The image is being used to depict the challenges regarding repentance and salvation compared to those regarding homosexual conduct and lifestyles.

Today, a Battleaxe continues the discussion of Adam, Eve, and homosexuality. GOD is impartial, and the same condemnation and provisions for salvation are made on behalf of both heterosexuals and homosexuals. Sinners must change to exist before GOD in spirit, rather than in flesh, for there are many conditions and considerations that change the godliness of otherwise lawful conduct. Ones duty to GOD is to change their affection for others, rather than their affections change their duty to GOD. Belief in social privilege as completely the expression of human process and substance denies the effect and power for human life from fixed mechanical process and natural laws as well as from unchanging aspects of divine truth. Many of the present day demonstrations on behalf of homosexuality are not genuine expressions of divine intent. It is as if a committee of those desiring orange juice at breakfast conducted increasingly disruptive and violent protests demanding that apple trees also produce orange juice. Their marches and placards declare there are clear violations of economic opportunity; practices of bias, discrimination, and prejudice; and a withholding of benefits to various groups in the larger population (e.g., those drinking grape juice, grapefruit juice, and tomato juice at breakfast). Insisting that science and technology actually can meet the challenge, the apple growers offer the o-j-lovers the “emperors new clothes” requiring that the agitators be warned that the new juice product may have the aroma, calorie count, color, and flavor of apple juice. The ministry of Jesus Christ is not man-made, and does not center in human desire, or what may be accomplished through finite self-will (willpower); rather, the origin and focus of the salvation being offered to all are divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. It is written: 1st Corinthians 3: 16-23, King James Version (KJV): 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. 18 Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. 21 Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; 22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; 23 And ye are Christs; and Christ is Gods.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1: 11-13, KJV)

THE BATTLE AXE: Adam, Eve, and Homosexuality (03/27/2020)—(5.) 1st Corinthians 6: 17-20, KJV: 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s. Fornication is the defilement of spirit substance through sexual joining. Because our appetites and emotional commitments as living persons on the earth may corrupt and defile our relationships with divinity, the operations of human self-will can condemn mankind to irreversible separation from the Creator. Desire appears in the living as a focusing of consciousness and self-will in response to appetite, emotion (e.g., anger, fear, guilt, shame, sorrow), material objects, operations of mind (e.g., fantasy, recall, carnal reason, thought), experiences of sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), and operations of sin. Even so, the authority, dominion, and power of consecrated spirit are not to be despised, ignored, overthrown, or suppressed.

(6.) Ezekiel 18: 20-23, KJV: 20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. 21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. 22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. 23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? Just as a community may display a statue in the town square, and does not automatically encourage blasphemy, ungodliness, and the worship of idols, all sexual expression has not been labeled by GOD as “original sin” and the transgression of divine law. Among mankind, the judgment of sexual conduct continues to be liberal and tentative, for there are many points of subtlety (i.e., barely visible differences; sudden shifts in meaning and value). Sexual behavior always occurs on many different levels (emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual) all at the same time. Thus, because of its intent to express love, holding hands and a kiss on the cheek (oral sex) may have enduring power for both partners in a relationship who desire to express continuing innocence and sexual desire. Christian belief, redemption, and salvation acknowledge multiple operations on behalf of mankind that can be carried out only by GOD. Included are atonement, forgiveness, Incarnation, rebirth, redemption, resurrection from the dead, and the second death. Conforming to the standards generated by GOD, who is immortal, incorruptible and invisible, requires that the living receive inseparable aspects from the makeup of divine fullness (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, wrath against sin). While divinity is active presence, and may appear on the earth using human form and flesh, divinity remains spirit, and may indwell the consciousness and self-will of the living.

(7.) Galatians 5: 16-24, KJV: 16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and of the divine order that establishes the universe. In the same way authentic human existence now imposes gender, mortality, and other aspects of human makeup that can not be permanently altered or removed by mankind, the presence and process of life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted from divinity to mankind in Creation does not allow full human control of existence, life, personhood, and purpose. For mankind to exist as a companion of GOD in fruitful relationship also requires that men are to display the image of GOD, and to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ.

