THE GOLDEN ARROW:   The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:  Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein:  for the time is at hand.  John to the seven churches which are in Asia:  Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,  And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.  Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him:  and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.  (Revelation 1:  1-7, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Need For Divine Rule? (08/27/2015); Slaves to Sin? (04/13/2015); A Christian Dictatorship? (03/05/2015); Blessing and Inheritance from Abraham? (06/05/2014); On Christians Executing Judgment (06/06/2014); Unto Caesar…? (11/09/2012); Before the Fruit? (11/10/2012)

“Anonymous”, because there are so many “talking smack” these days without being anchored in divine law and sacred truth, or thoroughly prepared with correct sacred knowledge, the teachings on government from GOD are often twisted and warped to express ignorance, secular history, and the finite achievements of created beings and living creatures.  For the Holy, there is the administration and ordering of all that exists, of all that have life, of life experience, of judgment (we say, assigning value), of maintenance for Creation by its  owner/possessor as well as making things appear from nothing that exists in furtherance of revelation (divinity being made knowable, known and visible through fulfillment of proclamation, promise, and prophecy).  Mature Christian believers who rely upon Bible accounts acknowledge Nimrod (the mighty hunter) as the individual who first used force and influence to establish social units for commerce and survival that we may think of as cities, and a territory ruled by an individual or “monarch”.   Called “Babel” (and later called “Babylon”), the cities of Nimrod departed from the agricultural model (be fruitful, multiply, replenish), and began to come under and promote codes of “urban” violence.  Because dominion over the earth had been granted to Adam, the goal, to rule the entire world, was not out of line with divine intent.  Where two or more cities are a “kingdom”, a group of kingdoms are an “empire”; and a “one-world empire” seeks to generate direct and indirect control over all upon the earth with out regard to geographical boundaries, divisions, regions, and territories.  Egypt appears as the first one-world empire through such features as the union of Lower and Upper Egypt; the purchase by Pharaoh of all goods, property, and the population itself during famine; lunar cycles and changes of the Nile river that resulted in fertility and richness of the soil; economic and political control in spite of differences seen in culture, ethnicity, language, and materials (e.g., use of copper or iron for tools and weapons).  The Roman empire is a clear example of rule by expansion through military conquest.  On the surface, there is a legitimate process of growth through addition and assimilation.  However, at core there is the sin of “coveting” (i.e., undisciplined and “out of control” desire; envy; wanting to take away and possess what belongs to others).  The seven tribes in covenant with GOD before the sons of Jacob and the mixed multitude who left Egypt following Moses, were a “divine empire” in contrast to Egypt; and the calling of Hebrews into covenant may be seen as the denial of those false covenant partners, and the renewal of divine control for all the earth.  Among the people of GOD, instead of being dictators, oppressors, and tyrants, “kings” are to function as deliverers (judges), redeemers, and saviors.  Christ is the Messiah and soon-coming king.  Consider again the following from the Bible:

(1.)  Numbers 24:  16-18, King James Version (KJV):  16 He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:  17 I shall see him, but not now:  I shall behold him, but not nigh:  there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.  18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.

(2.)  Micah 5:  2-7, KJV:  2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.  3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth:  then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.  4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide:  for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.  5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land:  and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.  6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof:  thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.  7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.

(3.)  Deuteronomy 7:  1-3, KJV:  7 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;  2 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:  3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.

There is far more to be said, carefully examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Isaiah 45:  22-24, KJV:  22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth:  for I am God, and there is none else.  23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.  24 Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength:  even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Scripture points are shared, today, on recognizing false and true Christian believers.  Many of the differences among Christians result from arbitrary and individual characteristics such as their chronological age, cultural origin, education, and ethnicity.  Believers share sin as the common obstacle to being in correct relationship with GOD; and through the ministry of Jesus Christ, all receive the same cleansing, rebirth, duty and opportunities for sacred service.  Even so, believers continue to vary on the basis of their spiritual gifts, their fruitfulness and productivity as well as their discernment and receptiveness to the things imparted from divinity.  Consider again the following from the Bible, and the points appearing below:  1st John 4:  1-6, King James Version (KJV):  1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God:  because many false prophets are gone out into the world.  2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God:  Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God.  3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God:  and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard it should come; and even now already is it in the world.  4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them:  because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.  5 They are of the world:  therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.  6 We are of God:  he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us.  Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Christians here say that Christians who do bad things are not “real” Christians. In this way they “excuse” Christianity of *ALL* fault?

