He That Believeth

John 7: 38, King James Version (KJV)

Today, reply is on mankind receiving “the water of life,” spirit substance from the makeup of GOD. Had Moses not called forth water from the Rock for those who left Egypt, as many as 3½ million might have died of thirst in the wilderness. A small trickle of water, a geyser, or even a fountain would not have been enough for the men, women, and children to say nothing of the camels, chickens, cattle, flocks, and other livestock. Their deliverance from death required a lake, or river of life be provided. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Breakthrough” (Level 6 with 15,612 points, a member since June 29, 2013) posted the following:

Jesus describes the water of life in revelation 21 or 22 – how would you describe this water?

To me it’s the holiness of God that heals all emotional, mental, psychological, spiritual and physical pain. Some experience it after death and some experience it while they are still alive.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. (1st Corinthians 1: 1-4, King James Version, KJV)

Breakthrough”, mature Christian believers are willing to consider that, from preexistence, and before the beginnings of existence and life for mankind, the process and substance encountered by divinity was in constant flux, and motion that had no specific direction. While multiple streams continually crashed against one another, ebbed, flowed and swelled, they were neither liquid, nor material in form as we know today. Emanations from divine fullness included sacred law and divine order that suppressed chaos, and reconstituted the universe. Properly understood, existence and life are inseparable aspects of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Joined to “oneness without sameness” and such other features as faith, forbearance, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin, these aspects of Spirit appeared embodied on earth in Jesus Christ (the Incarnation). Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus are to receive a fresh endowment of “life essence” (breath; spirit; word) from the makeup of GOD. This deposit of sacred substance has been called the blood and body of Jesus; the divine nature; and virtue. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Luke 6: 17-19, King James Version (KJV): 17 And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; 18 And they that were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed. 19 And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all.

2. John 6: 50-58, KJV: 50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die. 51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. 52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat? 53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. 57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. 58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

3. John 4: 7-15, KJV: 7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. 8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.) 9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans. 10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 15 The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 4. Revelation 22: 16-17, KJV: 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is on grace, love, and divine mercy that operate with righteousness as a restraint to divine wrath against sin during final judgment. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Why didn’t God smite Cain for killing Abel?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. (2nd Corinthians 1: 2-4, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Satisfying Creation and Law (01/22/2019); Judgment Perfects Divine Revelation (12/18/2018); The Priesthood of Adam (11/02/2018); GOD’s Will Be Done (04/27/2018); Being A Good Samaritan (02/18/2018); In Spirit and Truth? (10/02/2017); Punishment To Show Love? (11/29/2015); Cain and Genealogy? (11/27/2015)

Anonymous”, in the same way, GOD did not smite the parents of Abel and Cain, divinity did not smite their offspring. Throughout the holy writings, the Creator who Christian believers worship has revealed and shown himself also to be a GOD who determines quality, substance, and value for all that exists (we say, renders judgment deciding the duration and eternal life imparted to created beings and living creatures). In addition to forgiveness, impartiality and righteousness that ensure balance against the condemnation and harshness that may appear through correction and punishment, mercy is to be understood as one of the most important aspects of divine substance that will appear and soften judgment. The divine sentence against transgression (we say, sin) was pronounced to be death long before disobedience appeared. Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, and promotes destruction along with the conditions of chaos, confusion, destruction and uninterrupted streaming that were in place before the establishment of heaven and earth (we say, preexistence). Both Adam and the devil using the form of a serpent (yet, like the holy angels, continuing as neither mortal nor immortal) became subject to the sanctions within the divine law. Despite mankind’s fall, the Creation as an expression of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit), eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD has not altered nor changed. Divinity employs atonement, correction, generational curses, mercy, rebirth, and a host of other devices to ensure that sin does not make death permanent for those who genuinely repent, and who receive fresh endowments of spirit substance from the exalted character and makeup of GOD. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Genesis 3: 13-19, King James Version (KJV): 13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. 14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: 15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. 16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. 17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; 18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; 19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

2. Genesis 4: 9-15, KJV: 9 And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?  10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground. 11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand; 12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. 13 And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. 15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

3. Hosea 6: 1-7, KJV: 1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. 3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth. 4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away. 5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth. 6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. 7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 4. Ezekiel 18: 19-23, KJV: 19 Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live. 20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. 21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. 22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. 23 Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?) Today, reply is on the crucifixion of Jesus, satisfying the demands of sacred law, and why divinity must answer the operations of sin by using death. Salvation for mankind requires that the makeup and substance of the living be restored to their original condition of godliness. Divine works must be accomplished along with multiple sacred events that may only be completed by divinity. Included are atonement, divine judgment, rebirth, resurrection from the dead, and the harvesting of the earth at the Advent (the Rapture; the Second Coming) of Jesus Christ. The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Swagmaster” (Level 2 with 439 points, a member since October 27, 2018) posted the following:

How did Jesus’ death heal the relationship between humans and God? This seems contradictory.?

