Today, reply is on the divine provisions for mankind to have complete and correct knowledge of divinity. In the same way displaying existence and life describe all created beings and living creatures, all the living possess awareness and an indelible innate consciousness of divine fullness (i.e., divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). The living are granted a primal and rudimentary knowledge of GOD that is to become elaborated, focused and refined through instruction, maturation, sanctification, and suffering. GOD is known to mankind by continuing as active presence manifest in spirit process and substance. Sacred knowledge may be acquired as prophecy and edification; and otherwise hidden truth is revealed and discovered through gradual growth, learning, discernment, practice, and study. It is written: 1st Corinthians 2: 12-14, King James Version (KJV): 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. Princess”, GOD is known by divine spirit process and substance. Most mature Christian believers will agree that acquiring sacred knowledge and a mature consciousness of divinity are accomplished through multiple sacred devices and operations. Included are all mankind being endowed with a measure of the same life essence (breath; spirit; utterance; word) from the makeup of GOD that was imparted to the first pair (Adam); the appearance of divinity on the earth using human form and life process as Jesus Christ; water baptism wherein a person’s inborn spirit dies, is buried, and is raised from the dead (we say, they become born again); receipt by the living of a fresh endowment of spirit substance from the makeup of GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin); and the multiple possibilities of an inheritance as the new creation established through the ministry of Jesus Christ. The natural world as our sphere of life is a sacred expression from divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Even so, mankind relies heavily on the finite tools of intellect, logic, carnal reason, science, and self-will (willpower). Academic studies and secular knowledge do not permit complete and correct knowledge of divinity. The operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of sacred law also promote a return to the conditions of preexistence, and challenge the integrity of the divine order that appears as the universe. Sin disrupts and undermines mechanical process and sequence, and therefore, results in evil (catastrophe) and upheaval. Our human potential for self-expression can be displayed in behavior that is animal, human or godly, for the earth and we ourselves bear the image and marks of GOD as our Creator. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a music selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Psalms 19: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

(2.) 1st John 4: 7-9, KJV: 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

(3.) Romans 1: 18-23, KJV: 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CB-NT-vCzVk.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Esau, Jacob and their Parents

A depiction of Isaac the heir of Abraham with his wife and sons. Isaac loved Esau, the hunter, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Today, reply is on events in the lives of Esau and Jacob as having been in accordance with unseen divine operations, rather than the operations of sin. There are multiple conflicts and differences represented in the figures of Isaac, Rebekah, and their twin boys. Included are the inheritance for nomads could not include houses, land, and real estate; populations existed as tribes, not nations; faith was acknowledged and expressed differently within the households of Abraham and of Laban. Other considerations were the transition to aggressive hunting cultures from those that promote farming and the pastoral keeping of livestock; the divine practice of bestowing both blessing and curses during a single event; covetousness and the use of deceit to acquire and keep a bequest/blessing given by a family member. Events in the life of Esau and Jacob reach across time and space having been grounded in the promises of GOD to Adam and to Abraham. It was only after Jacob was given the blessing from Isaac that Jacob received a vision of angels ascending and descending from GOD. It is written: Genesis 27: 41-45, King James Version (KJV): 41 And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob. 42 And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee. 43 Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran; 44 And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother’s fury turn away; 45 Until thy brother’s anger turn away from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both in one day? Why didnt God punish Jacob for decieving his father and seeking his blessing?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. And he also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his son’s venison, that thy soul may bless me. And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau. And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed. And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father. And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing. And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me? And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son? And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept. (Genesis 27: 30-38, KJV)

