Today, reply is made showing that the divine process responding to the sin of Adam is one of correction, rather than punishment.  It is not so much that sinful attitudes and behavior, or lewd and outrageous conduct can appear again and again.  The disobedience of the first pair (the male and female) upset divine order throughout both earth and heaven.  Sin exists as an aspect of life process for mankind, and thereby, sin breaks off and ends eternal life.  That is why, rejecting and resisting sin is more than simply “breaking a bad habit.”  Sinners must come to understand that (1) sin is an unseen, yet, continuous process (a streaming of events in sequence and over time that defile holiness and oppose divine will), (2) sin is no “one-time” event, and (3) sin results in multiple changes and shifts not acceptable to GOD that will appear as unintended consequences within the makeup of the living, and within their spheres of life.  While sin is no spirit substance, and has not been created or put forth by divinity, sin may dominate awareness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures.  Therefore, the elimination of sin requires the use of revelation, warnings, death, applying sacred law, final judgment, mercy, the Incarnation of Deity, Jesus dying on the cross, the imparting of divine spirit content from the makeup of the Creator, resurrection from the dead as well as the second death (annihilation).  The process of sin must be answered by divine Spirit process, the streaming of sacred truth and substance from GOD.  One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Punishing other people for Adam and Eve’s “sin” is an a*sh*le move? How isn’t it?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  I am the living bread which came down from heaven:  if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever:  and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.  The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?  Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.  Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.  For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.  He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.  As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father:  so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.  This is that bread which came down from heaven:  not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead:  he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.  (John 6:  51-58, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, even where a person can not elevate the level of their focus and comprehension above the “a*sh*le”, other body parts, and operations of flesh to correctly consider the character, makeup and substance of divinity, seeking to have answer as a serious thinker, they will have to consider and contemplate the ongoing and repeated disruption of divine order caused by sin, and its impact on the universe.  With this in view, we say, sin is not a “one-time event;” sin is a continuous process, with unintended consequences and effects that include death; the reduction of divine spirit content within the living; the second death; and the end of accord, focus, peace, and stability among those in relationships of oneness without sameness.

The response to operations of sin by created beings and living creatures should acknowledge that sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and the platforms for continuity, duration, and life.  Sin is contrary to the character and makeup within the living, yet, may dominate their awareness and self-will appearing to be harmless, natural, and normal.  Sin promotes chaos, disorder, flux, and return to the conditions that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth.  Many have experienced that GOD will forgive sin, yet, the Creator does not eliminate or suspend all the consequences of sin.  This said, sinners are to make responses to sin that have been commended and counseled through sacred covenant, godly doctrine, divine law, prophecy, and the outcomes of ones own choices and decisions.

The process of GOD to relieve mankind from the consequences of sin is one of correction by rebirth and the imparting of divine spirit substance from the makeup of GOD more than one of punishment.  Every man is to develop and display their own integrity of being through relationship with divinity.  The children are not punished for the sins of the parents, yet, are to live, and will be challenged throughout their own lifetime, by the conditions created by their parents.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.)  Exodus 34:  5-8, King James Version (KJV):  5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD.  6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,  7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.  8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

(2.)  Romans 5:  17-21, KJV:  17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)  18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.  19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.  20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:  21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

(3.)  Ezekiel 18:  20-24, KJV:  20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son:  the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.  21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.  22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him:  in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.  23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GODand not that he should return from his ways, and live?  24 But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned:  in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