(8.) Romans 6: 12-16, KJV: 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. 15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Many mistakenly understand the liberty granted by divinity to mankind through grace to be a suspension of all demands for discipline; for restriction; and for rule through divine law, sacred practice, and the observance of consecrated principle. Sinners who become developing Christian believers may continue to desire approval and endorsement of self-assessment, peer review, and their own strivings to obtain vainglory. Human emotions and feelings of love do not consecrate self-expression and operations by the flesh. The focus of men and women to have lawful relationships in society (same sex marriage) is very different from the process of transformation for eternal life that is being advanced by divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). The issues of being born again and becoming mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his appearing (we also say, the Advent; the Rapture; the Second Coming) pertain to the permanent dominion and ownership of Creation, not merely to the privilege for sexual expression within the celestial precincts or among the living on the earth.

HIDING-BEHIND-A-TREE, hiding

The image depicts the error of Adam and Eve hiding from GOD in the Garden of Eden.

Today, reply is on the first human pair (Adam), gender, and human reproduction. At their creation, Adam was like the angels, neither mortal nor immortal, and had duration as an expression of divine prerogative (only GOD exists as immortal). The practice and process of human sexuality when focused according to divine intent centers on the reproduction of mankind as a material organism created by GOD that displays the properties of both flesh and spirit. Through sexual intercourse, joining, and the fertilization of the female seed, a child having life essence from GOD can be formed who will display characteristics and traits from both their male and female parent. It is written: Genesis 1: 27-28, King James Version (KJV): 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. what do you think about the creation of adam and eve?

at the time we were discussing mortal and venial sin in religion class when my teacher asked for examples of these sins. my classmate, stood up and said homosexuality. my teacher told him that homosexuality isn’t a sin, and my classmate cannot argue with the fact that adam was made a man and eve was made a woman, therefore there are only two sexes. teacher told us that we cannot claim that they are man and woman because they were immortal, and so they have no gender whatsoever. opinions?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever. (Revelation 5: 6-14, KJV)

Anonymous”, existence and life are expressions of divine will. There are only two sexes that appear through the Creation of GOD, yet, there are many expressions of human sexuality generated by self-will within mankind, and the operations of flesh. Mature Christian believers do not rely on academic and secular discussions of Creation, the character and nature of mankind, or the operations and process of sin. There are multiple definitions, meanings, standards and values that should be in place that are aspects of sacred knowledge, only. For example, GOD is a spirit who appears to created beings and living creatures as active presence. The living mistakenly use finite human tools (e.g., intellect; language; logic; science) that understate the awesome dominion, personhood, and sovereignty of the divine fullness (we also say, Deity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Divinity may exist within the consciousness and self-will (willpower) of the living while remaining diffuse (we also say, limitless; without material form and measurable boundaries; outside the frameworks of time and space). Divinity endures as immortal, incorruptible, and invisible, and has made themselves knowable, known, accessible, and approachable. The operations of sin oppose the continued existence of sacred law, the Lawgiver, and the entire universe appearing through divine order. Sin is a transgression of sacred law that results in imbalance (iniquity), and the corruption of all divine order throughout the universe. The first pair (GOD called them both Adam) were deliberately male and female to populate the Garden of Eden through sexual joining in a manner similar to what was to be used among the animals. Eternal purpose and gender roles were in place at the time of Adam’s transgression; and disobedience by the pair resulted in the loss of life essence (i.e., breath; spirit; word) that had been imparted from the makeup of GOD. The divine sanctions for correction and punishment that were declared and stated as aspects of the law as first given to mankind included continuing as subject to death (i.e., mortality; the state of sleep endured by the male while the female was fashioned from one of his ribs). Visible results from the transgression of Adam include a gradual erosion of mankind’s endowment of spirit substance that resulted in exaggerations of appetite (e.g., hunger, thirst, sexual cravings), sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), and the features of emotion/mind (e.g., anger, fear, imagination, recall). Through the ministry on earth of divinity appearing in flesh (we say, the Incarnation), Jesus Christ has established a new creation providing forgiveness for sin, a reconciliation of the Father to mankind, and new life for those in flesh by means of the resurrection of Christ. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) 1st Timothy 2: 13-15, King James Version (KJV): 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