Anonymous”, the accounts regarding Esau and Jacob do not speak of quarrels about birthright, sibling rivalry and inheritance, nor are they intended to praise the twins as individuals, or report their human achievements and merit. These things detail prophetic demonstrations that pertain to the outworking of divine grace, sacred promises, redemption, and salvation; and are only through the operations of divine will, not the will of mankind. Thus, for Christians, the accounts of Esau and Jacob give a picture of GOD continuing eternal purpose, determining the inheritance of the priesthood that was granted to Adam and to Abraham, exercising divine prerogative, and fulfilling sacred sovereignty. Rather than condemnation by GOD, the focus of sacred knowledge and the major themes in Christian life are to be the display and revelation by GOD of the character and makeup of divinity. Otherwise unknown and unseen features of divine fullness should appear including forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, love, mercy in judgment for those who are sinners, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin as well as unchanging commitment. The Creator has bestowed multiple gifts on Creation that make possible agreement and understanding between immortal, incorruptible, invisible GOD and finite mankind. Many realize their need, and begin their relationships with divinity by turning away from sin and focusing on repentance. In error, they may continue inviting and listening to critics and those who stir feelings of guilt, self-condemnation, inadequacy, and spiritual confusion, rather than the things of new life. Believers are to embrace discovery, gradual growth, learning, study, unselfish service, and suffering. Developing Christian believers are not to continue as members within the church having guilt, punishment, and shame for sin as their primary concerns. Correctly understood, those “born again” are to remain on the earth, and become mature (we also say, grow up again; become ripe) for harvest by Jesus Christ at his appearing. As those containing a fresh endowment of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of GOD, developing Christians are to exist on the earth as the children of GOD, joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, and the new creation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.) Genesis 25: 19-24, King James Version (KJV): 19 And these are the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham begat Isaac: 20 And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian. 21 And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. 22 And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD. 23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. 24 And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.

(2.) Genesis 25: 27-34, KJV: 27 And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents. 28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob. 29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: 30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. 31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. 32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? 33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. 34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.

(3.) Romans 9: 7-16, KJV: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. 9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son. 10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; 11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. 13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. 14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. 15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

Judge Not Appearances

Today, reply is on counsels from Jesus Christ regarding the practice of judging others. To correctly minster to sinners returning to GOD through Jesus Christ, followers of the Lord must practice forgiveness, and suspend condemnation by mankind. The goals and objectives in sacred judgment are acknowledgment, affirmation, approval, the provision of mercy, and the justification of divinity. Questions on how to recognize cults and Satan-worshipers have low priority among mature Christians. Satan has no authority, influence, or presence in the final judgment by GOD. Moreover, the Devil has no power to conceal, defend, protect, or release any from the divine expressions of wrath against sin. The Adversary will be cast into the Lake of Fire before the Advent of Jesus Christ (i.e., the harvest; the first resurrection; the Second Coming), and before the second resurrection that will be completed prior to the white throne judgment. For the church, sacred judgment will focus on the spirit process and substance imparted from the makeup of divine fullness that should appear within events, objects, persons, and speech expressing the sovereign will of GOD, rather than on occurrences of poor attitudes, bad conduct, faulty logic, violence, and naughtiness. Failing to realize that sin is contrary to the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, the true nature of humanity, their own survival, and our preserving the multiple spheres of life that make up the universe, transgression and iniquity are being practiced as a way of life on the earth. Boasting themselves as those having free-speech, many mistakenly regard the making of false accusations, blasphemy, name-calling, presumption, rebellion against divinity, and slander as a matter of showing oneself to be attractive, clever, knowledgeable, intelligent, or even scientific. Because judging others, and the judgment practiced by sinners and the ungodly are self-promoting and punitive in their focus, the fruit they produce are decayed, rotting, and filled with anger, bitterness, enmity, malice, revenge, and spiritual confusion. Those who deserve praise and rewards from GOD will not be forgotten or overlooked. It is written: 1st Corinthians 4: 3-5, King James Version (KJV): 3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man’s judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self. 4 For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. THE GOLDEN ARROW: And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. (Revelation 20: 11-13, KJV)

Anonymous” as an aspect of error and sin, many of us become entangled in judgment whereby we oppose one another, and wherein we oppose GOD. Only divinity may correctly assign and identify assessments of sacred character, divine operations, and the presence of consecrated fruit (we say, judge; condemn; sentence anyone to damnation). Even so, mature Christian believers are to acknowledge multiple lessons and warnings from divinity that promote balance, integrity, and wisdom when applying sacred law to resolve conflict and settle disputes among themselves, and those outside of the faith with whom they may have disagreements and quarrels. Such practices as deception, hypocrisy, and spiritual confusion can appear by focusing on surface elements of material objects, carnal reason, and social interaction. Believers should avoid competition, use of secular knowledge in place of sacred knowledge, and relying on finite visible indicators, rather than proper discernment of spirit content and eternal purpose. The brethren (i.e., those who also are members within the body of Christ) are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ to one another not only through shared praise, worship, and unselfish service (i.e., religion, church stuff). We should show ourselves his followers through our ongoing lifestyles and daily routines, commitment, humility, our endurance of sufferings, our willingness to forgive and be reconciled to others as well as our willingness to be accountable to divinity. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Malachi 3: 13-18, King James Version (KJV): 13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee? 14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts? 15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