Of course, there is far more that could be said.  (For example, (4.)  Ezekiel 18:  32, KJV:  32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD:  wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is on incest and the divine process for populating the earth.  While mankind and other living creatures are evaluated using immutable patterns and regularities we may call divine order, natural law, and sacred law, existence for the three persons of divine fullness does not require measurement against fixed standards.  Where the focus for communication, exchange and interaction (we say, relationship) is to be in continual contact as companions to immortal, incorruptible divinity, reproduction may be understood as a mechanical process, rather than one of commitment, exclusive devotion, and obedience to the sovereign will of a Creator.  Adam (the first pair), and their offspring that included Noah and those from the ark, did not come under divine condemnation for having to use sexual reproduction among themselves to populate the earth.  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! How do Bible “literal-ist’s” (creationists) reconcile with the rampant incest required between Adam, Eve, and their children?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:  and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.  (Genesis 1:  27-28, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, I can’t speak for what you call “Bible literal-ists”, however, as a mature Christian believer I can share some points that do not always come into view among atheists, disbelievers, scoffers, and those wanting to be called “scientists”.  In order to correctly examine and benefit from the things that describe divinity, a person should employ a system of connected attitudes, beliefs, focus, sacred knowledge and divine spirit content such as Christianity.  In the same way, the operations of GOD to establish heaven and earth were not carried out on the basis of existing natural laws, in the Creation divinity did not respond to the episodic and temporal emotions, feelings and thoughts of finite beings, or to what might result as their social conventions, customs, and traditions.  Mankind was conceived and emanated as a living creature who would continue in the image and process of GOD.  Law was organic, and existed within consciousness and self-will as aspects of the makeup of living creatures, and was not provided as a mechanism to restore lost spirit substance or replace the active presence of Deity.  Going further, the demands for divine judgment centered in determining duration, meaning, quality and value.  There was no need to resolve conflicts and settle disputes among the living by applying sanctions and standards from a comprehensive legal structure for law.

The definitions, quality of life, and values among mankind that have developed within the frameworks of time, space, and material existence have appeared on the basis of finite secular knowledge and human data management.  By contrast, the Bible documents and records commandments, covenants, and instruction from GOD for maintaining priesthood, sacred practices (we say, sacraments), divine promises, and prophecy.  Such features as childrearing, family, lifestyles, and marriage come into view as instruments and tools for revelation.  Few people would argue that Adam and Eve were poor parents because they did not send their children to good public and parochial schools, and did not save and properly manage the money in their children’s’ college fund.  Such elements were nonexistent and irrelevant.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, focus is on divine operations, time, and sacred events.  Ministry by GOD to the living sees the provision of food, shelter, emotional support as well as the imparting of existence, sacred knowledge, and diverse spiritual gifts.  The operations of GOD that men are to consider as aspects of salvation are intended to occur as continuous and ongoing, rather than, “one-time” events.  The intent and “what” of divine operations are being clarified and made visible to both sinners and believers, however, there is rarely a proclaiming of “when” in accordance with dates, and devices to make projections for events or track the passage of time.  It is lawful for Deity to make use of creation, suddenness , and “no further warnings” (i.e., surprise).  Also, sacred process does not appear and unfold only on the basis of direct divine intervention, chronological order, the preeminence of GOD, and the sovereign will of Deity.  Things also happen that are not from the “mind of GOD” (e.g., covetousness, depression, iniquity, and sin).  There are exchanges, interactions, and movement among the many aspects and elements of existence that also influence and determine what will become discernible, observable, and visible.  Many occurrences that the living do apprehend and witness are the ordinary and usual responses that appear for the outworking of natural cycles, serial events, and mechanical processes, rather than for divine commandments, covenant relationships, or spiritual maturity within believers.  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! If Jesus was the Son of Man how come he does not know the time of his own return?

Update: Matthew 24:36 But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man (Matthew 24:36-39).

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.  Because I knew that thou art obstinate, and thy neck is an iron sinew, and thy brow brass;  I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee:  lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.  Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.  They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them.  Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened:  for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.  For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off.  Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.  For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it:  for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.  (Isaiah 48:  3-11, King James Version, KJV)

“Anonymous”, when speaking of divinity, often it is not correct to apply the frameworks of time and space that have been provided to finite created beings and living creatures.  Time exists as an artifact of changing events, and the movement of objects in relation.  Time is descriptive, rather than generative (it speaks about things, yet of itself does not determine, or put forth things).  In accord with Christian belief, GOD is a spirit, therefore, the character, makeup, nature and process of divinity center in active presence, existence, permanence, and sovereign will that can not be completely and precisely measured or delineated with such frameworks as dimension, size, time and space.  The individual spirit substances that exist as the inseparable makeup of GOD include faith, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, persons, purity, purpose, righteousness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

Using language from Chemistry, Physics and Natural Science, the “properties” of GOD would have to be described in terms of density, atomic weight, and as being like those for elements and material we call gases—substances that are neither a solid nor a liquid at ordinary temperatures and have the ability to expand infinitely (after Encarta ® World English Dictionary © & (P) 1998-2005 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.)  However, GOD is much more than cloud, fog, mist and smoke that all consist of physical material and particles.  Divine spirit is made up only of spirit matter, and appears as immortal, incorruptible, invisible and unchanging.  The Holy Spirit (also called the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth) is alive, dynamic, organic, and sentient, yet, continues as boundless, diffuse, and unlimited.