(2.) Romans 5: 17-19, KJV: 17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

(3.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

My Thoughts Are Higher

Today, reply is on divine predetermination (many say, destiny; fate), and whether the individuals who will be saved at the end of the world were chosen and named before, or during Creation. Salvation is decided among and for the living. Conditions and frameworks for the salvation of all mankind have been provided for the descendants of Adam, however, there are many factors that decide and determine who on the earth will be saved. In addition to how they have been influenced by sacred law, human affairs, chance, and the operations of sin that generate points for change, choice and decision, men will be examined for how they have displayed the image of GOD, and whether they resembled, reflected, and revealed the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Divinely provided opportunities and possibilities exist that men are encouraged to acknowledge, embody, fulfill, and practice, yet, are not coerced or violently forced to obey. Attitudes, behavior, conduct, service, suffering, thoughts, and works recorded in the books of life are being used as indicators and identifiers for each individual. The focus of divine judgment will be their invisible, unchanging spirit content. Those who will be privileged to exist as immortal life companions of divinity secure their standing with GOD by the way they carry out their lives on the earth as mortals, as the new creation, and as those in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is written: Matthew 7: 18-23 , King James Version (KJV): 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. God Knows Who Is Saved?

Before the creation of time, God already knew who is going to heaven or not. So, what is the point of repentance?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. (Luke 6: 44-49, KJV)

Blue Ridge”, in the same way an elementary school principal knows, without having yet seen them, the age and grade for every child who will be in their care before the first day of school, and understands that not all the children will do well without special attention, GOD knew at Creation the possibilities for mankind without making the outcome of their efforts preset (we say, determined). Conditions, mechanical process, natural law, and diverse operations were established to continue the universe through divine order. Many apply “predetermination” (fate; destiny) as an idea to explain human life events, rather than individual achievement on the basis of ones knowledge, character, commitment, skill, talent, etc.

Divinity is spirit in form, process, and substance; and we are correct to say, divinity is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible. Even so, GOD exercises prerogative, purpose, and sovereign will. The inseparable aspects of GOD include balance, faith, holiness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. While many sinners and developing Christian believers are willing to describe GOD using commonsense and popular ideas that label the Creator as all-knowing, omniscient, and omnipresent, mature Christians heavily rely on the information that comes through the holy writings. Divine fullness (we also say, Deity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) may exist within consciousness and self-will (willpower). The Bible records the appearance of divinity on the earth using thousands of events, within thousands of human lives, over the course of thousands of years. In addition to sacred law, covenant relationships, divine proclamations, promises, prophecies, eternal purpose, testimonies, and recorded witness, otherwise unknown truth regarding divinity has been shared through Incarnation (i.e., appearing in human flesh), through revelation, and through the imparting of spirit matter from the makeup of GOD. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Malachi 3: 13-18, King James Version (KJV): 13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee? 14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts? 15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

(2.) 2nd Timothy 2: 19, KJV: 19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. angelic nativity

Today, reply is on the humanity and divinity of Jesus Christ at his birth. In the same way Eve was fashioned from Creation appearing within the rib of Adam, and was not fashioned from the soil of the earth, Jesus Christ was not fashioned from dust, and was made manifest from the substance of Mary as a sanctified vessel containing aspects of divine Creation. It is written: Luke 1: 26-33, King James Version (KJV): 26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, 27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. 29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. 30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Was Jesus Christ born mortal or immortal?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1: 10-14, KJV)