(2.) Matthew 7: 1-5, KJV: 1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

(3.) Matthew 7: 14-20, KJV: 12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. 13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

(4.) 1st John 4: 1-8, KJV: 1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

Today, reply is on the sacred person of Jesus Christ as the proper primary focus for sinners who seek forgiveness and reconciliation to GOD. The law and the prophets together were to be the platform for continuing relationship for Israel as a nation, and for the continuing relationship with GOD. Where emphasis became placed on obedience to the covenant law, the benefits, demands, and gifts to mankind through spirit process and substance became obscured. Included are adoption, inheritance, promise, rebirth, resurrection from the dead, and new life. It is written: Romans 3: 20-27, King James Version (KJV): 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Why don’t Christians start with learning Torah, as Jesus was Jewish.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Vessels Filled With Righteousness (11/06/2019); That Not Of Yourselves (08/13/2019); Scripture Has No Ethnicity (05/27/2019); We Begin Within GOD (02/06/2018); A Beginning And End? (06/01/2017); The Best Starting Point? (09/13/2016); Ye Are Abraham’s Seed (07/10/2015)

Shai”, rather than begin a life-long study of the Hebrew language to read Torah, sinners now may start a life-long process to continue in ongoing relationship with divinity through Jesus Christ. Even though Jesus remains invisible and unseen, believers are to learn of him, and to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus in their own lifestyles and daily routines. Becoming a mature believer in Jesus is achieved through operations by the Spirit of GOD that reconfigure ones awareness and self-will (willpower). The life essence (breath; sacred endowment; spirit; word) within sinners is transformed through such devices as discovery, fellowship with like-minded believers, gradual growth, practice, study of the holy writings, unselfish service, and suffering. Those who become born again all must “grow-up again” and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his coming.

Many Christian believers acknowledge the Torah as the body of sacred law received over several generations by Moses, the tribes of Jacob, and the mixed multitude that left Egypt. As a written record of admonitions, divine commandments, outcomes from resolving conflicts and disputes, prohibitions, proclamations, and sanctions within the law, many regard the Torah as the platform for Israel to exist as a kingdom among the nations of the earth. Traditions developed that failed to continue the commitment that was to be maintained respecting both the law and the prophets (i.e., the authority of their nonverbal demonstrations and pronouncements as spokespersons from GOD; their rebukes; their appearance as vessels containing spirit substance imparted from the makeup of divinity; and the authenticity of the revelations and visions they received). Efforts to avoid mysticism, spiritual confusion, superstition, and pursuing the occult increasingly saw factions of Pharisees and Sadduccees arise among the Levitical priests that insisted there be strict focus on the offerings, sacrifices and ceremonial law from GOD, rather than on divine gifts, promises, prophesies, and testimonies. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of the Barnes Family:

(1.) Matthew 11: 28-30, King James Version (KJV): 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

(2.) Romans 8: 1-5, KJV: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

(3.) Romans 8: 14-18, KJV: 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

AN AFTERTHOUGHT: Where the emphasis on sacred law requires believers to focus on judgment, obedience, repentance and tradition, emphasis on the spirit of prophecy gives priority to such sacred elements as atonement, commitment, discernment, forgiveness, praise, unselfish service, suffering, and thanksgiving. The life-long study and work are not for mastery of finite academic and secular tools (e.g., languages, carnal reason, critical thinking, tongues), rather, believers are to operate as life companions to immortal, incorruptible, invisible divinity. Thus, the Apostle Paul writes: Philippians 3: 13-14, KJV: 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Today, reply is on the comprehensive operations to reveal divinity on the earth as being characterized by concentration and focus, rather than being all-inclusive. GOD calls men and women into service as disciples, healers, judges, prophet, priests, and kings. Even so, all will not be chosen to reign with Jesus Christ as joint-heirs, and the new creation. In the same way that sacred tribunals for judgment expose and uncover otherwise hidden and unseen aspects of content and substance among and within mankind, where the living accept accountability, declare commitment, complete duty, and perform required service they also present the image of GOD and the likeness of Jesus Christ. It is written: Matthew 22: 8-10, King James Version (KJV): 8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 14 For many are called, but few are chosen. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “ImAtheist” (Level 1 with 2 points) posted the following:

If the Christian God is all knowing all powerful how come it has yet to convince even half of the population that it exists?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2: 8-10, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Ones Spirit Must Grow? (09/29/2019); The Saved Are Numberless (04/29/2019); Atheists And The Word? (09/11/2018); Chosen Through Sacred Process (09/06/2018); Life And Divine Purpose (05/04/2018); Salvation for Atheists? (06/14/2013); Church is Good? (06/15/2013)

ImAtheist”, sharing things understood among those who declare what they believe instead of what they disbelieve, before the creation of the earth there were fixed standards in place; and only those meeting the standards will be continued in eternity. Mankind’s response to the operations of sin required mortality and separation as continuing conditions for the existence and integrity of created beings and living creatures on the earth. The sanctions against that appear within unchanging divine law make necessary such sacred works as atonement; birth, development to maturity, anointing for ordained ministry and priesthood, living as a nomad and an itinerant preacher, and the death of divinity on the cross (we say, the Incarnation of divine fullness as Jesus Christ); redemption; resurrection for the dead to appear in final judgment; salvation; sanctification; and the second death that eliminates and erases all sin.

GOD is a spirit, and the operations of divinity are spirit in process and substance. Spirit remains invisible and undetectable to those relying on finite human tools of flesh (e.g., sensations of hearing, seeing, tasting, touching, etc.), or mind (e.g., carnal reason, imagination, logic, recall, thinking). Divinity is made knowable, known, accessible, and approachable (we say, revealed) by inseparable aspects of divine fullness that are imparted to exist within the consciousness and self-will of the living. Included are faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

GOD maintains all Creation and the entire universe using authority, divine order, dominion, mechanical process and natural law, power, sacred law, divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and sovereign will. Divinity responds to the presence of life essence (we say, breath; spirit; word) within created beings and living creatures as an aspect of divine fullness. The living are to be companions to immortal, incorruptible, invisible divinity; and they are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the image of GOD. Achieving the gifts of salvation and eternal life are not based on self-promotion and humanity choosing GOD, so much as GOD choosing mankind and responding to those who bear his mark. Therefore, mature Christians speak in terms of divine concentration and focus upon the living through adoption, grace, judgment, and purchase. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot:

(1.) Psalms 15: 1-3, King James Version (KJV): 1 LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? 2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. 3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

(2.) Romans 6: 23, KJV: 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

(3.) Psalms 51: 15-17, KJV: 15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise. 16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. 17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

(4.) Ephesians 2: 4-6, KJV: 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

(5.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (6.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnM4a3TKPro.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

The Throne of Judgment

A depiction of the Great White Throne Judgment

Today, reply is on those harvested as companions to Jesus Christ viewing the judgment of the wicked. Correctly understood, the satisfaction of created beings and living creatures with the divine operations for final judgment and the second death are not so much on the basis of court room presentations, secular information, the hearing of testimonies, or the presentation of material evidence; rather believers will acknowledge the righteousness of the Creator through operations of imparted faith, respect, and trust. Every challenge to the integrity of GOD as judge already has been countered by the forgiveness, mercy, and restraint shown by GOD in the divine decisions on behalf of those who follow Christ. The purposes of divine judgment include permanently resolving all conflicts and settling all disputes among the created that have appeared in accordance with divine law as well as completing reconciliation between those of earth and divine fullness. It is written: Revelation 21: 3-4, KJV: 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data shown) posted the following:

In heaven, can we rewatch people’s judgements? I’d love to see some famous people’s faces when they found out God is real.?