In the ten commandments, it says ‘Do not kill’ but killing Jesus made God happy of us? Also, I don’t think that, if I was murdered, I would be too pleased with that. Am I missing something or am I just plain confused?

Update: Thank you for the answers. I definitely missed quite a bit. 😅

THE GOLDEN ARROW: The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live? But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die. (Ezekiel 18: 20-24, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Why Punishment After Death? (11/23/2018); Jesus Paid It All (04/04/2018); Incurring “The Second Death” (04/02/2018); Yes, Jesus Did Die (04/01/2018); Jesus Came To Fulfill? Swagmaster”, the demands of divine law must be satisfied at the same time that conditions for continued existence and life must be established. The operations of sin oppose the continued existence of sacred law, of the Creator who is Lawgiver, and of divine order throughout the universe. Sin defiles, profanes and warps sacred substance within the living. Sin promotes restoration of preexistence (i.e., the condition of chaos, confusion, and multiple streams in motion having no source or direction) that was in place before heaven and earth were fashioned. Sin is no ordinary carnal or material thing that can be destroyed, eliminated, or separated from reality by using force or violence. Sin attacks the many unseen things that are needed as aspects of structure and substance for the support of life within mankind. Included are awareness, duration, reproduction, self-will, and the frameworks of time and space.

As a result of sin, mankind now fulfills a condition of mortality (we also say, sleep) that may be reversed by GOD through resurrection. The penalty of death for sin was proclaimed before Adam and Eve showed that their original endowment of life essence from the makeup of GOD (we also say, breath; spirit; word) and self-will would no longer respond to the sovereign will of GOD expressed as law. Defiance, rebellion and transgression against the will of GOD may be limited and ended by removing consciousness from the carnal form (we say, the body; the flesh) that allows focus and desire in response to finite ideas and objects. In addition to mortality, mankind is subject to annihilation (we say, the second death). Saying all this another way: To stop the eternal existence of sin the spirit matter from divinity, that may be destroyed only by using divine fire, must be changed and renewed within a person before they die (complete mortality); and they must display a genuine return to GOD through their attitude, behavior, conduct and lifestyle.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, there are multiple names for the divine provision to satisfy the law and save mankind that were made possible by the Incarnation of Jesus Christ, and his death on the cross. Included are “becoming born again,” being a new creation, “rebirth”, “reconciliation”, “resurrection from the dead,” “sanctification” and “transformation”. Only through the blood, body, and sacred works of Jesus Christ can the spirit substance within created beings and living creatures who are sinners be reconfigured and realigned with GOD.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, reply is on pride and self-government that violate sacred law. The ingredients and makeup of ungodly pride include covetousness, envy, immaturity, perverted judgment, presumption, self-promotion, being shameless, selfishness, and love of vainglory. Even so, in the same way ungodly pride is seen in those who exalt themselves above others, ungodly pride is to be recognized in those who deny their own value, who repeatedly voice self-condemnation, and who express lack of faith refusing to acknowledge the gift of divine salvationthat GOD so loved the world—also applies to themselves. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality public forum using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shared) posted the following:

How can pride be classed as sin?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: As I live, saith the Lord GOD, Sodom thy sister hath not done, she nor her daughters, as thou hast done, thou and thy daughters. Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good. (Ezekiel 16: 48-50, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Ego, Pride and Self-awareness (12/31/2018); Holy Boldness and Humility (10/04/2018); “Only GOD Can Judge”? (02/28/2017); The Gift of Humility (02/19/2017); Presumption, Pride and Sin? (11/24/2015); Humility Needed for Salvation? (08/15/2014); False Angels of Light? (08/16/2014); The Sin of Pride? (08/13/2014); Judged For Acts and Thoughts? (08/14/2014)