Nick”, Jesus was born filled with the Holy Spirit, consecrated and sanctified, yet, was mortal. At present, only divinity exists as having immortality; mankind is mortal; and angels and the sacred beasts in heaven have “duration” within the frameworks of time and space, yet, are neither mortal nor immortal. Existing as spirit in form, divinity also is incorruptible and invisible. The appearance of divinity on earth using human form and process as Jesus Christ to provide an atonement for sin, redemption, and salvation required authentic humanity be displayed through birth from a woman, acknowledgment of sacred law, aging, growth, learning, mortality, suffering, death, and resurrection from the dead. The divine process for those living on the earth to recover and be restored from the sin of Adam has been demonstrated in the life and ministry of Jesus including the imparting of spirit substance from the makeup of divinity (we say, the Comforter; the Holy Ghost; the Spirit of Prophecy; the Spirit of Truth). Inseparable aspects of divine fullness (we also say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) make possible the forms of communication, exchange and interaction among the living that we speak of as a new covenant relationship with GOD. Examples are balance, commitment, faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Sinners who turn to GOD through Christ become developing believers who are “born again”, must become mature again, and are to display the image of GOD while living on the earth. As mature believers, the saints are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of the Lord. The full transformation from mortal to immortal that believers are to undergo will be completed at the appearing of Christ (we say, the Advent; the Rapture; the Second Coming). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and selection from the music ministry of Pro Musica Leánykar; Pro Musica Girls Choir, Hungary (Nyíregyháza):

(1.) Isaiah 11: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: 2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; 3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: 4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. 5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.

(2.) Isaiah 9: 6-7, KJV: 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

(3.) Luke 1: 34-35, KJV: 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, the Ave Maria of Franz Biebl is a Catholic prayer said at 6am, 12 noon and 6pm: “The Angel of the Lord Declared unto Mary and she conceived of the Holy Ghost” followed by the Hail Mary then “Mary said” “Behold the handmaid of the Lord, be it done unto me according to Thy word”. Hail Mary..then “and the Word(Jesus Christ)was made flesh and dwelt amongst us” followed by a final Hail Mary. truly-this-man-was-the-son-of-god

A depiction of the Roman soldier who acknowledged Jesus as the Son of GOD following the Savior’s death on the cross.

Today, reply is on the birth of Jesus Christ through the operations of GOD, rather than the operations of the flesh. The birth of Jesus is a part of a larger operation by GOD to redeem mankind. The full array of divine actions that were performed by GOD for the nativity of Jesus are not reported in the holy writings. Even so, Christian believers apprehend the birth of Jesus as agreeing with revealed prophecy, promise, and eternal purpose. In addition to appetite (e.g., hunger, sexual cravings, thirst), sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching) and the effects of emotion/mind (e.g., anger, fantasy, fear, recall), the flesh continues to generate organic changes and shifts in ones conscious focus, reactions, and responses. To continually acknowledge the character and nature of Jesus Christ as consecrated and sacred, one must rely on sacred process such as discernment, and the use of ones own spirit content to realize and respond to the spirit matter within events, oneself, other persons, presentations of doctrine, prophecy, etc. It is written: Luke 1: 30-38, King James Version (KJV): 30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. 36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. 37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. 38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Yesterday Strikes Back” (Level 6 with 10,556 points) posted the following:

Is Jesus the biological son of the god?

Whom did the god impregnate?

And what are the christian sects which deny that Jesus is the only biological son of the god?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1: 10-17, KJV)

Yesterday Strikes Back”, here are some points that may help. Jesus was born from the flesh of a woman, yet, not through the animal and human process of sexual reproduction. Those who acknowledge Jesus Christ as the son of GOD—and who have no spiritual confusion or unanswered questions—do so by continuing within a “closed system” for knowledge and truth (we say, staying inside the box; conforming to the dictates of faith). Rather than his height, weight, and other features, focus must be on the spirit matter and substance of Christ that expresses divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus Christ must become developing believers who undergo a transformation that is so comprehensive we say, You must be born again; grow up again; and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his appearing. Mature Christian believers only rely on sacred knowledge that entails specific definitions, language, meanings, standards, and values that are distinct and separate from those for such disciplines and studies as history, academic instruction, philosophy, politics, science, and secular knowledge. The finite human tools of intellect, logic, carnal reason, and “critical thinking” are expressions of the flesh, rather than of the spirit substance within mankind that was imparted as breath and life essence from GOD at the time of Creation. The sum of all divine substance (we say, divine fullness; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) is alive, exists as spirit in form, and displays multiple discrete, yet inseparable, aspects. Included are balance, commitment, faith, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. While spirit is manifest as invisible and unseen, and does not always use material and physical form, spirit can be known as active presence, cause, influence, and power. Mankind should be understood as fashioned in the image of GOD; and Christians are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Even so, consciousness and self-will within created beings and living creatures may be corrupted and dominated by the operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of sacred law. Jesus appeared on the earth through operations of GOD that went beyond the ongoing frameworks for time and space, mechanical process, and natural law. While on the earth he was subject to aging, gradual growth, having to get and process shared knowledge through communication, and mortality.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. Well Done