Like Adolf Hitler for example.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. (2nd Peter 2: 20, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Righteousness Of GOD (10/25/2019); Divine Anger at Harvest? (05/26/2019); Incurring “The Second Death” (04/02/2018); Judgment and Law Revealed (08/06/2017); Is Hitler Now in Hell? (07/02/2015); When Does Judgment Begin? (06/27/2013); Our Present Comfort? (06/28/2013)

Anonymous”, the tribunals of final judgment and the second death are not provided for the amusement, pleasure or retribution of created beings and living creatures. Nor are the operations of divinity applying the sanctions of law performed for guidance and instruction to those who will be granted a portion within the Holy City (the New Jerusalem) that will descend from heaven to the earth. Judgment pertains to the further revelation of divine fullness, thus, balance, completeness, impartiality, mercy, and righteousness are to be exalted. Focus and study to proclaim and promote divine law will not be required from created beings and living creatures who themselves will exist as eternal, immortal, and incorruptible companions to divinity. Consciousness and knowledge about those who now are admired and regarded as despicable, infamous, or notorious because of their sin and wickedness are to be totally eliminated through the penalties that will be assessed against iniquity in the Great White Throne judgment. Rather than attitudes that have believers looking back, all who continue in eternal life are to be forward-looking. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Psalms 37: 1-7, King James Version (KJV): 1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. 7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

(2.) Nahum 1: 9-13, KJV: 9 What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time. 10 For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry. 11 There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counsellor. 12 Thus saith the LORD; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more. 13 For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

(3.) Isaiah 65: 13-18, KJV: 13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed: 14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit. 15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord God shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name: 16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes. 17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

A Discerner

Today, the reply identifies five areas wherein developing Christian believers should be able to see evidences that they truly have been called and granted redemption, salvation, and eternal life through Jesus Christ. The beginnings of permanent change that will be completed through operations of the imparted Holy Spirit become visible through fresh life experiences of accord, discernment, focus, spiritual growth, and eternal purpose. Other indicators that a sinner has become a “divine work in progress” by answering the call of Christ may be seen through the replacement of their traveling clothes of complaining, irreverence, mocking, and moping with the wedding garments of increased accountability, commitment, dutifulness, meekness, patience, respect, and restraint. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality public forum who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shared) posted the following:

How do I know if I am being called like the Bible says?

Matthew 22:14

THE GOLDEN ARROW: The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. (Revelation 17: 8-14, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Changed And Made Christ-like? (06/19/2018); To Bear Wrongs Patiently? (02/13/2018); Standards For Godly Behavior (02/01/2018); Proper Training For Belief? (01/10/2018); Standing On The ABCs? (11/09/2017); The Two-edged Sword (01/09/2017); Called To Be Servants? (11/25/2015); Many Are Called… (10/15/2015); Few Are Chosen (07/06/2015)

Anonymous”, here are areas where repenting sinners will experience permanent change through the Holy Spirit to become Christlike, display the image of GOD, and exist as developing Christian believers:

1. Accord. Christian communities are characterized by such features as acceptance, agreement, consistency, and corroboration among their divine law, doctrines, practices, principles, and teachings. Given the focus is truth proclaimed and provided from the Creator—who displays himself through diversity, yet, is immutable, incorruptible, and unchanging—there will be a oneness without sameness that appears as continuing and interwoven threads throughout that join what may seem to be disparate and unrelated material. Believers come together with multiple levels of growth, knowledge, maturity, and skill. Therefore, the sacred process also is one of affirmation, communication, cooperation, exchange, interaction, and interdependence.

2. Discernment. Within the household of faith, increasingly all are to practice discernment (i.e., using their own spirit substance from the makeup of GOD to recognize and respond to the same spirit substance as it appears within events, other persons, themselves, the holy writings, etc.). Through water baptism that depicts the death, burial, and rebirth of ones own inborn spirit, the believer is given a fresh endowment of life essence (we say, breath; spirit; word) from the makeup of GOD. Included are inseparable aspects of divinity such as balance, completeness, faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

3. Focus. Among believers acquiring sacred knowledge and having a lifestyle that includes the performance of sacred practices (e.g., sacraments; praise; prayer; unselfish service; worship) increasingly will replace such interests as acquiring wealth; politics; seeking secular knowledge; study of philosophy, science, and technology; and pursuing worldly routines.