Anonymous”, developing Christian believers experience spiritual confusion and the operations of sin whenever they mistakenly acknowledge arrogance, haughtiness, narcissism, and self-centeredness as though they are the same as true self-esteem, self-regard, self-respect, and sovereign authority. Godliness and integrity of ones personhood are essential for the continuing communication, exchange, and interaction that are vital to having a personal relationship with divinity (we say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Christian believers are to present the image of GOD (we also say, Christ-likeness), and to display the inseparable aspects of divine fullness. Included are faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

All sin opposes the continued existence of sacred law, of the Lawgiver, and of divine order throughout Creation. Sin has not been created by divinity, and contains no life essence (i.e., breath; spirit; word) or substance imparted from the makeup of GOD. Yet, sin may dominate awareness and self-will within created beings and living creatures. Sin promotes self-destruction, nonexistence, and the restoration of conditions in place before the founding of heaven and earth (i.e., preexistence; continual movement and streaming with the absence of direction and purpose). It is in this sense that pride transgresses divine law: The workings of desire, lust, and passion can generate a false sense of power and possibilities as though the divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and sovereign will of GOD could be annulled, canceled, or dismissed by those who have been put forth from divinity.

Those who practice exaggerated pride exalt themselves within their own feelings and thoughts, and judge themselves as above others. They overthrow divine judgment, and usurp the office of the one appointed as judge. Such sinners deny the abilities, contributions, worth, and value of others. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible responding to questions that include exercising proper authority over oneself and the eating of things offered to idols:

1. Proverbs 21: 30, King James Version (KJV): 30 There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD.

2. Proverbs 24: 8-9, KJV: 8 He that deviseth to do evil shall be called a mischievous person. 9 The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.

3. Proverbs 28: 8-10, KJV: 8 He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor. 9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. 10 Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 4. Romans 8: 3-9, KJV: 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, the reply provides a few straightforward definitions of “sin”. The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality forum who uses the ID “sun.deep0861” (Level 1 with 10 points, a member since February 29, 2012) posted the following:

What is sin, fundamentally and basically?

Why bible is based on sin

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. (Romans 6: 12-17, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Believers Must Receive Gifts (09/30/2018); Baptism, Rebirth, and Resurrection (09/18/2018); Natural Law, Enmity, Sin (05/25/2018); Standards For Godly Behavior (02/01/2018); Sin No “One-time” Event (01/03/2018); The Wages of Disobedience (08/04/2017); The Operations of Sin (07/25/2017); Christian Beliefs About Sin (07/20/2017)

sun.deep0861”, sin is not basic or simple. In the same way, no one can find out all the things about yourself that you count as important for them to know without you telling them yourself, Christian believers are trusting that GOD is using the holy writings to make divinity knowable, known, accessible, and approachable (we say, the Creator is providing a revelation of himself) because no one else can. The Bible records the appearance of divine fullness (we say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) using thousands of events, within thousands of human lives over the course of thousands of years. In addition to existence and life, divinity puts forth divine order throughout the universe, and these are maintained using divine law, standards, and values.

Sin is contrary to the character, makeup and process of divinity, and of all that live. The operations of sin oppose the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and the Creation that relies on sacred law. For the living (i.e., angels and mankind) sin is an enigma or mystery that can not be completely apprehended: Sin is no simple material thing that has been created by GOD, or by those he has created in heaven and on earth. Sin can not be eliminated by any ordinary act of destruction, brute force, reversal, or violence. Sin has no spirit content from GOD, yet, may dominate consciousness and self-will in created beings and living creatures. Sin promotes nonexistence, the dissolution of all things (including itself), and the return to conditions that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth (we say, chaos; confusion; and the diffusion, movement, and streaming of elements that no longer appear in existence that were unbounded by frameworks of time or space).

Important definitions of “sin” for mature Christians include the following that use language from the Bible:

(1.) 1st John 3: 4, King James Version (KJV): 4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

(2.) James 4: 17, KJV: 17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

(3.) Romans 14: 23, KJV: 23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

(4.) John 8: 31-36, KJV: 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. 33 They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? 34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. 35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) Galatians 5: 19-23, KJV: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Noahs Ark

Noah’s Ark, a symbol of salvation and the church of Jesus Christ

Today, reply is on salvation and divine grace; acknowledging baptism in the unchanging process of GOD; and water baptism as an outward and visible display for unseen, sacred operations. Sin and wickedness are re-appearances of the confusion and disorder in place during preexistence that were removed by the divine acts of Creation. Necessarily, the works to convey deliverance and salvation display much of the same process and spirit that appeared in the beginning. The fighter in the Religion and Spirituality forum at “Yahoo! Answers” who uses the ID “GRANNY NORINE” (Level 1 with 46 points, a member since May 16, 2014) posted the following:

“God doesn’t change” (Mal 3:6). Why was His first baptism (I Cor 10:1-2) one in which the children of Israel didn’t get wet (Exd 13:16;22)?