They say these people are not following Christianity and are therefore not “real” Christians. Therefore using “their” logic, it follows that to be a real Christian one has to be *PERFECT*. Or ……. are these Christians who judge other Christians like this, NOT following the word of God?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.  When anyone heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart.  This is he which received seed by the way side.  But he that received seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;  Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while:  for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.  He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.   But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it;  which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.  (Matthew 13:  18-23, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Diversity and the Church? (07/22/2015); Different Strokes, For Different Folks? (06/22/2015); Scandal and Sin Among Believers? (06/05/2015); Many Forms of Christianity? (04/30/2015); Focus of Believers? (06/17/2014); Discernment (06/18/2014); Why Jesus Used Parables (11/03/2013); Denying Baptism to Others (11/04/2013)

“Peter”, as an household of faith and a kingdom populated by those who serve divinity, Christianity is characterized by diversity.  While all believers experience baptism (death of ones inborn spirit; rebirth having spirit matter from the makeup of GOD), and are spoken of as “born again”, all must also “grow up” again.  Believers must meet life challenges, here, upon the earth; and are at different stages of growth and maturity.  They may vary in sacred knowledge, intimacy of relationship to GOD through praise and prayer as well as comprehension and strength developed through unselfish service.  Each person making commitment to Christ will continue to develop comprehension and doctrinal unity until the appearing of Christ.  Here are a few of the counsels and  instructions from the Bible that may help those outside the body to more easily recognize the harmony, sanctity and unity of process and purpose among Christian believers:

(1.)   Matthew 7:  13-17, King James Version (KJV):  13 Enter ye in at the strait gate:  for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:  14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.  15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  16 Ye shall know them by their fruits.  Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

(2.)  Romans 8:  6-9, KJV:  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.  Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

(3.)  1st Timothy 4:  1-2, KJV:  1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;  2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy:  having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

(4.)  Galatians 2:  16, KJV:  16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law:  for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

(5.)  Ephesians 2:  8, KJV:  8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.  9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

(6.)  Hebrews 12:  28, KJV:  28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (7.)  Matthew 22:  9-14, KJV:  9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.  10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good:  and the wedding was furnished with guests.  11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:  12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment?  And he was speechless.  13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  14 For many are called, but few are chosen.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, Scripture points are shared on the reign of GOD over all mankind, spiritual discernment, prophecy, and believers who served GOD as officers in civil governments of pagan nations.  A writer at “Yahoo! BOTH DANIEL AND —- held high postions in pagan governmennts?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  O thou king, the most high God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honour:  And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down.  But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:  And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.  And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not humbled thine heart, though thou knewest all this;  But hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of his house before thee, and thou, and thy lords, thy wives, and thy concubines, have drunk wine in them; and thou hast praised the gods of silver, and gold, of brass, iron, wood, and stone, which see not, nor hear, nor know: and the God in whose hand thy breath is, and whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified:  Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.  And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.  (Daniel 5:  18-25, KJV)

“Verna”, Queen Esther, Joseph son of Jacob, and Naaman the Leper served the Holy One of Israel as counselors to pagan governments and as prophets (we also say, spokespersons) of the Most High.  Here are a few points shared among Christian believers that may help you gain further insight to the sacred principles of divine law and other themes involved:

(1.)  Daniel 2:  29-31, King James Version (KJV):  29 As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter:  and he that revealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass.  30 But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou mightest know the thoughts of thy heart.  31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.

(2.)  Daniel 4:  16-19, KJV:  16 Let his heart be changed from man’s, and let a beast’s heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him.  17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones:  to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.  18 This dream I king Nebuchadnezzar have seen. Now thou, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation thereof, forasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known unto me the interpretation:  but thou art able; for the spirit of the holy gods is in thee.  19 Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.

(3.)  2nd Chronicles 20:  5-7, KJV:  5 And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court,  6 And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?  7 Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

(4.)  Isaiah 45:  1-3, KJV:  1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;  2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight:  I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:  3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

(5.)  Ezra 1:  1-3, KJV:  1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,  2 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.  3 Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

(6.)  Esther 4:  13-16, KJV:  3 Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king’s house, more than all the Jews.  14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed:  and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?  15 Then Esther bade them return Mordecai this answer,  16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day:  I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law:  and if I perish, I perish.