4. Spiritual Growth. Those who become “born again” through baptism are to be regarded as the children of GOD, joint heirs with Jesus Christ, and a new creation. Even so, all must “grow up again” and become mature/ripe for harvest from the earth by the Lord at his Advent (we also say, his appearing; the Rapture; the Second Coming). Developing believers are to endure “growing pains” living on the earth, and are built up (edified) through sacred tools that generate discovery; fellowship; prophecy; and suffering.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) Eternal Purpose. Believers will use discernment to recognize and respond to otherwise invisible and unseen spirit aspects deposited within life challenges, settings, and situations. The absence or presence divine intent (we also say, aims, motives, opportunities, possibilities, thoughts) are to be acknowledged at all times.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Peace-Be-Still_thumb.jpg

Today, reply is on inner peace and stillness before GOD.  There are multiple spirit influences and substances that are to exist within the living.  The inseparable aspects of imparted spirit content from the makeup of GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wrath against sin) are to continually exchange, interact, and stream as active presence.  Because the nature and process of divine spirit are primarily cooperative, reinforcing, and mutually supportive, developing believers will be free of ambiguity, conflict, doubt, spiritual confusion, and uncertainty (we say, double-mindedness; halting between two opinions; being drawn in opposite directions at the same time; embracing things that are incompatible).  Acceptance, holy boldness, certainty, and conviction allow Christians to be still before GOD as do closure, fulfillment, maturity (i.e., balance, completeness, consistency, stability), resolution, and restraint.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum using the ID “Fly G” (Level 5 with 8,000 points, a member since August 16, 2007) posted the following in the Religion and Spirituality section:

What does it mean to be still before God, and do you have a preferred method of doing that?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Now go, write it before them in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever:  That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD:  Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:  Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.  Wherefore thus saith the Holy One of Israel, Because ye despise this word, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:  Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.  And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare:  so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.  For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength:  and ye would not.  But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee:  and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.  One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall ye flee:  till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.  And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you:  for the LORD is a God of judgment:  blessed are all they that wait for him.  (Isaiah 30:  8-18, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Certainty, Conviction and Faith (01/05/2018); Waiting On The Lord? (06/16/2017); Divine Delay and Prayer? (03/22/2017); Waiting For His Appearing (02/09/2016); A Promise of Return (01/15/2016); What To Do At His Coming (07/20/2014); Of Sure Hope and Certainty (09/05/2013); Prophetic Demonstrations (09/06/2013)

“Fly G”, to be still is to trust;  to wait calmly; to tarry displaying commanded expectation (hope), longsuffering and patience.  Quiet and stillness are important aspects of the process of GOD for developing Christian believers because they allow discovery, focus, and joining at the levels of spirit, rather than the levels of flesh that include emotion, intellect, thoughts, and reflection.  Divinity is an active presence that remains invisible and unseen where we are driven by appetite (e.g., hunger, thirst, sexual cravings), sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), or secular knowledge and mind.  Prayer in settings that are set apart for quiet is more suitable for realizing communion (oneness without sameness) and discernment (using ones own spirit content to recognize and respond to spirit content from the makeup of GOD that exists within events, oneself, other persons, the holy writings, etc.).  However, heartfelt prayer can still be heard and be answered despite one being surrounded by clamor, being in the midst of a storm, or being on a battlefield.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Psalms 4:  1-5, King James Version (KJV):  1 Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness:  thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.  2 O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah.  3 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself:  the LORD will hear when I call unto him.  4 Stand in awe, and sin not:  commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.  5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.

(2.)  Ecclesiastes 5:  1-2, KJV:  1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools:  for they consider not that they do evil.  2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God:  for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth:  therefore let thy words be few.