Update: WHY ARE WE “GETTING WET” YET “OUR EXAMPLES” (I CORINTHIANS 10:11) DIDN’T? THE (((PRINCIPLE OF GOD))) FOR BAPTISM IS FOUND IN EXODUS AND (((NO ONE GOT WET)))! WHAT ARE WE DOING?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. (Genesis 6: 5-8, King James Version, KJV)

GRANNY NORINE”, the themes of rebirth, resurrection and salvation that appear in water baptism (i.e., the death and burial of ones inborn spirit with birth of a new spirit from divine seed) should be understood as the same as those we see in the account of divine judgment appearing as Noah’s flood. Part of the full revelation we are being given by GOD so that we might exist in a continuing relationship with divinity includes the demonstration and reminders that mankind has been set apart by GOD to exist separated from chaos, confusion, instability, and lawlessness. Here are some further thoughts on the elements within the plan of GOD:

The operations of divine fullness (we say, the GODhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) that reveal the character, nature, and substance of GOD are inseparable, joined, sequenced and simultaneous events that establish and maintain divine order throughout the universe. Included are Creation, decree (the proclamation of sacred law), judgment (i.e., applying sacred law to resolve conflicts; lawful settlement of disputes), and sovereign rule.

The operations of sin promote death, separation from GOD, nonexistence, and the return to conditions that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth. The divine will must be imposed upon chaos, disorder, and flux (the multiple streams of undefined, unnamed and unfocused matter). This also has been described and portrayed for mankind as the world of Noah’s day; Noah’s ark as a type representing the church of Jesus Christ; the deliverance of Lot from Sodom and Gomorrah; the deliverance of Israel from Egypt; and Israel walking on dry land through the waters encouraged by Moses and Joshua.

Sin has not been created by GOD or mankind, and may not be eliminated by a simple reversal of a known process. Sin has no spirit substance or power, yet, has direction, effect, and “presence”; and sin may dominate consciousness and self-will in created beings and living creatures. Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and all the aspects of Creation that rely on lawful order.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, the immutable, unchanging, eternal purposes of GOD that are revealed through the holy writings include the creation of mankind to exist on the earth as a companion to divinity. Divinity has used multiple sacred tools that are not material or physical to accomplish the divine ends. Included are atonement, sacred blood, forgiveness, prophecy, sacrifice, suffering, unselfish service, and the holy writings.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

Today, the reply speaks to the error that the death of Jesus Christ on the cross resulted from a failure of the Father to protect the Son. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality forum using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:

God accepted the killing of his own son – does that make him a bad God because he did not protect Jesus?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? (Matthew 26: 52-54, King James Version, KJV)

Anonymous”, mature Christians acknowledge that the crucifixion was by no means an accident; did not result from divine weakness in the Father or the Son; was not a surprise to GOD the Father or to Jesus; and, with the resurrection, was no unexpected event among Jewish believers who correctly understood the teachings of prophecy that appear throughout the holy writings. The death and resurrection of Jesus are correctly understood as a fulfillment of multiple divine plans established before the founding of heaven and earth that all express the oneness without sameness, personhood, eternal purpose, and the immutable, sovereign will of divine fullness (we say, the GODhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit). By divinity using human form to appear as Jesus Christ in the earth (we say, Incarnation), the revelation of GOD is taken to greater heights. Through revelation the character and substance of invisible, unseen divinity becomes knowable, known, accessible and approachable to created beings and living creatures. Otherwise unrealized truths are made plain that include divine forbearance, forgiveness, mercy, righteousness, eternal life, and the second death. Some become confused and err because Jesus must speak both as Son of Man and Son of GOD; even so, consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.) Acts 2: 22-24, King James Version (KJV): 22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: 23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: 24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

(2.) Luke 24: 25-34, KJV: 25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: 26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? 27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. 28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them. 30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? 33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, 34 Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.

(3.) John 10: 7-14, KJV: 7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

(4.) John 8: 23-32, KJV: 23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world. 24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. 25 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning. 26 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him. 27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father. 28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. 29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. 30 As he spake these words, many believed on him. 31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; 32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) John 10: 15-18, KJV: 15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. 17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. 18 No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