Today, reply is on whether the Bible promotes slavery. GOD does not extend redemption and salvation to men on the basis of human accomplishments, economic and social status, ethnic origin or race. The Scriptures teach that mankind was created to exist as a companion to immortal, incorruptible, invisible divinity. Authentic humanity as put forth by the Creator is to display godliness, obedience, and the many inseparable aspects of divine fullness that were imparted as life essence. Included are faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. The holy writings have been provided to mankind on the earth even within cultures and nations where the enslavement of others were practiced as acceptable, commonplace, and necessary to maintain institutions for government, prosperity, geopolitical stability, and warfare along with management of ones own business, family, and household. Scripture provides a detailed picture of the human condition that has resulted through the operations of sin. GOD has not yet eliminated sin, and mankind is presently in a divine process of redemption and salvation wherein the living become the new creation. Through rebirth, repentance, and renewal, sinners are endowed to become mature and ripe for harvest by Jesus Christ at his appearing (i.e., the Advent; the Rapture; the Second Coming). All are to endure life challenges on the earth generated by mechanical process, natural law, the Flesh, the World, and other belief systems. The broad range of living experience includes affliction, bereavement, chance occurrences, disappointments, discovery, duty, gradual growth, hardship, imprisonment, inequality, forms of servitude, poverty, sexuality, social injustice, suffering, and the unexpected. Sacred knowledge and divine tools have been given mankind that allow men more correctly to recognize, reject, resist, and recover from the operations of sin. It is written: 2nd Timothy 1: 7-10, King James Version (KJV): 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; 9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shared) posted the following:

Does the Bible promote slavery?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. (Romans 8: 5-9, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Visibility of GOD (01/20/2020); I Am So Satisfied (12/18/2019); Worshiping A Man-made Object (11/04/2019); Christ Displayed Authentic Humanity (10/09/2019); Was Creation A Failure? (05/13/2019); (08/22/2019) Comfort Through New Life; Continuing and Refreshing Creation (04/01/2019); Salvation Through Jesus Christ (03/25/2019)

Anonymous”, mature Christian believers will agree that the holy writings describe the perfected human condition, the life process for the offspring of Adam that is acceptable to GOD, and the elements of mature, authentic humanity. These have been demonstrated through the appearance of divinity on the earth using flesh and the physical form of mankind (i.e., by the Incarnation as Jesus Christ.) The living descendants of the first pair are to display the image of GOD; and as believers and followers of Jesus, they are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Christ. The errors of ethnic arrogance, covetousness, dehumanization, exaggerated pride, racism, slavery, human trafficking, and violence against one another appear through the operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of sacred law, the Lawgiver, and the universe that is an expression of divine dominion, inarguable prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of divine fullness (i.e., the Creator; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit).

While divinity created the heaven and the earth, and has established mortality as a condition for human existence, a World system of belief has been created by mankind that is intended to ensure human communication, exchange, longevity, movement for populations, and survival. The World system operates relying on such finite tools as intellect, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, science, and technology. The Bible provides a record of divinity appearing on the earth through thousands of events, within thousands of lives, over the course of thousands of years. The system of Christian belief provided by the Scriptures detail guidance, meanings, standards and values for the continued existence of mankind; promote the acknowledgment of divinity as an active presence; and continues the sacred transformation of mankind to become immortal and incorruptible through spiritual process and endowments of divine substance imparted from the makeup of GOD.