(3.)  James 3:  13-18, KJV:  13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.  14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.  15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.  16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.  17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.  And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

(4.)  Job 37:  10-14, KJV:  10 By the breath of God frost is given:  and the breadth of the waters is straitened.  11 Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud:  he scattereth his bright cloud:  12 And it is turned round about by his counsels:  that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.  13 He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.  14 Hearken unto this, O Job:  stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  2nd Chronicles 20:  15-18, KJV:  15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.  16 To morrow go ye down against them:  behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.  17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle:  set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem:  fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them:  for the LORD will be with you.  18 And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground:  and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, worshipping the LORD.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

The Two Jerusalems

THE JERUSALEM NOW AND THE COMING HOLY CITY

Today, reply is on the shared sacred origin, eternal purpose, and ongoing process for both Christianity and Judaism.  Correctly understood, “new wine must be put into new bottles,” the focus must be on divinity, for it is that GOD has used mankind to accomplish specific sacred works, not that mankind has used GOD.  The establishment of the Tabernacle, the Temple, and Jerusalem as the Holy City were all done to make visible the pattern of things in heaven as well direct the minds of men to the things that are to come.  The embodiment of divinity in flesh and human form, and the death of Jesus Christ on the cross has served to affirm the divine commitment to Creation, and depict the utter destruction of sin.  Even so, for Christians, the same cultural and secular history that serve as an heritage and platform for social identity as a Jew is (1) a foundation for divine revelation that makes Deity knowable and known to created beings and living creatures; (2) a sphere of existence, life, and active presence wherein divinity appears and expresses sovereign will (e.g., judgment, divine law, sanctification, wrath against sin); (3) a device for redemption and salvation that allows the living to recognize and resist, yet, does not completely eliminate the operations of sin; and (4) the sacred knowledge vital for comprehending divine operations to transform those joined to divinity through the Son of GOD to exist as immortal and incorruptible.  The establishment, events within, and operations of Israel as a kingdom or nation on the earth must be understood as a very small part of a vast divine work intended to impart spirit content from the makeup of divinity.  GOD fashioned the first pair (Adam) to display the image of GOD, and continues to use the living to demonstrate and proclaim his character, nature, makeup, ownership, and sovereignty.  Through his fellowship, friendship and promises to Abraham; the covenant agreements from the time of Moses; and the commitments to the dynasty of David, GOD became a certain hope of the Hebrews, and would manifest as the protector of ancient Israel.  Even so, GOD is never to be regarded as having become a material thing, their chattel, their possession, or their private property.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum using the ID “Dr Yes level 9” (with 114,449 points on Level 7, a member since August 27, 2007) posted the following:

What does biblical history have to do with Christianity?

Jesus never said the gentiles could have the Jewish bible. Jesus also never said they could rename it the “Old Testament”.
Biblical history is Jewish history.

https://www.cnsnews.com/commentary/eric-...

So why do Christians feel vindicated when something from Jewish history is dug up?

Update: Atheists don’t deny Judaism because it is an actual culture. Whereas Christianity is just a religion.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:  Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.   Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid:  yea, we establish the law.  (Romans 3:  29-31, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Thoughts On Divine Personhood (12/07/2017); One Root, One Harvest (11/12/2017); The Peace of Jerusalem (08/09/2017); Continuing A Perpetual Covenant (08/03/2017); A Threat Against Judaism (07/17/2017); One Complete Divine Revelation (07/09/2017); Proclaiming A New Kingdom? (04/13/2017); Benefits of His Kingdom? (04/11/2017); More About the Trinity? (03/30/2015)
“Dr Yes level 9”, be careful not to confuse secular history and sacred revelation.  The GOD who made use of ancient Israel is has sovereign authority and power over more than a single ethnic group having peculiar cultural traditions.  Consider the following that addresses the GOD of Israel as the GOD of the whole earth:

1.  For mankind on the earth to apprehend the existence and operations of divinity, there must be a consciousness and process among created beings and living creatures that responds to the existence of Deity as the origin and source for the spheres of life and all that appear within them.  While Deity (we also may say, the fullness of divinity; the GODhead; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) may appear occasionally, and not use a single, unchanging carnal, material, or physical form, there must be mechanisms among the living for recognition that divinity is an “active presence;” there must be aspects of personhood that allow communication, exchange, interaction, and continuing relationship; and the divine essence (we also say, breath, spirit, Word) must be manifest using the elements of continuum (we say, past, present, and future) from the finite frameworks of time and space.  Anything less would result in chaos, flux, and multiple streams of formless matter in place before the founding of heaven and earth.

