  22 Fear ye not me? saith the LORD:  will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it:  and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?  23 But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.

(3.)  1st Corinthians 2:  7-14, KJV:  7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:  8 Which none of the princes of this world knew:  for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God:  for they are foolishness unto him:  neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

(4.)  Romans 1:  16-23, KJV:  16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:  for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Revelation 21:  1-4, KJV:  1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:  for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:  for the former things are passed away.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, the reply focuses on moderation, sobriety, and whether there are “feel good” aspects of becoming and serving as a mature Christian believer.  Contentment, pleasures, and the fulfillment of ones sexual aspect are not denied to the people of GOD, yet, the church founded by Jesus Christ is to be “the evidence of things unseen.”  An important lesson from the Scriptures concerning appetite and conscience declares:  Romans 14:  22-23, King James Version (KJV):  22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.  23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith:  for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.  Where Christian believers become members of a church congregation, they agree to obey a code of conduct, follow counsel and guidelines from clergy and the appointed leadership as well as to perform specific duties that are required to continue in good standing (e.g., attend business meetings re church finances; participate in fund raising; pickup and distribute church fliers and programs).  Christian believers all are sinners called to repentance and a new life wherein they serve as priests and kings of the divine kingdom Deity is establishing upon the earth.  Every sinner must become transformed through life events and operations by divinity (e.g., cleansing, healing, repentance, sanctification) that may require their entire lifetime, and that will be completed for some only in an instant at the appearing of Jesus Christ.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality forum who uses the ID “?” (Level 1 with 231 points, a member since February 06, 2018) posted the following:

Would a life style with out any stimulants benefit you as a person or drive you crazy?

E.g no TV, no technology , no drugs / alcohol nothing that gives you “a feel good ” boost. Just drinking water when thirsty and eating a light healthy meal when hungry. For fun or hobbies you could do something creative such as read or draw, or exercise.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:  knowing that tribulation worketh patience;  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.  (Romans 5:  1-5, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Rendering Our Reasonable Service (06/15/2018); Christianity Is A Relationship (04/05/2018); A Matter of Conscience (04/07/2017); How Is Flesh Evil? (10/28/2016); Material Things in Heaven? (11/10/2016); The Witness of Conscience (09/23/2016); Freedom of Foul Speech (09/10/2014); Dating and Worship? (09/11/2014)

“?”, there is a great deal of diversity among the lifestyles and daily living routines of those who turn to Jesus Christ hoping to receive a new life from their Creator.  There are various principles and standards shared within the body of Christ (the church) that have been derived from divine law, sacred practices, and wisdom from the Scriptures.  Examples include regularly gathering and sharing fellowship with like-minded believers (e.g., attending church, Bible study, working to complete necessary tasks); Sabbath-keeping; praise within ones congregation; prayer in the home; evangelism, missions, and prison ministry; visiting shut-ins and those who are sick; and heartfelt worship.  Differences in age, commitment, sacred knowledge, secular knowledge, and spiritual maturity make it that there is no single set of attitudes, behavior, and disciplines that will be displayed by everyone in any given situation.

Those who become “born-again” in baptism (i.e., death, burial, and resurrection of the inborn spirit) must “grow up again.”  Their goal should be to acknowledge their own accountability, to become Christ-like, and to maintain self-government under the authority of GOD.  Sinners are to become developing believers who must mature/ripen to be harvested from the earth at the Advent of Jesus Christ (we also say, his appearing; the Rapture; the Second Coming).  All must meet “growing pains” and the life challenges that come by living on the earth.  Included can be bereavement, disappointments, duty (things you must carryout and perform, like it or not), hardship, sacrifice, and suffering.

The fresh endowment of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of divinity shields and strengthens a new believer, as they discover, gradually grow, undergo permanent change, and serve as true vessels of divinity, offspring of GOD, and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ.  Inseparable aspects of the divine makeup are received such as balance, discernment, faith, forbearance, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, restraint, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  These working together transform otherwise confusing, mundane, or painful life experiences in a way that allows the believer to operate as having assurances and certain victory, even though there are still obstacles and threats to be overcome, and they may still be in the midst of a storm.  Consider the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)   Proverbs 23:  29-35, King James Version (KJV):  29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?  30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.  31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.  32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.  33 Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.  34 Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast.  35 They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not:  when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again.

(2.)  Romans 6:  3-5, KJV:  3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?  4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:  that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.  5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:

(3.)  Romans 14:  13-21, KJV:  13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more:  but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.  14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself:  but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.  15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.  16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:  17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.  18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.  19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.  20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.  21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

(4.)  Philippians 2:  12, KJV:  12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Revelation 21:  7-8, KJV:  7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.  8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:  which is the second death.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

The Substance

Today, reply shares a Christian understanding of “faith” as an aspect of the confluence (meeting of streams; coming together) of sacred substance that exists as GOD.  In contrast to conjecture and speculation, faith pertains to a conclusive consciousness (we say, knowing) within the living of existing and possible operations, and process for divinity.  The followers of Jesus acknowledge faith as part of the life essence (breath; spirit; Word) and the fresh endowments through rebirth that may be imparted from the makeup of divinity to exist within created beings and living creatures.  The operations of sacred faith are to be seen through the acceptance of divine commission and duty; continual acknowledgment of revealed truth; commitment; endurance of “growing pains,” hardship, and suffering as well as maturity, patience, stability and willingness to await the return of Jesus to harvest the earth.  A writer in the “Yahoo! What is faith?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:  for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.  But without faith it is impossible to please him:  for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.  (Hebrews 11:  5-6, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  What Is A Spirit? (03/06/2018); How Are We Justified? (03/05/2018); Meanings for “These Three”? (01/25/2018); Praying For “More Faith”? (01/12/2018); Certainty, Conviction and Faith (01/05/2018); Relying on Sacred “Evidence” (11/20/2017); The Makeup of GOD (09/25/2017)