While mankind now must face life conditions on the earth that include aging, chance occurrences, disease, death, and uncertainty, divinity has provided mechanisms for godly living that alter, suppress, and in many instances reverse the operations of sin that appear as affliction, crisis, hardship, suffering, and tragedy. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and the music selection from the music ministry of the The Heralds:

(1.) Romans 8: 13-17, King James Version (KJV): 13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

(2.) 1st Corinthians 7: 18-24, KJV: 18 Is any man called being circumcised? let him not become uncircumcised. Is any called in uncircumcision? let him not be circumcised. 19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God. 20 Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called. 21 Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. 22 For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ’s servant. 23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men. 24 Brethren, let every man, wherein he is called, therein abide with God.

(3.) Colossians 3: 8-14, KJV: 8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. 12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

(4.) Colossians 3: 22-25, KJV: 22 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eye-service, as men-pleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God; 23 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; 24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. 25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

joseph-of-egypt

The image depicts Joseph son of Jacob who ruled over the Egyptians as a vizier and second in command to Pharaoh.

Today, reply is on the response by Joseph to his wicked brothers who had sold him into slavery. Joseph expressed no anger or bitterness, no desire for revenge, and no self-pity as an innocent victim of hatred and malice. Instead of denying them, forcing them to endure imprisonment for more than ten years as he had done, or even refusing to provide food to them and their families, Joseph behaved as their deliverer, and a truly wise ruler. It is written: Genesis 50: 14-21, King James Version (KJV): 14 And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father. 15 And when Joseph’s brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him. 16 And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying, 17 So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him. 18 And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants. 19 And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God? 20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. 21 Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Annie” (Level 2 with 620 points) posted the following:

If you were Joseph and you became a powerful official in Egypt, would you forgive your brothers for selling you to slavery or execute them?

I saw the film Prince of Egypt and was puzzled how Joseph would forgive his brothers after they hurt him so much.

Selling your own sibling to slavery is just unthinkable. I wouldn’t be so forgiving, but why was he?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus saith thy son Joseph, God hath made me lord of all Egypt: come down unto me, tarry not: And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy children’s children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast: And there will I nourish thee; for yet there are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty. (Genesis 45: 4-11, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Pray For Your Enemies? (01/03/2020); Presuming To Judge Others? (12/16/2019); Violating Commandments On Love? (10/13/2019); Willingness To Forgive Others? Annie”, Joseph was an instrument and a living tool used by GOD to provide divine grace. Many mature Christian believers, who practice discernment and the careful recognition of spirit substance appearing within events, themselves, and other persons, willingly acknowledge that Joseph was a prophet and spokesperson prepared and sent by divinity. As the son of Jacob, and heir to Adam, Abraham and Isaac, Joseph demonstrates divine government by Messiah/the Christ; and he serves in multiple sacred roles. Included are that of a judge; a high priest; a primary heir among the tribes of Jacob (who was not determined by law or tradition promoting the firstborn and birth order); a living sacrifice; a savior to the then known world; the father to 2 new tribes in Jacob (Ephraim and Manasseh); and a father to those who left Egypt to form Israel as a new nation under GOD, in place of Pharaoh.

Like those called to be Christian believers, today, Joseph was to display authentic humanity made in the image of GOD; and to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. In addition to forgiveness for those who have practiced betrayal and transgression of sacred law (we say, sin), Joseph demonstrated mercy in judgment toward those clearly guilty. Moreover, rather than condemn his brothers following the death of Jacob, while they were still mourning their father, Joseph was a source of comfort, healing and lovingkindness. Joseph practiced sacred redemption, and affirmed the device of perpetual covenant between divinity and mankind that appears through family, kinship, and blood relation.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, during the years of famine, the Egyptian people sold their livestock, their land, and themselves as slaves to Pharaoh; the Hebrews continued to acknowledge the dominion of I AM. In all Egypt, earthly inheritance existed only for the Pharaoh. The eternal kingdom of GOD, spiritual inheritance, and sovereign rule through sacred law are contrasted against that of a one world empire having rule generated from the extremes of the flesh (e.g., anger, covetousness, imbalance, pride). Joseph also represents divine grace, the fulfillment of promise, freedom, and manifesting the righteousness within the law, rather than idolatry, poverty, strict obedience, and relying on the letter of the law.) Even so, I trust this fragment that includes a selection from the music ministry of Shirley Caesar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV9TqW-_fkU) will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