2.  The living must manipulate a vast array of data from their senses (e.g., appetite, hearing, seeing, tasting, touching) and impose order on disparate experiences using features of the mind such as emotion, intellect, imagination, and recall.  They also are to contain deposits of spirit matter as aspects of their own finite makeup, whereby GOD is understood as knowable, accessible, and approachable.  The unchanging priorities and stability that describe divine “personhood” include the elements of immortality, incorruption, eternal purpose, purity, and truth.  Thus, a sacred process of revelation has been continuing on earth that may be spoken of for mankind as development, and unfolding spiritual progression.  In the same way there are multiple traits, behaviors, and expressions that distinguish individuals, Christian believers increasingly acknowledge that GOD is the sum and totality of all divine spirit substance.  Included are balance, completeness, faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

3.  Christians receive the Bible as a collection of holy writings that document the appearance of GOD (both in heaven and on earth) by using thousands of events within thousands lives over the course of thousands of years.  Where the Jewish people are named as the first guardians and keepers of this sacred library pertaining to holy gifts and tools that have come by revelation, Christian believers are the final recipients of these divine things as beneficiaries, heirs, and a new creation through Jesus Christ.  In addition to divine law, proclamations, promises and prophecy, the use of specific individuals as agents in service to GOD appear.  Bible reports also highlight the divine use of family, tribes, inheritance, and priesthood along with GOD’s use of assemblies and collectives such as nations, kingdoms, and one-world empire (e.g., Egypt, Rome, Babylon).  To continue mankind’s relationship with divinity GOD has required the participation of Gentiles as well as Jews; and has shown unwavering support that includes atonement, forgiveness, Incarnation, reconciliation, repentance, and even, resurrection from the dead.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended regarding the person of Jesus Christ.  (For example, 4.  Jeremiah 9:  23-26, King James Version (KJV):  23 Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:  24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth:  for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.  25 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will punish all them which are circumcised with the uncircumcised;  26 Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness:  for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.

Colossians 1:  16-22, KJV:  16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  18 And he is the head of the body, the church:  who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.  21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled  22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is made on the Old and New Testament being both part of a single divine revelation wherein GOD is Father to all.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “OkieDevil” (Level 2 with 839 points, a member since January 21, 2017) posted the following:

Why do Christians still worship the Old Testament when Jesus says the God of the OT is the Devil? NOT His God…?

John 8 41-44 “The only Father we have is God himself.” 42Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. 43Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. 44You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.  For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;  And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:  And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.  For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  (Ephesians 2:  13-18, King James Version, KJV)

“OkieDevil”, here are some ideas that have helped many avoid spiritual confusion:  there is only one complete divine revelation.  Because a believer’s focus on the things of GOD must be broad and inclusive, it also must be strictly ordered and structured.  Mature Christian believers are called into the understanding that created beings and living creatures must receive from GOD the revelation that makes knowable and known the fullness and totality of divinity (we say, the GODhead—the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).  The sacred knowledge provided to mankind through promise, prophecy, and the holy writings bring together multiple streams of truth that extend to events before the frameworks of time and space.  GOD shares a divine perspective on natural occurrences, sacred operations, and eternal purposes using thousands of events, occurring within thousands of lives, over the course of thousands of years.

Given Deity is immutable, incorruptible, and unchanging, many elements are fixed that display diversity (like the rose or tulips), not change; and there are continuous, incomplete unfolding (we say, progression), rather than discrete, one-time events.  Because relationships with mankind are interrupted by mortality (death, disease, dying), devices and mechanisms have been employed to establish continuity and stability that include covenants, dynasty, family, inheritance, priesthood, and sanctification.

We speak of intimate and personal relationship with GOD to acknowledge that divinity is more than an abstract, academic, and hypothetical construct.  Even so, GOD is an invisible, yet, active presence (we also say, breath, life essence, a spirit, word) who must be known and “seen” by his divine fruitage (effects, outcomes, products).  Consider again the following:

(1.)  Deuteronomy 14:  1-2, King James Version (KJV):  1 Ye are the children of the LORD your God:  ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.  2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

(2.)  Romans 10:  2-4,  KJV:  2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.  3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.  4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

(3.)  Romans 11:  28-33, KJV:  28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes:  but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes.  29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.  30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:  31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.  32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.  33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