There are many more Scriptures that should be shared, correctly understood, and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, (7.)  John 18:  37, KJV:  37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Democracy, dictatorships, caliphate, empire and the kingdom of GOD ruled by Christ are considered, today.  Because the model for divine government is not impersonal and legalistic, believers speak of GOD ruling as a father over his own family, as a king, as the leader within a single household, and as the head upon a body having various members and parts.   A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using “Rigal T” as his ID (Level 5 with 7,671 points, a member since September 04, 2008) posted the following attack:

Would you support a just and True Christian dictatorship?

Or does representative democracy matter more to you than your faith?

Let’s say it would mean the end of abortion and marriage equality, (or whatever else you don’t like), and that more people would truly convert to Christianity.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Wherefore David blessed the LORD before all the congregation:  and David said, Blessed be thou, LORD God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.  Thine, O LORD is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty:  for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.  Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.  Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.  But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.  For we are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as were all our fathers:  our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is none abiding.  (1st Chronicles 29:  10-15, KJV)

“Rigal T”, here are a few points Christian believers are encouraged to share with those who risk spiritual confusion by indulging their own carnal imagination and intellect:

(1.)  Dictatorships typically appear through an increasing use of techniques that generate instability for civil government and legislative rule.  Included are such factors as balkanization, blackmail, bribery, coercion, confiscation, deceit, demagoguery, discrimination, extortion, fraud, gerrymandering, hierarchy, incrimination, intimidation, militarization, nepotism (placing family members in positions of authority and trust), persecution, police riots, propaganda, racism, domestic spying, terror, threats, and mob violence.  Finally, the populace is held to be incapable of sound decision-making, too divided and weak to establish a clear majority that has an agenda to benefit and promote prosperity, and is in need of a “strongman” to manage and maintain unified action.

(2.)  The caliphate presently proposed among global terrorists seems to envision a state that copies ancient models of empire where culture, ethnicity, national borders, law and tradition all are overridden.  As a result, the character and nature of what such radicals propose already is seen as flawed for the modern world.  Insisting upon models appropriate to guerrilla warfare and revolutionary insurrection, the most prominent terrorist do not operate by the law of any sovereign nation or state.  The caliphate they are committed to has never existed and does not presently exist.  By contrast, the kingdom of GOD established through the living ministries of Jesus Christ has continued to develop and expand since well before the death of our savior upon the cross.  For believers now citizens of the spiritual kingdom upon the earth, this is a stage in multiple sacred operations (e.g., atonement, forgiveness, resurrection, sanctification) transforming mankind to exist as an eternal companion to divinity.

As always, there is far more to be said, correctly understood, and properly apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  The framework of unity within the kingdom of GOD derives from a oneness of Spirit, rather than shared political or social goals, philosophies, and traditions.  Where believers are born again, they receive a fresh endowment of the same spirit content that resided within Jesus Christ.  Inseparable aspects of Deity appear and become perfected as believers continue to meet life challenges upon the earth.  Included are faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, wisdom and wrath against sin.  By the permanent transformation that will occur at the Advent (we say, Second Coming) of Christ, all believers are to become immortal and incorruptible; and will be enabled to display the most necessary feature for living in respect to divine law (the expressed will of GOD) a new self-will fashioned after that of the full GODhead.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and spiritual maturity.

Divine love, eternal life and relationship with divinity are topics, today.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Bruce” (Level 7 with 101,424 points, a member since August 07, 2007) posted the following:

Does “nothing can separate us from the love of God” include our own decisions and actions?

Romans 8:38-39 (NIV)

38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called:  and whom he called, them he also justified:  and whom he justified, them he also glorified.  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.  (Romans 8:  28-37, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Sinless Until Advent? (11/05/2014); Holy Wars? (11/06/2014); Crimes Christ Crucified For? (11/07/2014); Behold What Manner of Love (02/28/2014); Divine Love Revealed? (10/02/2013); Law A Schoolmaster? (10/03/2013)

“Bruce”, here are a few points important to Christian believers that may not be familiar to you, yet, you should find them useful for more complete understanding:

(1.)  Believers are granted a new life through Jesus Christ that goes beyond commitment or decisions generated by finite human awareness (we say, imagination, intellect, perception), or the exercise of self-will (we say, choice, motivation, will-power).  In the same way the mind of Adam (the male) was totally inactive in sleep, and he received the female without knowledge and participation in the divine act of her creation, through various operations performed by the Holy Spirit, a person receives a fresh endowment of sacred substance from the makeup of Deity.  Believers experience a continuous process of growth and learning as aspects of permanent change for their eternal life.