Mature Christian believers will encourage those coming to Christ as recently “born again” to consider (and accept) that revelation of GOD is through sacred knowledge rather than secular knowledge.  Rebirth through water baptism must continue as gradual growth and learning.  Such finite tools as emotions, intellect, logic, and science are not enough to recognize, resist, and totally eliminate sin.  There must be operations by GOD that establish atonement, death, divine law, and a fresh deposit of life essence (we say, breath, spirit, word) from the makeup of Deity.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, divine events are not scheduled using human tools of calendars, dates, clocks, and prediction.  Prophecy as a tool of GOD is not about announcing future events so much as to stimulate assurance by repetition, anticipation, commitment, and hope (expectation).  Events emerge on the basis of configurations and shifts among conditions and patterns on multiple levels within the full universe.  Eternal purposes and sacred patterns in divine will that pertain to such works as Creation, judgment, salvation and eternal life are being proclaimed, yet remain only partially revealed as an earnest or down-payment.  Thus, prophecy is not intended to “tell all,” and is used to comfort, edify (build up, nurture), and exhort (urge action) among the collective of believers (the church) who are a physical appearance of Jesus Christ.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared on the differences between natural and spiritual law.  Even those in Scripture who were anointed and used by divinity as apostles, judges, prophets and sacred spokespersons rarely attained the level of perfection required to implement the fullness of divine law.  While wrath against sin definitely has been revealed as a response of GOD to disobedience and rebellion within created beings and living creatures, multiple aspects of law from GOD also are in place that continue as expressions of divine love, and restraints upon impulses for annihilation, exaggerated condemnation, and indiscriminate destruction.  In addition to balance and continuity for ongoing process, sacred law contributes forbearance, forgiveness, grace, mercy, opportunities for change, the option of correction, eternal purpose, and righteousness.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Why is it very hard for atheists and secularists to understand that gay marriage is wrong and against the natural law?

God hates sin. Period. Homosexuality is a filth and sin just like pedophilia and serial muerders. Those who are suffering from the psychiatric abnormality of homosexuality should be treated in hospitals to support and bring them up to God’s standard of heterosexuality and join the mainstream society. If they are not willing to get treated in hospitals, the obnoxious obscenities that they are spreading must be wiped away from the face of the Earth to stop the filth from infesting the rest of America and other countries.

The bible says God can crush the heads of Satan. If so Why is He not just destroying the entire LGBT communities of America yet ???

Oh God, please may another Sodom and Gomorrah happen soon!!

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Do not err, my beloved brethren.  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.  Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.  Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:  For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.  Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.  But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.  For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:  For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.  But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.  (James 1:  16-25, King James Version, KJV)

“Kodiak”, for most mature Christian believers, the character, nature, process and substance of “natural” law that governs carnal, material, and social elements are not the same as those for “spiritual” law that governs exchange and interaction among the inseparable aspects of divinity.  The law for spirit content (e.g., faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, meekness, wisdom, wrath against sin) and spirit process (e.g., atonement, forgiveness, judgment, miracles, redemption, repentance, sanctification) are distinct from that for appetite, sensation, and emotion/mental functions (we say, the flesh).  Also, where law has not been codified, written down using standard expressions, and published using preset definitions and a fixed vocabulary, the law becomes diffuse, and a source of confusion and error that invites unregulated applications and conflicting interpretations.  While sacred law does give expression to the heart, mind, and will of GOD that is visible as “divine order” and as Creation, the law is not the most accurate and complete presentation of divinity.  Thus, the active presence of GOD has also been revealed through Incarnation (appearance in human form as Jesus Christ), Shekhinah glory, and the imparted, indwelling Spirit (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth).  In general, those under various forms of law routinely operate on the basis of  “impressions”, instinct, and intuition in place of formal knowledge or comprehensive training.  Correctly applying the law requires ability to discern and respond to multiple subtleties (i.e., barely visible differences; hidden and unexpected shifts in meaning and value).  As a result, the precious blessing (free gift) of law from GOD may be seen as a “curse” that repeatedly entangles and overwhelms created beings, and living creatures.  Consider how some of this appears stated in the language of the Bible:

(1.)  Proverbs 14:  11-12, King James Version (KJV):  11 The house of the wicked shall be overthrown:  but the tabernacle of the upright shall flourish.  12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

(2.)  Isaiah 24, 1-6, KJV:  1 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.  2 And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him.  3 The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled:  for the LORD hath spoken this word.  4 The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.  5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.  6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate:  therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

(3.)  Malachi 3:  13-18, KJV:  13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?  14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God:  and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts?  15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered.  16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another:  and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.  17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.  18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

There is far more that could be said, must be carefully examined, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (4.)  1st Corinthians 2:  12-14, KJV:  12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.  13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.  14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God:  for they are foolishness unto him:  neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared on acquiring divine consciousness and oneness without also achieving sameness.  In the same way concern for divine standards and obedience to sacred law are not generally found among babies, those who are feeble-minded and those who are immature, accountability and spiritual consciousness usually appears only among those who are committed, forward-looking and responsible.  Over the course of thousands of years, using thousands of events within thousands of lives, divinity has used multiple devices to establish bodies and communities of faith that share a single consciousness, expectation, purpose, and sacred value.  Included have been covenant, family, fellowship, incarnation, inheritance, law, nation, and the Son of GOD dying upon the cross.  Even so, while there are certain truths all should contain to operate as mature beings created by GOD, the highest levels of our shared unity will only appear as competition, covetousness, individuality, self, and separation for integrity of being finally are deposed.  The Christian believer is not “born again” as a “finished product,” and is to be taken more as an infant needing gentle encouragement, nourishment, and protection.  Believers are granted an earnest or “good faith deposit” of the full eternal inheritance that has been prepared for them from GOD.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Antrium Aglet” (Level 1 with 1 point, a member since February 25, 2011) posted the following:

If we are all one- all part of God- one consciousness, then why dosent everyone become aware of this when one person does?

I know we are all one and that we are all made in the image of God. The thing that confuses me about this is that I heard once you realise this, Yiu have to serve and help other people realise this. This kind if makes sense to me, however, I’m also confused about why you need to help others “awaken”. If we are all one consciousness then how come others don’t realise this when you do? It seems like believing that you have to help the rest of the universe awakens seems almost limiting, like there should be a shortcut in terms of God being completely aware of it’s self as it’s wholly existence.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:   Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.  Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.  Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed:  and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.  Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.  And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.  And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.  But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.  For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;  To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;  To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:  But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.  For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body:  so also is Christ.  For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.  For the body is not one member, but many.  (1st Corinthians 12:  1-14, King James Version (KJV)

“Antrium Aglet”, as surely as the operations of sin are by dominating awareness and self-will, many—even mature Christian believers who account themselves recipients of the imparted Spirit from GOD—often fail to make the distinction that the living are in an ongoing divine process of permanent change and spiritual transformation.  Through unseen operations of GOD, the living may increasingly express the character, nature and substance of divinity whose mind and will do not come under sin.  Inseparable aspects of the divine makeup must be in place including faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, wisdom and wrath against sin.  Thus, it is not so much that we now possess complete godly consciousness as that we are engaged in the possibilities for a new creation that are unfolding as comprehensive change through gradual development and growth.  To express this simply, Christians talk in terms of becoming “born again” and “rebirth”.  However, becoming reconfigured and remodeled in accordance with the makeup of GOD also requires speaking in terms of “growing up again,” becoming mature (balanced, complete, consistent, stable), and being made perfected (immortal, incorruptible, pure, sanctified, undefiled).  Oneness and the same consciousness can exist within finite living creatures, who all endure by passing through fixed levels and stages of life (babies, tots, teens, young adults, the aged), yet, there may be no equality or sameness in their capacity for independent action, decision-making, and response.  While a single message and process for sacred communication, exchange and interaction may be in place, the living remain diverse and varied in their ability, commitment, knowledge, and skill.  Consider again how these ideas are stated using language from the Bible:

(1.)  1st Peter 2: 1-2, King James Version (KJV):  1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings,  2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

(2.)  Ephesians 4:  21-25, KJV:  21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:  22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;  23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;  24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.  25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour:  for we are members one of another.