“Ayebanengiyefa”, in my understanding as a Christian believer “faith” has been revealed (shown by GOD) to be a spirit substance that exists as a recognizable dimension of his own divine fullness (we say, the GODhead; the Trinity; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit).  Faith is inseparable from all the other aspects of divinity that exist as the makeup of GOD, thus, wherever you find faith there will be other spirit matter such as holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness,  personhood, presence, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

Faith (and the other invisible things of GOD) are to be known as active and present on the basis of their effects and influence upon the things that are seen, touchable, and visible.  Included are social exchanges and relationships.  Because faith is not a carnal, material and physical object, many confuse faith with emotion(s) and feelings, or thoughts and mental process (e.g., belief, convictions, desire, imagination).

GOD is the origin of all sacred faith.  Sacred faith operates and is applied in accordance with covenant, divine law, judgment, sacred knowledge in place of secular knowledge, godly principle, eternal purpose, and consecrated utterance (the word of GOD appearing as praise, proclamation, promise, and prophecy).  Consider again the following points to reveal GOD that use language from the Bible:

(1.)  Habakkuk 2:  1-4, King James Version (KJV):  1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.  2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.  3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie:  though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.  4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:  but the just shall live by his faith.

(2.)  Matthew 9:  20-22, KJV:  20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:  21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.  22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

(3.)  Matthew 9:  27-31, KJV:  27 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us.  28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him:  and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.  29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.  30 And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.  31 But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that country.

(4.)  Romans 5:  1-5, KJV:  1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:  2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.  3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also:  knowing that tribulation worketh patience;  4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:  5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.) Romans 9:  30-33, KJV:  30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.  31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.  32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;  33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence:  and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Life and Death

Today, topics include breaking New Years resolutions, keeping ones promises, and Christian believers always speaking the truth.  Ones words and speech may bear fruit (produce) such as comfort, encouragement, sacred knowledge, and wisdom; and ones misuse of words as gossip, hate, lies and slander can result in death, misery, self-destruction, and suffering.  Many followers of Jesus Christ regard “New Years” resolutions to be a departure from sacred commitment, discipline, and practice.  Swearing on oath, making promises, and making verbal contracts and vows always imply that specific goals for change and progress can be met relying on self-will and responses to conditions that are carnal, material, secular, and social.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum who used the ID “levi” (Level 1 with 75 points, a member since March 17, 2016) posted the following:

Does god or Jesus get mad if we break our New Years resolution? If so how can I make him unmad?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  The words of a man’s mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook.  It is not good to accept the person of the wicked, to overthrow the righteous in judgment.  A fool’s lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes.  A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.  (Proverbs 18:  4-7, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Free Speech in Church? (12/18/2017); Actual Utterance From GOD? (08/11/2017); Divinity Must Be Proclaimed? (05/09/2017); Should Christians Cuss? (04/17/2015); A Slip of the Tongue (09/17/2014); Which Things We Speak (09/18/2014);  Freedom of Foul Speech (09/10/2014); Dating and Worship? (09/11/2014); All Lying Forbidden? (03/04/2014); Wrong Not to Forgive? (03/05/2014)

“levi”, breath, utterance, and Word are spirit substance that makes known the active presence who is GOD.  Therefore, the place of commitment, the giving of ones word (we say, promise), and the speaking of truth have special meaning and value among mature Christian believers.  Believers are to be the “voice of GOD on the earth.”  The respect we show the Creator should also appear as we deal with our brothers¾particularly when they are at fault and in error.  As those who are “born again” continue to “grow up again”, accepting permanent changes in their own character, makeup, and sacred content, many aspects of divine process and revelation become increasingly clear.  Consider the following points:

(1.)  Utterance and word are divine tools to convey and impart spirit substance from the makeup of divinity.  Included are awe, declarations of love, determinations in judgment, forgiveness, oneness without sameness, personhood, proclamation of law, prophecy, and unseen workings of sovereign will.  Proverbs 18:  21, King James Version (KJV):  21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue:  and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

(2.)  The wrath of GOD against sin is a fixed, immutable, and unchanging aspect of divine fullness.  Divine wrath (burning rage; judgment) is more than merely an emotion or feeling that “comes and goes.”  Psalms 7:  9-17, KJV:  9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just:  for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.  10 My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.  11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.  12 If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.  13 He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.  14 Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.  15 He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.  16 His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.  17 I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness:  and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.

(3.)  Correctly understood, whatever we say, how we say it as well as when and where we say it has power to establish and to destroy meaning, trust, and value that are intended to endure.  Numbers 30:  1-2, KJV:  1 And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.  2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

Of course, there is far more that could be said.  (For example, words and actions by Christians are to be examined for spirit content from GOD, and received both as “testimony” (words spoken under oath that have the authority and power in judgment because they are “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth”) and “evidence” (just like DNA, ballistics, eyewitness reports, and fingerprints in criminal trials).  Ephesians 4:  29-32, KJV:  29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.  30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.  31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:  32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