(2.)  Believers are endowed with divine content such as faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Thus, believers voice declarations from Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit, and what they utter (we say, breath, spirit, word) expresses divine intent, ownership of Creation, purpose, sovereignty, and unity among the persons of GODhead (we say, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

(3.)  The nature of divine love must come into view.  Simply put, GOD is a spirit (we say, active presence) who is not dependent upon carnal, material or physical dimension and form, yet, now eternally exists incarnate as Jesus Christ with all the fullness of humanity.  Through Jesus, divine relationships with created beings and living creatures may be described using their language and symbols that imply equality, parity, and sameness.  Yet, those whose existence derive from divinity are not established and maintained as believers through the limited interactions of affection, animal instinct, emotion, intelligence and intuition.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  On the one hand, the spread of Christian belief is a process that focuses upon imparting Spirit.  On the other hand, the spread of doctrine and truth is a social event.  The foundation for the Gospel was the covenant of Moses that had endured the assault of multiple cultures, kingdoms, and one-world Empires:  the Egyptians, the Unified Kingdom, Solomon, Rehoboam, Jeroboam, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, the Romans.  Thus, entering the covenant through Jesus Christ is to be understood as initiating a relationship on the basis of divine terms that will never be divinely terminated, and that has such provisions as atonement from sin and resurrection from the dead to ensure its continuity.  Salvation, in effect, is the acknowledgement that ones own eternal life has already begun.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Being drawn into religious belief, bereavement, the Gospel, and prophecy are topics, today.  Also, there is more on the coming kingdom of GOD.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “Ewan” (Level 2 with 432 points, a member since November 02, 2013) posted the following:

Can a death cause someone to turn to religion?

This may sound dumb, but I lost my grandad a couple of years ago, we were very close and I think about him alot

Sometimes I get sympathetic to a religion because I guess it raises the idea that I would see him again

THE BATTLE AXE:  A Kingdom Now and One To Come? (09/05/2014)—(6.)  Believers speak of GOD as “king” or “monarch” to express the understanding that the Almighty is the single figure having all accountability, authority, dominion, ownership, power, privilege, and rule regarding Creation.  As king, GOD is distanced from created beings and living creatures by the responsibilities of divine office as well as by excellence, glory, majesty, merit, and purity.  As a sacred device, the kingdom of GOD lessens the separation among the living, and from the Creator.  Through baptism (death of ones inborn spirit, rebirth from divine substance), believers receive a fresh endowment of the spirit (breath of life) imparted to Adam out from the makeup of GOD.  They acquire such inseparable aspects of divinity as faith, forbearance, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, love, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  While being within the kingdom is established through new birth, a believer’s competence, maturity, and skill in their role as leader, priest, prophet, or servant to GOD comes only by gradual growth and learning.  Those born again must also grow up again by meeting life challenges and having experiences of spiritual triumph while upon the earth.

(7.)  The kingdom of GOD that now exists is primarily a spiritual condition shared by created beings and living creatures who are scattered throughout heaven and earth.  Through the kingdom that is, mankind may experience a foretaste of the kingdom that will be.  Presently, men in the earth may belong to a kingdom of darkness where they must serve as slaves to sin.  Also, the kingdom of light established by GOD may come under attack and defilement through the operations of sin.  Following the completion of final judgment, the coming kingdom of GOD will appear as a material and physical realm upon the earth.  Then the kingdom will be populated only by those belonging to GOD whose names were written in the Book of Life.  The New Jerusalem, the Holy City, will have come down from heaven onto the earth.  The Garden of Eden will once again have place in the earth as its sphere of life.  In the perfection of divine intent and eternal purpose, all who exist will have been transformed:  There will no longer be mortals and mortality, and the living all will be incorruptible.  The separation of heaven and earth will no longer be in effect; and both GOD and Christ will dwell with men upon the earth.  See again Isaiah 64:  4, Matthew 5:  2-4 and 9-11, Matthew 7:  15-23, Luke 12:  27-32, Luke 17:  20-21, John 3:  3-6, 1st Corinthians 2:  9-10 and 6:  9-11, Romans 14:  17 and Revelation 21;  1-5, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.  For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.  And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer:  or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.  And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.  For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:  But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:  Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver:  in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;  (2nd Corinthians 1:  3-10, KJV)