(3.)  Ephesians 2:  18-22, KJV:  18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;  20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;  21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:  22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

There is far more that should be said, carefully examined, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (4.)  2nd Peter 1:  2-8, KJV:  2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,  3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:  that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.  5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;  6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;  7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.  8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Points are shared, today, on the freedom and latitude for  forgiveness and ministry granted those who serve the Lord.  Believers are to be incarnations and vessels of the divine will.  Godly purposes of eternal life, reconciliation and salvation come into view, however, only by sacred operations of the Holy Spirit.  For the Christian believer, the kingdom of GOD is not the land of “do as you please” or “do whatcha like.”  Certainly those who are consecrated and ordained to serve in priesthood following years of sacred practice, preparation, and study, must adhere to strict standards that amount to “law”.   Minors, teens, young adults, and new and developing believers within the church—who often are not lacking in zeal—nonetheless are routinely unaware, and lack the spirit endowments to serve in the same way as experienced clergy and elders.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Bruce” (Level 7 with 103,983 points, a member since August 13, 2007) posted the following:

Why did Jesus tell his disciples, “Whose sins you withhold will not be forgiven”? Why would they refuse to forgive sin?

John 20: 21-23 NIV: Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.”

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  6 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever[c] you want. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 The acts of the flesh are obvious:  sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.  (Galatians 5:  16-26, NIV)

“Bruce”, in the same way believers may not correct, heal or satisfy every financial need of others, believers may not effectively forgive anything and everything committed as offenses and sins against GOD.  More than this, believers can not provide the atonement that must appear with forgiveness.  The authority, duty, power and privilege granted to the disciples and followers of Jesus Christ are disciplined, orderly, structured, systematic, and well-defined.  Only as a believer appears through the operations of divinity, may he or she accomplish sacred works.  Those serving as ambassadors, apostles, lay persons, representatives, prophets and spokespersons are not independent actors, or agents who create their own script for sacred exchange and ministry.  Every believer begins with errors, gaps in their information, and various points of spiritual weakness and confusion.  All who are “born again” through water baptism (i.e., death and burial of ones inborn spirit, rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak) must “grow up again” while meeting life challenges upon the earth.  Believers are to become “ripe” (we say, mature, perfected) for harvest at the appearing of the Lord (we say, Advent, the Rapture, the Second Coming).  They must acquire sacred, rather than secular knowledge through communion and fellowship with others within the body of believers, and continually practice the things of new life in Christ.  As they become mature, believers are increasingly filled and immersed with the Holy Spirit who gives utterance as the imparted presence of Jesus.  Therein the actions, thoughts, and words of the believer are not his own; they are the word from GOD.  Consider again how these ideas are stated using language from the Holy Bible New International Version® NIV Copyright ©1973, 1978, 1984, 2011 by Biblica, Inc.®:

(1.)   Jeremiah 5:  7-9, NIV:
7 “Why should I forgive you?
Your children have forsaken me
and sworn by gods that are not gods.
I supplied all their needs,
yet they committed adultery
and thronged to the houses of prostitutes.
8 They are well-fed, lusty stallions,
each neighing for another man’s wife.
9 Should I not punish them for this?”
declares the Lord.
“Should I not avenge myself
on such a nation as this?

(2.)   Luke 10:  16-20, NIV:
16 “Whoever listens to you listens to me; whoever rejects you rejects me; but whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.”  17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.”  18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

There is far more that should be said, carefully examined, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (3.)  Hebrews 13:  16-18, NIV:
16 And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, points are shared to show that the processes to proclaim and preserve truth regarding Jesus Christ must be carried out by divinity.  Correctly understood, Christ is experienced and known only as the Lord continuously abides within his living believers and followers in the form of spirit content from the makeup of GOD.  Multiple sacred operations that are carried out by Deity must come into awareness such as atonement, forbearance, forgiveness, Incarnation, priesthood, sacrifice, resurrection, Transfiguration, and ascension.  Because they typically focus on things that are carnal, material and social, even a detailed biography and other forms of documentation and formal writing from ancient times would not convey prophecy and spirit content as do the holy writings.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “fumblesmcst00l” (Level 2 with 453 points, a member since January 05, 2011) posted the following:

Why didn’t anyone bother recording the life of Jesus while he was actually alive? Why did it take some 80 years to write about ‘god’s son’?

Update:  Point being, a super-human god walking around performing magic and a whole fan-club in tow seems like something to scribble into the diary. I’d expect thousands of different perspectives to turn up from all over the world. There just isn’t.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:  Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man:  but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.  (2nd Peter 1:  19-21, KJV)

fumblesmcst00l”, most correctly understood, the communication of divine truth and sacred knowledge is not accomplished using finite human tools such as intellect, logic, philosophy, science, and technology.  Revelation (i.e., divinity being made knowable and known to created beings and living creatures) must be accomplished through the “active presence” of Deity.  Thus, the visceral event of Jesus dying upon the cross is required along with exchanges and interactions among imparted spirit matter (we also say, breath, life essence, word) from the makeup of GOD.  Included must be inseparable aspects of divinity such as faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, law (the expressed will of GOD), wisdom, and wrath against sin.

Sacred truth is preserved as living routines and sacraments maintained by communities chosen to serve in witness (we say, congregations of the anointed, the elect).  This agrees with evidences derived from academic and secular studies showing only devotees within an exclusive priestly class are initiated into the “mysteries” or seen endowed with “holy writings” in cultures relying upon oral history, and where literacy was not widespread.  The publishing of public information regarding Jesus as Son of GOD was strictly controlled by the Romans and Jews through oppression and persecution that included excommunication from the synagogues and the Temple, imprisonment, torture, and death.  With this in view, even private communications such as epistles and letters, had to be encoded, guarded, and made so personal they would be useless to disbelievers.

There is far more that should be said, understood, and spiritually taken in.  (For example, mature Christian believers trust that, through operations of the Holy Spirit, blood, correction, and truth from the cross are flowing to here and now.  Even so, preaching the cross is not clearly heard in cultures that breed consumerism, deceit, fantasy, idolatry, ignorance, materialism, politics, pride, pseudo-intellectualism, and skepticism.  Many who will hear and read this statement will dismiss it because they lack discernment that comes only by spiritual practice and application.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Discussion of the need for sin to be personal is continued, today.  In an earlier blog (04/29/2016), my first thoughts were to say that sin must be personal, just as pleasure is personal, private, and an expression of ones own unique character, makeup, and substance.  However, reflecting upon what I posted, I realized again that sin must be known by discernment (i.e., operations of divine essence), not just by likes and dislikes, temporal phenomena, and the ever changing aspects of the flesh.  The revelation of GOD heightens and instills ones consciousness and sense of need for relationship with Deity.  To know sin only in “earthly” terms is not to know sin at all.  A person must be permanently changed, acquire an appetite for the things that nourish eternal life, and continually apply the peculiar gifts provided by Christ that include divine law, eternal purpose, and sacred practice.  So to speak, You don’t miss the water, until the well has run dry; and you have not truly craved it, until you’re dying from thirst.  There must be an overwhelming, unmet need for godly love, peace, and reconciliation.  Those who respond to Jesus Christ dying upon the cross become touched by both the blood and the water that gushed from his side.  Their thirst for righteousness that will permit them to appear before the Father in genuine repentance begins to be answered as they accept and acknowledge—even without their actually having committed such specific sins as adultery, blasphemy, murder, perjury, rape, slander, or torture—that the inescapable guilt, imperfection, infirmity, and shame from sin is their own.  Sinners have no basis or merit whereby their error and sin is justified; and their condition only may corrected and healed through the operations of GOD.  Sinners must know and feel with power that, unless they take deliberate action to respond to the Savior, their lives will totally slip away from dryness while standing on the shores of an ocean.  Readers are asked to consider the presentation below:

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:  And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,  And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom:  the rich man also died, and was buried;  And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.  And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.  But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things:  but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.  And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed:  so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.  Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:  For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.  Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.  And he said, Nay, father Abraham:  but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.  And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.  (Luke 16:  19-31, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Filled With The Cross? (04/17/2016); Sin Also Made Incarnate? (04/25/2016); Accountability and Challenge, Not Blame (09/03/2015); ); My Soul Shall Be Satisfied (10/08/2014); Responsible for Sin? (05/30/2014); Choosing a Church? (05/31/2014)

THE BATTLE AXE:  Sin Must Be Personal (04/29/2016)—Where we think of zeal, we often think only of the energy and excitement believers display through their commitment, devotion, investment of themselves, and completeness of surrender to divinity.  However, zeal also should be understood as the level of pursuit that every sinner must bring to their opportunities as followers of Christ.  Saying this another way, “how much do they want it?”  The sinner must hunger for godly change, redemption, release, and salvation.  It is better to avoid saying “appetite”, “desire”, or “passion” because, those terms suggest that some process tied to having fixed form and bodies of flesh (e.g., circulation, cogitation, digestion, metabolism, pain, suffering) is the source of the necessary response that must be made by every created being and living creature to the revelation of Deity.  Rather than ones mind, bodily organs and tissues, ones endowment of spirit content imparted from GOD impels motion toward divinity, and response to the call of GOD.  The fundamental attraction as “a part” returning to “the whole it is missing from” must be in place as an imperative of continued existence.  With all their mind, heart, and being the beloved will embrace all the gifts, hopes, longings, promises, and visions provided from the GODhead.  Consider again how this is stated using language from the Bible where “water” is repeatedly spirit substance from GOD:

(1.)  Hebrews 10:  28-30, King James Version (KJV):  28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:  29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?  30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.

(2.)  John 4:  14, KJV:  14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

(3.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

(4.)  Ezekiel 37:  1-6, KJV:  1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,  2 And caused me to pass by them round about:  and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.  3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.  4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.  5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:  6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

(5.)  Ezekiel 37:  11-14, KJV:  11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel:  behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost:  we are cut off for our parts.  12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.  13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,  14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land:  then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.

(6.)  Psalms 63:  1-5, KJV:  1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee:  my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;  2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.  3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.  4 Thus will I bless thee while I live:  I will lift up my hands in thy name.  5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

(7.)  Revelation 21:  1-5, KJV:  1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:  for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:  for the former things are passed away.

There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually taken in.  (For example, (8.)  Revelation 22:  1-6, KJV:  1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.  2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month:  and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.  3 And there shall be no more curse:  but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:  4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.  5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light:  and they shall reign for ever and ever.  6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true:  and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Points are shared on evolution, salvation, and believers as products of the cross.  The attitudes, behavior and thoughts within mankind that result from the operations of sin are not justified by the blood of the cross.  Only rebirth, permanent change, sanctification, and walking in the Spirit are atoned for and justified.  Thereby the disciples and followers of Christ are made to exist as “a new creation.”  The fighter at “Yahoo! R&S007”, through operations of the Holy Spirit, blood, correction, and truth from the cross are flowing to here and now, because sin can not be eliminated, removed or even resisted relying upon finite human tools of intellect, logic, mathematics, philosophy, science, and technology.  Mature Christian believers count themselves to be products of the cross (i.e., a spiritual process entailing, atonement, life, death, rebirth, judgment, forgiveness, mercy, resurrection, and eternity), rather than outcomes of “evolution”, a set of human ideas to describe the mechanical and natural processes recognizable as the order established by divinity through Creation.  By Jesus Christ appearing as divinity incarnate (we say, in flesh and bone), specific tools are provided for the transformation of created beings and living creatures to serve Deity as immortal, incorruptible life companions.  In addition to sacred knowledge, there must be sanctification, sacred practice, and the in-filling of believers with inseparable aspects of the spirit content that are the makeup of divinity (e.g., faith, holiness, joy, love, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin).  Consider again how these ideas are shared using language from the Bible:

(1.)  John 3:  6-7, King James Version (KJV):  6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

(2.)  John 4:  23-24, KJV:  23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth:  for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  24 God is a Spirit:  and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