“Ewan”, here are a few points on Christian belief you may find helpful:

(1.)  Prophets sent as messengers and spokespersons from GOD share three aspects of divine utterance:  comfort, edification (building up) and exhortation (urging to action).  Comfort may be provided at times of bereavement and loss, during times of persecution and tribulation as well as during phases of judgment (e.g., correction, hardship, punishment, rebuke).  In addition to joy, sacred knowledge, longsuffering, patience, prophecy communicates divine love and hope (specific expectations).

(2.)  The message we call the Gospel is intended to comfort all mankind as it speaks to the end of death and sin.  Death (sometimes called sleep, because the dead may be awakened by GOD) is the completion of mortality, the condition of finite duration that describes human existence.  Resurrection is the rejoining of life and spirit to body so that the dead may appear before GOD in judgment.  Angels are not mortal, yet, are not immortal; and their duration is determined at the discretion of GOD.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and all Creation that relies upon sacred law.  Divine judgment is provided by divinity to resolve all conflicts and settle all disputes among created beings and living creatures by the applications of righteousness conveyed through divine law.

(3.)  For Christian believers divine utterances (we say, the word of GOD) has power and is always truth, for the integrity of GOD is unquestionable.  GOD is not a man that he should lie.  The Almighty can not be intimidated, manipulated, or threatened.  As a record of sacred events and operations of GOD upon the earth, the holy writings encourage believers that every detail of the proclamations, promises, and prophesies from GOD will be carried out and fulfilled.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.  14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.  15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:  and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.  1st Thessalonians 4:  13-18, KJV.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran.  And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.  And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven:  and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.  And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac:  the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;  And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south:  and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.  And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.  And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not.  And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.  And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.  (Genesis 28:  10-18, KJV)

“Grey Tower”, here are a few points to consider that have been important to many Christian believers:

(1.)  The familiar idea and language of “kingdom” is used to simply describe eternal operations of divinity that have place as existence, and the active will of GOD.  By ascribing awareness and will to GOD, we are able to speak of the Almighty as having such features as intellect, person, and purpose.  Such functions and roles may then appear as Creator, Father, Judge, Maker, Ruler, and Sovereign.

(2.)  GOD is a spirit who has put forth created beings and living creatures, the spheres of life (e.g., earth, heaven, the universe), the conditions for their growth, interaction and survival as well as the conditions for their termination.  The expressed will of GOD appears as sacred law that establishes the divine order that governs and maintains the universe.

(3.)  Political order is a tool established among mankind (we say, by the world) expressing a mix of carnal, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual concepts.  Divine hierarchy (we also say, courses, degrees, rank) is different from political order, because it pertains to ones sacred content and eternal purpose (i.e., how you have been fashioned, why you exist).  Ones place in hierarchy tends to be a fixed condition that can not be changed through self-promotion.  Hierarchy is a tool used by GOD both in heaven, and upon the earth.

(4.)  For mankind aspects of divine government center in admonitions and warnings, sacred law, divine counsel and guidance, property management (we say, ownership), and judgment (i.e., resolution of conflicts and the settlement of disputes through law).  In addition to contracts for adoption, marriage and covenant relationship, there also are regulation of dynasty and inheritance as well as development of consensus and unity.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Using the finite human frameworks of time and space, we may say, a kingdom of GOD now exists, and there is a better, greater kingdom on its way.  However, correctly understood, the kingdom is an eternal, yet, organic and unchanging spiritual condition.  The perfected kingdom will be like a living entity that breathes, and increases or diminishes perpetually.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