(3.)  Romans 8:  28-31, KJV:  28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called:  and whom he called, them he also justified:  and whom he justified, them he also glorified.  31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually taken in.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Today, focus is upon relationships among critical thinking, freedom, self-will, and who believers are through the cross.  Correctly understood, all Christians are entered into a spiritual process, not one that is academic.  Christian belief requires continual alertness and vigilance of mind and spirit, for all believers must acquire sacred knowledge, and maintain sacred practices that are to fulfill divine promises, prophecies, and eternal purposes.  Such aspects of human experience as error through habits, ignorance, fantasy, foolishness, and sentiment are unfruitful, useless, and vain (i.e., lacking spirit content and power from the makeup of GOD).  Readers are asked to consider the following points from the Scriptures, and the presentation below:

Romans 8:  1-5, King James Version (KJV):  1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.  3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

1st Corinthians 1:  18-24, KJV:  18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.  19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.  20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?  21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.  22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:  23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;  24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

Ephesians 4:  29-32, KJV:  29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.  30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.  31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:  32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

1st Corinthians 1:  25-32, KJV:  25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.  26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:  27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;  28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:  29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.  30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:  31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Does a person with a lack of free will think critically?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:  for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith:  as it is written, The just shall live by faith.  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.  (Romans 1:  16-25, KJV)

“Jerrime”, increasingly, for many mature Christian believers, there are only two forms of “will”, finite will (also called, self-will) as within created beings and living creatures (e.g., angels, animals, mankind, sacred beasts in heaven), and divine will that makes Deity knowable and known as “active” and “present”.   Just as believers in Jesus Christ as Savior and Son of GOD use the same carnal tools for running, speaking, and walking as those who count themselves intellectuals and scientists, the disciples and followers of Christ as Lord use the same forms provided by the flesh for discursive and intellectual thought upon the earth (e.g., analysis, comparison, contrast, deduction, induction, synthesis).  What many call “scientific method” and “critical thinking” are regularly used by Christians; however, for those “born again,” more powerful tools have been supplied that are not grounded in profane or worldly definitions, logic, and process.

Relationship with GOD through Jesus Christ is the goal for every Christian; and just as “critical thinking” important and necessary within the academic arena, classroom or laboratory is less relevant and useful in the relationship with ones “soul mate” or spouse, relationship to the Creator requires commitment that appears as exclusive and restricting more than it demands “critical thinking.”  The believer is to reach a point of understanding where, positioned before Christ on the cross, they clearly see their own faults, needs, and place within a new creation.  Even so, GOD values the “whole” person, body, mind and Spirit on the basis of what we will become.  Those outside of a sound relationship with our Maker experience bitterness, spiritual confusion, envy, exaggerated pride, resentment (as if betrayed or cheated), and a profound sense of loss.  However, correctly understood, even the natural emotional states (e.g., anger, fear, suspicion) are to be suspended; and operations from ones own content of the Holy Spirit are to go forward.  Born again believers are to meet the same life challenges as all others upon the earth being endowed with spirit matter from the makeup of GOD.  Included are inseparable aspects of divine being such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, righteousness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

In life, Christ demonstrated that freedom is not destroyed by commitment, promise, or having fixed goals and eternal purposes.  His followers now are in an ongoing process whereby they experience permanent change (i.e., growth, learning, maturity, transformation) to continue as life companions of divinity, who are immortal and incorruptible (we say, perfected).  As those who are being made “ripe” to be harvested from the earth at his appearing (we say, the Rapture, the Second Coming), the disciples of Christ all trust that, despite time and space, through operations of the Holy Spirit, blood and truth from the cross are flowing to here and now.  Consider how some of this is stated using language from the Bible:

(1.)  Deuteronomy 6:  4-6, King James Version (KJV):  4 Hear, O Israel:  The LORD our God is one LORD:  5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.  6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

(2.)  Deuteronomy 30:  6, KJV:  6 And the LORD thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, that thou mayest live.

(3.)  Micah 6:  7-9, KJV:  7 Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?  8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?  9 The LORD’s voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name:  hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.

There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Luke 10:  25-28, KJV:  25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?  26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?  27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.  28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right:  this do, and thou shalt live.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