A few points are shared on America as “one nation under GOD,” today, July 4, 2014.  Without fully realizing it, many Americans are celebrating an error:  They believer America is a unification of Church and State within a system of democratic governance.  However, by its principles insisting upon separation of secular and divine power, America has been a peculiar champion for the purity of genuine Christian belief.  Once again, citizens throughout the Nation are re-affirming the principles for life that have been developed through centuries of worship as well as human political struggle.  However, most correctly understood, America is a human accomplishment that serves GOD as a setting for the jewel of otherwise invisible divinity.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.  Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.  For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?  And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?  Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life:  but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons;  (Deuteronomy 4:  5-9, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  God Bless America? (09/12/2013); Law, Slavery and Redemption (09/13/2013); Numberless (08/28/2013); The Return in Glory? (07/04/2013); GOD Hiding in Plain Sight (03/26/2013); A Godly Take on Guns  (01/18/2013); It Is Finished (01/19/2013); Hellfire and Brimstone Preaching? (1.)  The Earth Created by GOD, the World by Mankind.  The earth is a material creation of divinity that serves as a sphere of existence for mankind, and for a broad array of other created beings and living creatures.  The earth is also used to make known and visible the active presence of divinity (we say, the revelation of GOD).  The World is a major belief system that also determines meaning and value for behavior, conduct, ideas, and self-expression both in competition with and in opposition to Christian belief.  Thus the World promotes its own standards for what is godly/ungodly, good/bad, true/false, logical/illogical, real/imaginary, right/wrong, scientific/unscientific, wise and foolish.  Aspects of the World system appear as culture, currency, customs, government, history, social organizations, language, broadcast media, science, and tradition.

(2.)  Sovereignty and Jurisdiction.  A State is a self-perpetuating feature within the World system, and a man-made device to continue and promote material and social aspects of human existence such as common goals and interests; discovery, distribution, increase or storage of limited resources (including tools and weapons); gathering and producing food; ownership of property; safety and security as well as prosperity and survival for humankind.  In such matters as commerce, trade, treaties, and the making of war, the State must have the cooperation and submission of its population that registers as uninterrupted access to information, full authority over shared property, and unobstructed transit through all its sovereign territory.  The State may establish and maintain order, resolve disagreements, and settle a broad range of conflicts including regulation of public agencies, violations of contracts, and cases that enter the public forum as disputes over child custody and the dissolution of marriage (i.e., divorce).

(3.)  Religious Liberty.  It is a significant human accomplishment when a State acknowledges its limitations with regard to matters of conscience, and provides legislation to protect the right for all its citizens to determine for themselves the forms for their acknowledgment, reverence to, and worship of divinity.  Additionally, any obstacles to lawful behavior expressing and pursuing religious liberty will be banned as well as every official action that may support intolerance, oppression and persecution of religious believers.  Freedom to participate as full members of the State can be granted, along with access and opportunity within the Commonwealth.  However, the State can not cleanse, purify and set apart believers for divine service (we say, sanctify); eliminate and remove sin, or equip believers to resist corruption with all its consequences; exempt or protect any from divine judgment; guarantee forgiveness, or restoration of divine relationship and trust; establish and maintain eternal life.

(4.)  America is Not the Kingdom of GOD.  All the nations of the earth are challenged to demonstrate and embody the principles that comprise the kingdom of GOD.  However, the kingdom of GOD is not a geographical region or territory within the measurable frameworks of space and time.  The divine kingdom is the totality of created beings and living creatures (thus, men, angels, and the sacred beasts of heaven) who respectfully acknowledge the sovereign rule of GOD over their own existence and over all that is.  The kingdom is not a nation, product of political consciousness, or State.  The kingdom is a peculiar pattern in awareness and self-will that allows the living to operate having shared relationship with divinity, and a unified spiritual condition.  America, other nations, and the World, are not the kingdom of GOD; yet, by close contact and continual interaction with those having part within the kingdom, America and all others may have benefit (we say, blessing) from GOD.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  For example, (5.)   Christian Belief is Only By Divine Spirit.  While America has been built up through some of the highest and noblest expressions of humanity such as courage, duty, industry, patriotism, and unselfishness; Christianity is only built up from aspects of the makeup of Almighty GOD such as faith, holiness, joy, love, longsuffering, truthfulness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  The illusion of sameness for the Church and the State results from their use of the same language and words communicating to their participants, however, the intent and meaning conveyed is often totally different.  Christian believers appear as material beings and products made up from flesh (we say, incarnate) through operations that result by the active presence of GOD in his form as an imparted Spirit.  Because Christianity and the Church exist to accomplish the revelation of divinity, and resistance to a nonmaterial, non-spirit influence (we say, sin) their origins, operations, process and purposes must be known through discernment, and ones own endowment of divine substance.  Finite human tools such as emotion, intellect, logic, mathematics, reason, and science can no more generate the imparted Spirit than they can eliminate and remove sin.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
